This hotel is in a great location right behind the belfry tower so it’s close to everything. I arrived at the hotel very early so I left my bags and went out exploring. I came back just after 3pm and they said room is still not ready, but one staff intervened and I was then upgraded to a slightly larger room that was ready. That same staff member at reception was extremely helpful with directing me to Wasbar in the market square where you can wash and dry your clothes for very cheap compared to the hotel service which is so expensive. This was after I told her the hotel service was too expensive she offered alternatives and I am grateful for that.

We stayed there for one night. The location is amazing and just at the heart of the center. We had to leave in the very early morning and they accepted to serve us the breakfast thank you the kitchen lady. Highly recommended this hotel if you will come. Friendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldn’t believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.

The reception was just great fast, helpfull. Because I left first day very early they prepared a breakfast pack for le who was ready at 05.00 AM. Bed and room a dream, bathroom all products high quality. Breakfast you would love to have everyday. Checkout fast easy and very gentle. Perfect hotel to stay in Bruges. For tourist info is 50 meter from market place.

great location! rooms were modern and well kept. swimming pool was a love it or hate it situation since if u are swimming alone, it might be a bit gloomy but if u are with friends, could be fun with the cave feel. would definitely recommend it. it's so close to the main square! they have parking space too.

The room is not big, but very clean! The hotel environment and breakfast are very good, and it is a five-minute walk from the cathedral! However, we drove according to the address given by the hotel and the navigation did not lead us to the hotel lobby. The room and the hotel lobby are separated by a road! We called a waiter, and her attitude was extremely bad! We could see the hotel lobby by backing up the car, but she insisted that we drive to the underground parking lot. We asked if we could put down our luggage, but she said no! As a result, we found that we had to climb two floors to get to the lobby when we arrived at the underground parking lot. We were so sad with the elderly and several large luggage! So I give a bad review for the hotel service!

This Hotrl is a great hotel, but the hotel itself is a bit old but overall was good. Note if you are driving, you have to park the carpark next to the hotel, or you can park on the streets. (cuz we parked the carpark for around 10hrs and it costed us 29.90€.
