Guest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.

Rafsana ChoudhuryExcellent beds, room and service.
Whole family enjoyed the stay and fresh, healthy breakfast was a big highlight for us all.
Staff were kind and helpful. One offered fresh lemon slices for hot drinks because one of the children had a runny nose. This was very much appreciated.
Ladies Only timings for pool and gym would be much appreciated in future!
Children were shocked to find a grown man undressed walking around the changing rooms. This is unacceptable and hotel staff should take care to avoid these problems by adding signage for appropriate dress code in a family friendly hotel.

ab112233Had a great stay, came back to London after a tour around the UK and checked in again. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall. The bus stop is right outside. I particularly enjoyed the shops on both sides of the street leading to the subway station; it has all the well-known chain stores in the UK. Honestly, the price on Trip.com was the best option among all booking platforms.

Guest UserOur family of four booked the Tower Bridge view suite, which was incredibly spacious and came with a kitchen and washing machine – super convenient! The view of Tower Bridge from our window was amazing, and the subway station was just a few steps downstairs, along with a ferry terminal. We used boats and the subway for all our travel, which was really easy. There's a small supermarket a few hundred meters away where you can pick up basic groceries, fruit, and daily necessities. The only downside was the price being a bit high during peak season, but other than that, no complaints! The front desk staff were also very nice! By the way, they provided slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries, so I didn't even need to use the ones I brought. 😀

Guest UserWe are regulars of this hotel as we frequently enjoy it but this time was a little different, main thing was we tried to ride the bikes, which we needed a password from reception to unlock, asked reception they said nothing to do with them ask concierge, so we asked them and they said exactly the same thing, kept fobbing us off to each other back and forth about 3/4 times, was then told to wait 5 min for the manager. . 45 min later still waiting in the lobby, complete waste of time and nobody tried helping us. Not sure the last time the pool was cleaned as we kept standing on bits that were floating around the water and touching our feet so we got out pretty much instantly, paid for executive room for the lounge and whenever we down to grab a snack there was only peanuts there for the whole day. Been here 5-10 times as a nice regular getaway but think I’ll be finding somewhere new in the future.

Very enjoyed my stay here, some of the hair from the last residents have stayed but overall good cleaning, great room and great service. There's a great spa and a small store for necessarities in the loby. Did not care for the treatment in the rooftop bar, it was presented in the website as part of the facilities accessed to the guests but actually you have to reserve a place few days before.

This hotel is located at T5, with a dedicated walkway, making it incredibly convenient for getting to the city center or Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel is spacious and clean, and they provide two delicious cookies daily, which is a very thoughtful touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to London.

Guest UserOverall, it is ok, the location is also very easy to find, the environment is good, if it is a business trip, it is a good choice. With the early price, it is acceptable in the UK.

haoxidiTraveling to London, I compared several hotels on Trip.com and finally chose the 'Park Plaza London Waterloo.' It's incredibly convenient for tube/train travel, and within walking distance of attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Imperial War Museum. Plus, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. My experience on check-in day was excellent, especially thanks to a staff member whose badge showed 'Aliyah.' She was very kind and explained the hotel facilities and timings clearly. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, tidy, well-laid-out, and quite spacious. For a hotel of this caliber and price in London, it offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.

Guest UserWe travelled with a 6-month old baby and we stayed at the Park Hyatt London River Thames in May 2026 in the King Corner Room for 4 nights and in the Deluxe Room for 3 nights. We were very impressed overall with the quality of the rooms and service we received.
Location: The hotel is located in the Nine Elms/Vauxhall neighbourhood in Zone 1 of London. It is a little far off the centre and the main attractions in central London but that was fine with us and we intentionally chose this locations we wanted to be away from the crowds and noise in central London.
Notwithstanding that, the hotel is located near the Nine Elms tube station which is on the Northern Line. It takes about 5 mins to walk to Nine Elms station and it takes about 10 mins to get from Nine Elms to Tottenham Court station.
Room
The corner king room was serviceable but the deluxe room was very impressive. The deluxe room was spacious and we had enough space for a crib.
The finishings were very modern and tasteful. The aesthetics of the hotel evoked a sense of understated sophistication.
As we were travelling with a 6-month old baby, the hotel also provided numerous amenities such as a crib, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, and steam steriliser.
Service
The service was impeccable and the staff made us feel very welcome. From the moment we got off our taxi, the porters greeted us and helped us with our bags. We were provided with water while waiting to check in. Housekeeping staff were always pleasant, non-intrusive, and warm and friendly. Everyone we met at the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful.
The first 4 photos are of the Deluxe Room. Definitely book the deluxe room if it is within your budget. We did not regret it.
