Decent location, clean and sizeable room with a shower separate from the toilet, very nice staff (mainly Franco from Argentina) with great English willing to explain everything to do in the city.

Overall good but the room temperature seemed excessively high to me, so much so that we had to open the balcony at night to be able to sleep, in February. The bathroom lights were quite poor in the mirror area. The bed, the pillows, the quietness of the room and the free coffee at reception were excellent.

It is such a nice and luxury Spa hotel. Room is very well designed and comfy. Everything you need is in the room, kettle, fridge etc. Hotel has a Spa, Gym and swimming pool. Spa is not free but Gym and swimming pool is free. If you want to stay in San Sebastián but a bit farther from city center this is perfect place for you.

Ideal for a family of nudists or exhibitionists, the bathroom has no door, just a glass so that while you shower the others can count the hairs in your *******, if you go as a couple it is very erotic, but with family or friends it is not a good idea.

It's a 15 minute walk from Kikutetsu station and bus terminal, and a 5 minute walk from the city center private railway station. There is a large supermarket nearby. There are many restaurants nearby, including one that serves Basque-style Japanese cuisine (the owner chef is Japanese). The hotel is stylish and clean. The only drawback is that the elevator doesn't come easily. Internet speed is ok.

Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind. My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.

The hotel is satisfactory. It is surrounded by living areas, convenient for eating, and the hotel restaurant is also good. It is a good choice for business trips

Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have.

When booking, I specifically looked for a relatively new hotel. There is a subway downstairs. ** compatriots can go to San Mame Stadium to watch the game in three subway stops. The British Palace Mall is across the road. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the old town. It is very convenient. The hotel does not have a parking lot. The public parking lot is a little more than 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants and cafes around, which is super convenient for eating.
