Hotel with large divisions, but with a service that is far below a four-star. One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel. As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took! Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels. Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay. At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available. Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.

The hotel is fantastic!! Great service, the rooms are cleaned very quickly and the food is phenomenal. I went with my family, everyone loved it, there is a small, super heated pool (great for cold days) and the other pools are very good. The recreation was also very good and the prices are not that expensive. There were even people who were not staying at the resort, but went to the restaurants because of the cost-benefit.

Hotel located very well front of sea you just need to cross the street of the walk and you are on the beach. The swimming pool at the last floor of the hotel is a real show made very well and well organized with drink service in the pool. It has a spectacular view and what is even more beautiful with the glasses you can see the view from the pool.

The hotel has an excellent, very wide, very spacious structure, but needs an urgent reform, it seems that they have left it without maintenance and now the cost of a complete reform is very high. The hotel is well located with very friendly staff. Room with sea view for couple with 1 child 11 - good room, just need a small refurbishment in the bathroom (even with gardens and bathing tape inside the shower). Good breakfast (mainly tapioca)

Acomodação excelente! O hotel é super limpo, equipado e com funcionários eficazes. Porém, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar: 1 - o Wi-Fi é péssimo, precisei trabalhar durante a acomodação e simplesmente não consegui, tive que usar o 3g; 2- O hotel conta com 3 elevadores, porém, todos demoram MUITO pra chegar, fazendo você perder muito tempo. A acomodação vale MUITO tirando os dois detalhes acima, é tudo perfeito!
