"This hotel is Indian-owned, and both the facilities and staff are Indian. The lobby is quite spacious, and the rooms are large, clean, and tidy, even for a single person with two beds. The TV picture quality is excellent. My only minor complaint is that the gym is only open from 6 AM to 10 PM, which feels a bit inconvenient for an airport hotel. "This time I stayed at a high-floor balcony hotel, the overall environment is clean and the view is good. It is more important to remind that the use of some space in the hotel is not the same as the general traveler may expect. It is recommended to carefully confirm the room type, public area and available facilities before booking. For passengers who value privacy, independent space or specific facilities, it is best to confirm with the hotel first to avoid the gap between the stay and the original expectations."

"It cost around 200-300 pesos to get there by Uber from Mexico City Airport. The hotel has a beautiful and stylish design that's a joy to look at from the entrance, and you can enjoy the experience both on the way to the lobby and inside the hotel. The room was far away and a bit of a trek, but it was large and clean. Unfortunately, the shower was the fixed type without a hose, which is common in Central America. We had planned to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but it was expensive, so we bought tacos and other items from a nearby restaurant for breakfast."

"Try to ask for a high-floor room. The first and second floors are a bit noisy. You can hear the sound of the street during the day and afternoon. The room is very clean and beautiful. The location is really amazing. It is a few minutes walk to the contemporary art gallery and the modern art gallery. The room is clean and modern, what you see is what you get, if you live on a high floor, it is much better. Mexico City water quality problem brushing your teeth with the mineral water given by the hotel. There is a 24-hour business nearby, and it is very convenient to buy snacks."
Thank you for choosing BelAir Unique a Wyndham Hotel.
"The hotel has a great location near the WTC, with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast is quite generous, and the front desk staff are very nice. Definitely recommended."

AAnonymous UserA historic, century-old hotel with somewhat outdated facilities, but it possesses great character. The lobby features a museum-like exhibition area with various themed displays, and the guest room area even retains a very old-fashioned elevator for guests to observe. The service is excellent and polite, and housekeeping is prompt.
GGuest UserA great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes. Secondly, we had to leave at 7am and asked if we could have something to eat a bit earlier. They were unwilling to organise anything. Every other hotel we have stayed at would organise a brekkie box if you’re unable to make breakfast time, given this was a part of our stay and therefore a service we had paid for.
GGuest UserAs you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.
BBraden TseExceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City!
Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.
Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now
DDuduThe location is great, safe and convenient. I'm satisfied with the room amenities and the bedding is clean and tidy. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit outdated, especially the bathtub showerhead, where the water pressure is a bit low and there's a slight leak. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Mexico City, for 4-5 nights each time. I've stayed here at least a dozen times. I love the garden view room; the sunlight streams in during the day, which is very pleasant!
GGuest UserGreat hotel at a great location! Walking distance to many must-see Mexico City places such as Templo Mayor Museum, Constitution Plaza, Palacio Postal, Palacio de Bellas Artes, etc. Roomy room with toilet and shower in separate rooms. Nice breakfast with many food choices.
GGuest UserThe Hotel looked fantastic, very modern and luxury looking but the experience is lacking. We came for a one night only after staying at the Ritz for a week and the difference is colossal. For one , at the Alexander there was a constant noise through the night and early morning, cleaning staff didn’t bother to return our greeting, the management messed up our order for food in the morning- which wasn’t really good anyway. We will not be returning there unless the changes reflect the status they advertise.
MM.K84I’ve left with beautiful memories and a lot of love for this place. The staff are amazing ,,, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel with excellent service, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip ,, I truly loved it!
Just one thing to keep in mind: the traffic in this area can be heavy, so if you have a flight, make sure to leave early to avoid any delays.
GGuest UserThis hotel is situated in the Coyoacán Centro area. What a great area for so many reasons, coffee shops, restaurants and small cafes. This hotel, tho, is all you really need. Very beautiful, with high quality throughout. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our suite was gorgeous and well appointed. We didn’t have time to try out the breakfast menu but it looked very tasty.
I would definitely return for another stay without hesitation !
