Our Sanya trip was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Manager Van at the front desk for his exceptional service. Not only did we pick the right hotel for our family trip to Sanya, but we also received incredibly heartwarming service, which I simply must rave about! We arrived in Sanya on an early flight, prepared to wait until the afternoon for check-in. We had already contacted the hotel beforehand, explaining that we were traveling with seniors and children and hoping for an earlier check-in if possible. Manager Van kept an eye out for clean, vacated rooms for us the day before, and we were checked in within just 10 minutes of arriving – so thoughtful! During our stay, Manager Van quickly and effectively handled all our needs, big and small. We wanted to try local seafood but were worried about tourist traps, so Manager Van recommended a local eatery frequented by residents. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable – much better value than the popular influencer-recommended spots. My child forgot their sand toys, and Manager Van promptly brought over a brand new set of shovels and buckets, which kept my little one happy all afternoon. The level of service was just right – not overly enthusiastic to the point of being awkward, yet always responsive the moment we needed something. Professional and warm, it's truly rare to find such meticulously attentive service. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sanya, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and Manager Van's amazing service to anyone planning a trip to Sanya. Choosing this place ensures you won't be disappointed!

The receptionist are so efficient and they’re understaff tremendously. However they still function in tip top professionally. I’m amaze by how the customer cut queues and of no where broke glasses and all the delivery just jumped in to ask questions, the chaos situation over front desk daily ( we stay 10 days, 3 sets of rooms) and the front desks just handle patiently but efficiently! My goodness please give them the raise they deserve!!!

This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this hotel! From helping with luggage to check-in, everyone greeted us with a smile. I was traveling with my child, and the front desk immediately provided a toiletries kit, which my child loved. Our butler, Nita, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even assisting with booking a travel photoshoot. In the evening, she prepared a bedtime dessert for my child – the papaya and white fungus soup was delicious! Before we checked out, Nita also arranged a late check-out for us, telling us not to rush, which was incredibly thoughtful. I definitely have to commend the hotel's service! 👍🏻

Returning guest, plus one! The hotel's location is superb, with breathtaking sea views directly from the lobby. The room decor is stylish and perfectly clean. While the hallways felt a bit damp from the sea air, the air in the room was fresh and perfectly fine. I personally feel that Tianya Town is ideal for a slow-paced stay, where you can pick a hotel and just relax by the sea. That's exactly what we did for a whole day, and we didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back next time! 👋

I stayed for 5 days and barely left the room. It's a resort-style room, so there's no desk or chair for work. I ended up spending most of my time studying in the executive lounge, which also conveniently covered all three of my daily meals. The breakfast in the lounge had fewer options than the main restaurant downstairs, but I don't eat much anyway. Plus, the lounge was much quieter and less crowded. Specifically, the 10th-floor breakfast offered freshly squeezed orange juice and made-to-order Eggs Benedict, which weren't available in the main restaurant. Over the five days, the afternoon tea and dinner selections were never repeated, and they provided a good amount of food. Each dinner included two meat dishes, one vegetable dish, a staple, and two soups, along with salad, fruit, and small cakes. When a dish ran out, a new one would be brought out. However, the beverage selection was a bit limited: soda water, ginger ale, Coke, Sprite, one sparkling wine, and a few other spirits you could mix yourself to make cocktails. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The hotel's location is great. From my room, 1018, I had a view of the bridge to the left from the balcony, and the West Coast in the distance to the right. Jenny, the manager, was also very helpful and accessible via WeChat at any time. Upon check-in, I received two drink vouchers for freshly brewed coffee at the lobby bar downstairs, which was also a comfortable place to sit.

It’s amazing. This price is so comfortable and clean. The big swimming pool service is really amazing. It has been praised. It is especially suitable for self-driving tours. It is much more comfortable than many homestays next to it. I have been regretting that I didn’t come to live here on the first day. It is very suitable for self-driving tours. Multi-person travel, Family travel. The front desk will call in advance to ask for the license plate number, what time will come, the store manager will come out to pick up, the service has nothing to say, great! ! ! ! Each house has its own swimming pool, the water is super clean and cool! !

This is our second time choosing this hotel for our trip to Sanya. The rooms are exceptionally good, with a wide variety of room types. The private courtyard in the villa area is very distinctive. The pool water is clean, and there's a children's water slide. The kids practically lived in the pool! It's incredibly close to the beach, just a few steps away. You can even watch the sunset from the hotel. The service is excellent; as an established hotel, their management system is mature, and the service is top-notch. I heard they're planning renovations this year, which I'm really looking forward to. We'll definitely be choosing Coconut Grove Sea View Resort for our third visit to Sanya.

As soon as I opened the door, the floor-to-ceiling sea view instantly captivated me!🌊 The entire wall of glass made the room incredibly bright, allowing me to lie in bed and face the coconut groves and the sea directly. When the sunlight streamed in, even the air smelled of sea salt~ The Muji-style wooden room was clean and cozy. The oversized bathtub faced the sea, so I could take a bath and enjoy the sea breeze at night – the ambiance was absolutely perfect, no filters needed for photos! The guesthouse has its own pool. You can sunbathe on a lounge chair during the day and take amazing sunset photos by the pool in the evening, getting that Sanya vacation vibe without the crowds!✨ It's a 5-minute walk directly to Coconut Dream Corridor, super convenient for an evening stroll and sunset viewing by the beach. It's also only a 10-minute drive from the airport, so no hassle at all!
