The guesthouse has a fantastic location, directly facing the sea. The rooms have terraces perfect for enjoying coffee or tea. The entire room has a rustic, wood-themed style, ideal for quiet contemplation and relaxation. It's fully equipped, with coffee, drinks, and snacks available in the lobby. There's also a restaurant for lunch and dinner; the food is delicious and the portions are generous. The staff are warm, polite, and love animals. They even provide cat beds and food for stray cats—very kind-hearted. I highly recommend visiting to see the birds, enjoy the sea view, and take a walk.

Check in on Thursday, the front desk upgraded the room for free, the service is very good. There are many types of breakfast, especially pancakes! It's really very delicious! ! The front desk also gave hot mineral water when checking out. Very intimate The child's clothes were left at the hotel. The hotel called us and told us that we found out 🤣

The views from the hotel are lovely, and the location is really convenient for getting around, especially with the 7FRESH supermarket nearby. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

It takes 40 minutes to get here by taxi from Binhai Station. It would be more convenient to drive by yourself. Before booking, I called to ask which rooms can see the sea, and finally chose 310 with a bathtub. It was past 9 o'clock in the evening when we arrived. The boss sister opened the door for us and sent us to the room. The room was pretty good, just like the pictures on the Internet. I was looking forward to watching the sunrise from the bed the next day, but the weather was not good. I can really see the sea when I lie in bed. I look forward to coming again when the weather is good. The restaurant has not been open in the past few days. You can call the boss to ask if the restaurant is open before booking. I read the reviews that the chef in the restaurant cooks delicious food. I look forward to good weather and dining in the hotel next time. The boss sister is very nice and has high requirements for the quality of the homestay. She gave the children snacks and prepared fruits. It was a happy chat.

It is very close to the beach and you can walk to the sunrise Dongjiang at the dam in about 10 minutes. You can see a little bit of the sea from the high floors. This building is located in the middle of the community. The downside is that the water in the wash basin smells a bit, and there are no hooks in the bathroom, so you can't put clothes. The other facilities and styles of the house are very nice. There are several restaurants downstairs in the community and there is also a supermarket. The breakfast is reasonably priced. Not as high as expected.
