"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Hotel Urban Lion. The hotel is very close to Delhi Airport, making it a perfect choice for transit as well as business travelers. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, the service was quick, and the overall hospitality was outstanding. The food was fresh and tasty, and the hotel offered great value for money. I highly recommend Hotel Urban Lion to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay near IGI Airport. I will definitely stay here again!"

"From the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen. Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless. I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from Lavazza machine was surprisingly good. I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole area, including the plants was tended immaculately by staff that clearly enjoyed their job. I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak. All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste. The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just 5 minutes walking away. My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way. On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me. Thank you Novotel. Wonderful wonderful service all round. I will be back for sure"

"I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. I arrived late at night and was checked in within five minutes. The room was clean, with wonderful bedding and fresh linen, good toiletries, and plenty of bottled water. They even provided toothbrushes, a razor, and slippers. The only thing missing was a bathrobe. The room itself was spacious and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with both Indian and European options, tasty fruits, and pastries. Getting to the airport is easy by metro, just one stop. It's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the metro station ***** a decent street, and I didn't regret not taking a taxi to the airport. After staying in other Indian hotels during my trip, this one felt like paradise! I highly recommend it. And a tip: the price often drops significantly closer to the check-in date."

"I was truly satisfied with my stay at Hari Piorko. The accommodation fee was reasonable, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly and recover from my fatigue. There was no noise at all; although the hotel faces a main street, my room was at the back, so it was quiet. The staff at Shigeta Travel were incredibly helpful, assisting with everything from arranging a SIM card to exchanging currency in Japanese and offering local advice, which made my trip to India enjoyable and worry-free. The hotel reception staff were also kind and welcoming, making me feel the warmth of the Indian people. I didn't opt for breakfast, but 24-hour room service and breakfast options were available. I only ordered toast and lassi, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to Japanese travelers looking to stay in Main Bazaar and seeking cleanliness comparable to a Japanese business hotel. When I first saw Main Bazaar on YouTube, I was surprised by the powerful auto-rickshaws, bikes, and car horns. But seeing it in person, the energy was more than ten times greater, a place where the vitality of New Delhi is condensed. On my way to the hotel, nearly 20 Indians spoke to me, and I gave up trying to come from New Delhi Station. For those planning to come from New Delhi Metro Station, please be aware. Although it requires a transfer, I recommend coming to this hotel from the Ramakrishna Ashram Marg station on the Blue Line."

"Good hotel near the centre of New Delhi. It’s a 5 star hotel, but maybe not by westerner standards-more like a very good 3 star, low 4 star, except for the staff who were excellent throughout the hotel. The room was fine, a little tired in places and there was a stain on the pillow case-not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was excellent, mostly Indian dishes, but did cater for all tastes in some way. Staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel-could not do enough to help. I would come back to stay."

"The location is great, with Decathlon and a food court downstairs, and Vegas Mall is also within walking distance. However, Trip.com didn't inform me in advance that the pool was under renovation, and I wasn't told the breakfast times during check-in. The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic, and the intern seemed quite dispirited when speaking. On the other hand, the concierge service was excellent, and the breakfast experience overall was also very good! I'd consider coming back, but for a 5-star hotel, I'd expect a bit more warmth in the service."
