The room was just okay, but there were no slippers, and no toiletries like toothpaste or toothbrushes. I stayed twice in total. The first room I had didn't have a hairdryer, but the second room on my return visit did. The main downside is that it's not soundproofed at all; it's incredibly noisy. I couldn't sleep at night because of the constant roar of motorcycles and heavy traffic from the street outside. It's definitely not suitable for light sleepers. The only upside is that it's very close to the airport, making it a good choice for a temporary layover.
Ideal for those looking for just a place to sleep, decently clean, easy walk to places or short taxi ride from CB old town and Hassan II Mosque.
Zac at reception was friendly and available, nice guy!
Great location near the beach and very great support from the receptionist for most of the enquiries. The only few down side is that the housekeeping are slow and halfhearted. The food is of great quality but lacks variety, you may be bored of the food after 1 day.
A small cozy hotel with excellent location - quickly get to the main attractions on foot, behind the corner there is a stop of the tram line, walking can be reached even with suitcases to the bus station and 5 min by taxi until the station.
Welcome staff, good service for such a small hotel.

The hotel has a large terrace, and overall I was quite satisfied. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small. The breakfast was quite substantial for Morocco.
The water in the sink does not drain properly and tends to get stuck in the basin, which can be very inconvenient.
Please note that you need to prepare your own essentials, such as towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, flip-flops, and similar items...
Breakfast options are quite limited. Among them, the omelet was probably the best choice.
This is my second time staying here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast and dinner are plentiful, especially the bread 🍰! They provide a free 500ml bottle of water daily. It would be even better if they could provide two bottles and also offer free water with dinner; I would give it a full 5 stars! There's an APIA nearby where you can buy argan oil, and it's also very close to the beach and Hassan Mosque!
I stayed for 2 nights (31st January and 1st February) and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable.
The location is excellent — very close to Hassan II Mosque, the Old Medina, and the railway station. Everything is nearby, so if you like walking, it’s a perfect place with all facilities easily accessible.
The hotel's dedication to guest comfort is evident in every detail. The bedding is incredibly soft and gentle on the skin, making you feel enveloped in a cloud for a perfect night's sleep until morning. The room's soundproofing is excellent; I couldn't hear any disturbing noise from the corridor or outside. The shower had fantastic water pressure, and the toiletries, with their subtle, sophisticated scent, were perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. My favorite spot was the comfortable lounge chair by the floor-to-ceiling window. The afternoon sun streamed in, creating a perfect ambiance to enjoy a cup of tea and unwind, completely melting away all my travel weariness. The staff were consistently kind and attentive, making me feel relaxed and 'at home' every time I returned to the hotel. If you're looking for a leisurely and comfortable getaway, this place is absolutely the perfect choice!
It’s just a normal room for 1-2 nights. Convenient location near a train station and a bus CTM stop. But quite old towels that can no longer be washed well.

TTOBISThis was my first time flying Royal Air Maroc, and I had an overnight layover in Casablanca. Based on reviews, I chose this hotel because it mentioned train access to the city center. Even though navigation didn't show the route, I found the train station a short walk to the left after exiting arrivals. I bought a ticket to Casa Port from the vending machine for 60 local currency. The last train was supposed to be at 9:55 PM, with one transfer. However, the train didn't show up by 10:20 PM. Staff arranged for us to take a bus to the transfer station. From there, it would have been over an hour's walk back to the hotel, so we waited another 40 minutes on the bus before it finally took us to Casa Port. It was then a 30-minute walk back to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend walking that far at night, especially alone or for women, as I felt the area might not be very safe. So, I opted for an Uber to the airport the next day, which cost 330 local currency, avoiding any haggling with taxis. The hotel itself was nice, and breakfast was good. The next morning, I walked to see the Hassan II Mosque and some nearby attractions. I think more information about transportation options would be helpful.

GGuest UserGood location, good service, continental breakfast, a little old, that's it, sea view room, you can see flocks of seabirds landing on the trees
GGuest UserI was charged twice. I had already paid online via Trip.com, but the front desk couldn't find my payment in their system and demanded cash upon checkout. It's been over a week, and they still haven't processed my refund, even though I've sent photos of the payment receipt five times through the Trip.com chat and via email. My impression of the hotel is completely ruined.

GGuest UserA modern contemporary hotel close to the Casablanca Voyageurs Train Station. The hotel has now combined with Campanile to have sole check in. The desk service is slow and inconsistent. I arrived at 3pm but had to wait an hour to get my room. The housekeeping was mediocre and the room wasn’t cleaned nor towels changed. I asked for this to be done at reception but to no avail. I needed an iron and was provided a broken one a day later. In the end I got my shirts pressed by the local dry cleaner. The room was spacious with decent views. The breakfast was limited and the same each day. Not a true 4* hotel. By combining with Campanile to cut costs has had a negative effect on service.
GGuest UserThe room is small and a little damp, but the location is good and convenient for travel. It's ok to stay here, and there are restaurants and transportation nearby. It's worth recommending, and the breakfast is also ok! Come again next time!
