The location is amazing, walkable access to the beach. No basic amenities provided like dental kit, sleepers etc. Amazed to see Missing or stolen Items rate sheets, never seen anywhere in the world. Rooms located in the backyard garden need painting and plaster, smells of putty paint in rooms. It is better to book a private villa which has a swimming pool 24/7 access. If booking a basic room is not at all recommended..No Swimming pool access to backyard garden rooms, 4 other pools are occupied by Private villa people. Mosquitoes everywhere, they must have mosquito repellent options in the room, which is basic sense not provided at all. Recommended for old retired couples, not at all recommended for families with kids. On this charge better options are available. Please check Room photos properly before booking.

I stayed at 77 Patong Hotel & Spa and the best thing about this place is the location. Everything is nearby — Patong Beach, Bangla Road, night market, shops… super convenient if you like walking everywhere. The rooftop pool is small but nice for relaxing.
Rooms are okay for the price, but don’t expect anything fancy. Some parts feel old and the AC takes time to cool. The spa is basic, not a luxury experience.
Overall, good for budget travellers who want location more than comfort. Not ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful or premium stay.

We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system.
One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening.
Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it.
The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, with breakfast served every morning. There's a 7-Eleven right at the entrance, making it super convenient for buying things.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff came to tidy up every day.
Ambiance: The environment is beautiful, with trees and flowers, and there's a pool right downstairs for swimming.
Service: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they speak Chinese, which made communication easy. You can also rent scooters for convenient transportation, and you're just a short walk away from booking a boat trip out to sea.
Highly recommend staying here, the hotel is great in all aspects!!!

Baumancasa Beach Resort boasts an excellent location, just across the road from Karon Beach. There are plenty of 7-Eleven stores and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. However, the prices during Chinese New Year were significantly inflated compared to their regular rates. If you can book outside of peak season, the value for money would actually be quite good. I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the rooftop pool and views. It's a shame that I spent most of my time out exploring and missed the sauna and pool opening hours when I got back to the hotel. The breakfast was also pretty good, though the coffee tasted a bit like instant. P.S. Avoid the Amber Restaurant near the hotel entrance. Don't be fooled by its high rating on Dianping; it's not good value for money, and they even swapped out my dish, which raises some serious trust issues.

This was my third time here. My first visit was in December 2024, when the hotel was undergoing renovations. By June, the renovations were complete, including the fitness center and spa. This time, we even received complimentary spa vouchers. The fitness center is quite spacious, and the grounds are very well-maintained. Breakfast is standard, as expected for hotels of this caliber. The sea is incredibly close; it's just a three-minute walk straight down from the hotel to the best part of Karon Beach. We've stayed in different buildings and rooms, and we've been pleased with all of them. The rooms are large, not brand new, of course, but everything is perfectly decent. It's December 2025 now, the weather is lovely, the sea is calm, and the water is very clear. Overall, my impressions are overwhelmingly positive. For the price, it's a truly decent hotel.

The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated.
There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable.
One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception.
Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further.

I mainly came here to play tennis. Hotel guests get a 10% discount on tennis lessons, but you need to book in advance, otherwise you might not get your preferred coach. There are 4 indoor and 2 outdoor courts, which was very convenient as my child had tennis lessons arranged.
The gym looked great, but I didn't get a chance to use it.
The pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for both kids and adults to enjoy.
Across the street from the hotel, there's a Michelin-starred Fujian noodle shop. We ate there every day, and the prices were very reasonable.
The hotel's location is decent. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the shopping mall, but there are no massage places nearby. The closest 'Let's Relax' is almost 2km away, so you'd need a taxi for that.
Overall, I think this place is great for sports and fitness, and it's also quite convenient to get around by taxi.

Everything was great. It's close to Bangla Street and a 7-Eleven is very close. There are also delicious sausage stalls near the hotel that sell good sausages at night.super nice and good love it will coming again💙💙💙💙💙

Pros: The hotel itself is quite lovely, and the service was generally good. The pool is beautiful. The location is excellent, with a shuttle bus to the beach and it's also walkable. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was quite low. The cleaning wasn't exceptionally thorough; there was dust on the desk.

A lovely resort with fantastic ocean views. Breakfast was OK but at key times, it was a little cold but you could always wait. Swimming pools were lovely and the beach was peaceful, as was the resort itself (before a large group turned up for Pongal celebrations). Completely scheduled which was just what I needed.
We stayed at this resort for our honeymoon, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us such a warm and thoughtful welcome—it really made us feel special. The amenities were excellent, and the location offered beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The resort is set on a hill, which can make walking around a bit tough, but they’ve thought of everything to make it easier. Golf carts are always available to take you to and from your room, and we never had to wait long for one. They also offer a convenient shuttle service to town, which made exploring the area super easy and stress-free. Between the stunning views, relaxing atmosphere, and attentive service, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at Graceland Phuket and would happily return. The resort is beautifully maintained, with large pools, direct beach access, and a relaxed atmosphere that still feels close to the action in Patong. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping that was always reliable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to any requests we had.
Little paradise Reasonably close from the airport, nice welcoming check in before taking a speedboat to the island. It’s a private resort which felt nice and quiet. It’s also kids friendly. Breakfast & Thai restaurant were amazing, we didn’t try the other ones. Anyway it was perfect and definitely would love to come back without kids
Renaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.
We had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Mai Khao Phuket – it’s an ideal resort for families. The kids club is fantastic with lots of fun activities and a dedicated kids pool that kept our little one entertained throughout the day. Adults can also enjoy relaxing and engaging experiences – we especially loved the morning yoga sessions right on the beach, which was such a refreshing way to start the day. The resort offers direct access to a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach, perfect for peaceful walks or lounging by the sea. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, great for a family stay. And the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options – something for everyone. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in Phuket!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! From the moment we arrived, Hyatt Regency Phuket impressed us with its stunning ocean views, beautifully landscaped grounds, and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with a breathtaking view of the Sea. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. We also loved the pool area — perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sunset. Special mention to the shuttle service that made getting around Patong and Kamala so convenient. The hotel truly offers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, relaxing and great service. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!
We recently stayed at Kalima Resort with our 10-year-old daughter in early June 2025, and despite some challenges due to the rainy weather, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The resort's hilltop location offers stunning views, but it's worth noting that the steep slopes and stairs may make it less accessible for wheelchair users. Additionally, some corridors aren't sheltered, so you might get wet walking between buildings during rain. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Our twin-bedded room with a sea view and balcony was perfect for our family of three, and the bathtub was a hit with my daughter. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The pool area was a highlight, with a pool bar offering breathtaking views of the sea. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, including halal and vegetarian options. The Italian food served in the afternoon and evening was delicious. The resort's shuttle bus service to Patong shopping malls was convenient, taking just 10 minutes. Overall, despite the slippery floors during the rainy weather, we found the stay to be comfortable and family-friendly. We'd definitely consider returning to Kalima Resort. *Rating:* 4/5 stars (would be 5 stars if accessibility and sheltered corridors were improved)
Had a wonderful time at the Pullman Beach resort. It is very close to the beach and the beach is very clean. If you get a newer and updated room, then the hotel is definitely worth the value. My first night I was in an older room, and I did not like it. The shower pressure was amazing in that first room though, and it was a beach view. Love the spa for a massage, but in regards to manicure and pedicure I will definitely never go there again. The lady was very rough on my fingers and toes but had a good attitude. Staff was attentive and all the food I had (breakfast buffet, snacks, dinner, room service) was amazing.
