The hotel was terrific, the people very kind, and the facilities were fabulous for resting and enjoying the beach. Further, as a plus, they have a Scuba Diving Club, which I could arrange for three days of diving from the hotel. We are looking forward to coming back. Carlos A

1. This is an old hotel with a particularly good beach location. I once walked six kilometers along the beach and found that the beach of this hotel can be said to be the best among the resort hotels in a string along the coast of Punta Cana. 2. How about the service? It's basically OK. The room cleaning staff and restaurant service staff are very good, but the front desk staff is just so-so. It takes at least 20 minutes to check in. They are slow and indifferent to guests. 3. If you ask the bellhop at the door to call a taxi for you, you must confirm the price repeatedly to prevent the bellhop and the taxi driver from cheating you. very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

I’ll admit, the negative reviews almost made me cancel my reservation at the Nickelodeon Hotel—but I’m so glad I didn’t! I encourage everyone to experience places for themselves rather than relying solely on other people’s experiences (bad reviews). Everyone has different expectations, and some can be more demanding than others. My family and I are pretty chill and laid-back, so even when a few things didn’t go exactly as planned, we were able to adjust easily and still have a great time. The overall experience was very positive—good food, super friendly staff, and great service throughout our stay. We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. Definitely worth the trip!

The place has good facilities, but don't expect a 4 or 5 star hotel. The rooms don't have moisturizer, for example, coconut water is not included and the drinks are all made with pre-made ingredients (no lemon, just industrialized lemon juice). In short, you can expect a place with good facilities, but the quality of the food and drinks leaves a lot to be desired. Getting around the hotel is quite complicated, with a not very intelligent layout, so depending on where you are staying, you may have to walk 15 to 20 minutes to the beach.

The room is newly renovated! But the design is not novel! Front desk service is average! The restaurant is not bad in the all-inclusive! The pool is good 👍! The sea view room is a bit far away! There are trees on the lower floors that are not recommended!

We've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25. In general we're leaving with mixed feelings. 1.What's great: - location & beach - reception area - swimming pool area - animals in the resorts 2. What's so-so - weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning - rooms - spacious but a bit outdated 3. What's really bad: - food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life - gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame. - internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow Final verdict: we will not come back - -
