Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing.
Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Sunset Beach Resort. The facilities are a bit dated, but they are well maintained, which I truly appreciate. You can tell the resort takes good care of what it has.
The location is generally fine, though the beach directly in front of the resort isn’t the best. Patong Beach is about a 300+ meter walk away, which is manageable, just something to note for guests who expect a beachfront swimming spot.
The only part that slightly affected our experience was the shuttle service — not a big issue, but a memorable one. On 1 February, around 5:30 PM, we informed the front desk that we needed the 6:30 PM shuttle to Bangla Street. We even confirmed it twice and were told to sit and wait, as the staff would notify us when the shuttle arrived. We made sure they knew exactly where we were waiting.
By 7:00 PM, after no update, we went back to the front desk only to be told that the shuttle had already left. The staff apologized and admitted she had overlooked us, and arranged the next shuttle.
Nothing serious — just an unexpected extra 30 minutes of “resort relaxation time” we hadn’t planned for. 😊
Still, aside from this hiccup, the stay was comfortable, and with a bit more attention to shuttle coordination, the experience would be even better.

imjennywThe staff here are all very friendly and extremely enthusiastic. We especially appreciate Rach's proactive and friendly service.
Although the lobby is a bit far from the rooms and we had to call the front desk every time we went out or came back, the shuttle service arrived very quickly and never delayed us. Even when we returned late, there were always staff members on standby to drive us back to our room immediately.
The hotel provides shuttle services to and from the Old Town and Central Festival. It would be even better if we could take the shuttle to the Old Town and then be picked up from Central Festival on the return trip.
The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was excellent, though the water pressure was a bit weak.
The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again!

CaizhaoyuanThe service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and having the 'rabbit car' (shuttle service) was a great help for getting around. We received a complimentary welcome fruit basket on our first day, which was a lovely touch. The hotel also boasts a private beach that remains peaceful and private even during peak season. We'd definitely come back again. The only minor drawback was that the Italian risotto I had was a bit undercooked, quite al dente.

Tania salI had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that.
Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent.
The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. Customer service was awfully wonderful.

Guest UserThis stay far exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! The staff were warm and polite, check-in and check-out were very quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night and a high-quality rest. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, comprehensive toiletries, and stable hot water. Breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is close to the airport. I was arriving late and wanted something nearby, so I was torn between the JW Marriott and Pullman. Initially, I planned to stay just one night as a transit, but then decided against Racha due to the rainy season and rough seas, and just booked two nights at the Renaissance instead! It completely exceeded my expectations.
Service!
The Renaissance's service is truly exceptional! From check-in, the staff were incredibly friendly and proactive. Their well-trained, yet familiar and warm smiles and greetings made us feel very comfortable. The room had handwritten mirror art, a handwritten welcome letter, and we even received small handwritten gifts at the restaurant. Especially by the pool, a staff member literally ran over to set up our sun loungers, immediately brought cold drinks, and handed us towels – so enthusiastic and attentive! [Thumbs up][Thumbs up]
Room
The room was very, very spacious. We booked a standard room, and it comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. There was a sofa that could be converted into a bed, and the bathroom was also large. The room even had a balcony. It was very quiet for sleeping, with no airplane noise at all. The soundproofing was excellent, and we slept wonderfully.
Dining
The breakfast was abundant! The fried rice with chickpea curry was so delicious, I couldn't stop eating it. For dinner, there's a famous Thai restaurant with a great ambiance, and the mango sticky rice was tasty.
Overall, it wasn't crowded at all – it offered that perfectly unhurried, comfortable, and suitable vacation vibe! It's ideal for those who dislike crowds and prefer a pure, quiet, and relaxing hotel-centric holiday!

Close to the airport, we arrived at the hotel at 12 PM for an early flight. We initially planned to drop off our luggage, grab lunch, and then check in. To our surprise, the front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic and helped us arrange three adjacent rooms for an early check-in. The service was truly exceptional! A big thank you to Berry for the arrangements! Also, several gentlemen proactively offered to drive the kids and elderly back to their rooms. The service was beyond words! The pool and facilities were great, and the kids loved them. Breakfast was also very high quality. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Phuket!

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Phuket for four days, and overall, the service, environment, and facilities were decent. Here are a few observations:
First, if you're traveling with children, keep a close eye on them. I saw a snake in the resort area; staff killed it on sight, stating it was venomous and to be careful.
Second, the service felt a bit casual. The pool hours were relatively short. Upon check-in, the front desk told me the pool was open from 7 AM to 7 PM. However, one morning I went to the pool after 7 AM, and it was still being cleaned. Staff also mentioned that opening times were quite flexible; one day they'd say 7:30 AM, another 8 AM. If you have plans, be aware that the pool closes quite early, right as the sunset glow appears. The hotel has two pools: a large one by the lobby entrance, and a small one up the hill at the CASA BOHO restaurant, which is tiny and more for ambiance than swimming or recreation.
Third, it's crucial to clarify reservation details upon check-in. My booking included breakfast and one other meal (lunch or dinner). Regarding where to use the lunch/dinner voucher, the front desk initially said one of the three hotel restaurants, the pool restaurant, could be used anytime, while the other two, Mizu (Japanese) and SaSa, required advance reservations. The next day, after confirming with lobby staff, we booked the Japanese restaurant for that evening, only to be told there that our package couldn't be used there. I also contacted Ctrip, who advised they would clarify which restaurants are included for future bookings to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
Fourth, due to my flight schedule, I wanted to request a late check-out until 2 PM. The day before, I received a message via Ctrip's self-service that they had requested late check-out from the hotel. Still feeling uneasy, I went to the front desk to ask, and they said Ctrip had not contacted them. I then called Ctrip's customer service, and after waiting for half an hour, I received a message that the hotel did not agree to the late check-out, and Ctrip didn't even call to explain.
Overall, the hotel's service felt professional but lacked warmth, being more formal than genuinely friendly. When issues arose, everything was handled in a by-the-book manner, lacking a personal touch.

Guest UserThis hotel was the highlight of my Phuket trip. Seriously, no complaints except for its distance from the city center. The price was fantastic too! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the service was incredibly warm – everyone greeted you with a smile. The room smelled lovely and wasn't humid at all. I don't understand why everyone raves about Katathani but no one mentions The Nai Harn. They replenished our water generously every day. The moment you open the door, it's just stunning. It totally made up for the disappointment of the first three days at The Boathouse (I assume '美的概念' refers to The Boathouse or a similar property name based on common Phuket hotel names). My mood instantly lifted. Breakfast was also great. Honestly, I've been feeling a bit down since coming back... experiencing withdrawal symptoms. T_T
