The location is amazing, walkable access to the beach. No basic amenities provided like dental kit, sleepers etc. Amazed to see Missing or stolen Items rate sheets, never seen anywhere in the world. Rooms located in the backyard garden need painting and plaster, smells of putty paint in rooms. It is better to book a private villa which has a swimming pool 24/7 access. If booking a basic room is not at all recommended..No Swimming pool access to backyard garden rooms, 4 other pools are occupied by Private villa people. Mosquitoes everywhere, they must have mosquito repellent options in the room, which is basic sense not provided at all. Recommended for old retired couples, not at all recommended for families with kids. On this charge better options are available. Please check Room photos properly before booking.

The hotel is very good for the price. Our room was spacious enough and kept pretty clean throughout our stay. Cleaning service was daily (you just need to hang the notice on the door). The breakfast was a buffet. There wasn't a huge variety, but it was enough to get a good start to the day. The rooftop pool offers a nice view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during our stay. The location is pretty good — around a 15-minute walk to Patong Beach and just 3 minutes to the famous Bangla Road. I was a bit worried that it might be very noisy because there's a Bangla Boxing Stadium right near the hotel, but it was always calm after 11 p.m. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system. One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening. Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, with breakfast served every morning. There's a 7-Eleven right at the entrance, making it super convenient for buying things. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff came to tidy up every day. Ambiance: The environment is beautiful, with trees and flowers, and there's a pool right downstairs for swimming. Service: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they speak Chinese, which made communication easy. You can also rent scooters for convenient transportation, and you're just a short walk away from booking a boat trip out to sea. Highly recommend staying here, the hotel is great in all aspects!!!

Baumancasa Beach Resort boasts an excellent location, just across the road from Karon Beach. There are plenty of 7-Eleven stores and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. However, the prices during Chinese New Year were significantly inflated compared to their regular rates. If you can book outside of peak season, the value for money would actually be quite good. I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the rooftop pool and views. It's a shame that I spent most of my time out exploring and missed the sauna and pool opening hours when I got back to the hotel. The breakfast was also pretty good, though the coffee tasted a bit like instant. P.S. Avoid the Amber Restaurant near the hotel entrance. Don't be fooled by its high rating on Dianping; it's not good value for money, and they even swapped out my dish, which raises some serious trust issues.

Location: Sufficient for those who don't need a beachfront location right outside their door. It's just a downhill slope and a short walk from the beach, and the downhill slope actually makes for quite a nice photo. The surrounding area isn't deserted either; a short walk to the left leads to bustling shops. Amenities: The hotel's overall facilities are okay, and the pool is quite large. However, given its age, the rooms are genuinely quite old. I've never stayed in such an old hotel; it's really quite dated. To put it nicely, the decor is retro, haha. Service: I saw many negative reviews before booking, especially those about anti-Chinese sentiment, since 90% of the hotel's guests are probably white. However, my friend and I had a pretty good experience overall and didn't feel any hostility. The front desk staff were very patient. Price: A bit expensive during peak season.

The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated. There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable. One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further.

Location is away from the regular bustle. So commuting takes time and money. They have a paid shuttle to central and phuket old town. Very nominal fee. Breakfast is average. You can book it cheaper at the counter. Bt if you are staying more than 1 night, it may be repetitive. Rooms and amenities were wonderful. In-room massage service available. Room service is good. Loved the bed n tub! Customer service is applaudable!! Really good for a local hotel brand. Will repeat stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. The architecture and the pool area were honestly one of my favorite parts. During daytime the hotel already looks very pretty, but at night it becomes absolutely stunning. The lights and the atmosphere make the whole place feel very special. The hotel has everything you need — pool, gym, spa, bar, restaurant, and also a room where you can have tea, coffee, and snacks 24/7, which was actually very convenient after coming back late. The reception works all day and night, and every time we needed something, the staff helped us very fast. Everyone was friendly and welcoming during our stay. I also really liked the breakfast. There were salads, fruits, muffins, omelettes, eggs in different styles, and honestly a lot of options. What surprised me the most was the coffee. Usually coffee from hotel coffee machines is not that good, but here it was actually very delicious. I took a macchiato almost every morning and really enjoyed it. For me, this is one of those places that looks even better in real life than in pictures. Very aesthetic, relaxing, and perfect if you enjoy beautiful architecture and good atmosphere.

GGuest UserSpectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.

EES SoHad a great time while staying at Noku, super b Villa Mint is big and comfortable to stay with friends and family. It even includes snack, fruit and drinks in villa which are complimentary for us to enjoy when we stay by the private pool. Very enjoyable and pleasant! The breakfast at the hotel is a highlight during our stay. It was served in buffet style with egg and noodles station. Although the selection is not super wide, it’s more than enough to enjoy as the quality and the freshness of the food are above average, some of them even exceeded our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed the moment at the hotel so much and we will definitely coming back for vacation again ❤️

AApriltse0508recently stayed at Graceland Resort & Spa in Phuket from May 11 to May 16 with my boyfriend, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—just steps away from Patong Beach, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes while still having easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort has multiple pools, so it never felt too crowded, and there were always plenty of loungers available. It created a really relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a couple’s getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Their service really made us feel valued and taken care of. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options—both local Thai dishes and international choices. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start each day. Overall, Graceland Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. We had such a memorable stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket.

GGuest UserWe loved the overall experience as a family of four. It was only a short boat ride from Phuket. Although the beach was small, there was a private pool in our villa which we loved. We swam in the private pool when it was sunset. It was so pretty. The majority of the staff was also incredibly friendly, with almost every service available 24/7. Impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Naka Island Hotel. None of them went past us without smiling and greeting us, and almost everyone we met was ready to engage in little conversation to help us settle into the environment. It was so chilled all around, the surroundings and the accommodation, our nerves were rested for a good few days. Beautiful local excursions also available. We went on a little hike to Tad zoo beach which proved to be a little of an adventure because of the 30-min arduous walk for the kids. Once there, not only did we enjoy the beach chilled atmosphere, we got on jet skis with some discounts to the hotel prices too. Upon return to hotel, we jumped into the private pool overlooking the beach at sunset. An amazing experience hard to forget. Breakfast was exquisite. It had the blend of modern western food and local Thai food. The noodles were delicious, broth was excellent. Got a shoulder and back massage free of charge at the entrance to the veranda restaurant (breakfast restaurant) - knowing how much it would cost, it made my day. Would recommend the Muay Thai to anyone seeking a workout with a touch of Thai culture. The instructor was friendly and funny. He identified my daughter’s talent in the sport. When we go back to HK, I will have another perspective to work on.

AAnonymous UserThe resort isn't very big, a rectangular area, and the villa section takes up a significant portion, so there's limited space for activities. BUT! There's a beautiful, uncrowded beach, haha! The coastline is very long, which is a huge plus. The rooms seem to have been renovated; they're a mix of new and old. For instance, some of the bathroom fixtures are clearly old, but the doors, windows, and furniture look new. At the very least, the grout and wall seams have been redone and look pristine. The air conditioning is incredibly efficient, and the room is well-insulated – even after being out with the power off for half the day, it's still chilly when you come back in. The room provides a clothes drying rack on the balcony for dripping wet clothes and swimsuits, which is a thoughtful touch. However, the BBQ buffet dinner, which costs over 2000 THB per person, doesn't include any basic beverages, only water. The BBQ items are so few you can count them on one finger, non-BBQ items on another finger, and desserts/fruits on a third finger. There were only two or three seafood options. My child is sensitive, so after removing what they couldn't eat, spicy dishes, and disliked flavors, there was almost nothing left! Can you believe we couldn't find two dishes they'd dare to eat from the entire buffet? The breakfast selection is much richer than the dinner buffet, and it's only a quarter of the price... but the dishes were exactly the same every day. After two days, we started missing 7-Eleven. This isn't some isolated island with supply difficulties; would it be so hard to come up with more rotating menus? Please offer more variety for guests staying multiple nights.

Hhellenxiao831Reading other reviews made me a bit nervous at first, but after checking in, I found it to be absolutely wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the Thai-style gardens and pool were fantastic. Plus, the hotel is right on the beach – just a short walk from our room, which was incredibly convenient. My child loved it so much they didn't want to leave! The only downside is that there's nothing much outside the hotel; it's a bit isolated. So, if you're looking for a relaxing hotel stay with family fun, this place is perfect. There are a few restaurants by the sea, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's really great! I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

SShanguangdeyexiThe room boasts standard five-star amenities, feeling neither damp nor outdated. While the ocean view from my room wasn't spectacular due to its lower floor, its proximity to the restaurant, lobby, and pool made getting around incredibly convenient. Breakfast quality was excellent, and the service was impeccable; the Thai smiles always put me at ease. The 'casa' (villa/suite) offered incredible views, and the sunsets and evening glow were stunning. The pool was large, though a bit exposed to the sun with no shade. The main drawback is the location, which is a bit remote – about 2 km from Kamala town, and a taxi to Patong starts at 200 THB. The beach right in front of the hotel was quite poor, with rough, yellowish sand that hurt my feet, and the ocean wasn't great either. However, for a pure resort stay, it's a fantastic choice.

GGuest UserI was quite pleased with the balcony room. There were no strange odors, and the view was fantastic, overlooking the hotel pool. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Karon Beach at 10 AM and 1 PM, but it's best to book in advance at the front desk. If you head left out of the hotel, there are many restaurants with good food that you can try. You'll need to bring your own swimming ring as the hotel doesn't provide them, but there's a shop next to the hotel that sells them, along with waterproof phone pouches.

GGuest UserEco-Resort Vibe at its Best The hotel spans a huge area with an incredibly natural tropical garden design. Peacocks and pheasants roam freely, and you can hear birds chirping morning and evening, making it feel like you're staying in a natural botanical garden. There are numerous pools (one for every two buildings), and the water quality is clear (even with fallen leaves, it's generally clean). In the evenings, a DJ spins tunes by the pool, and with the sea breeze and sunset, the atmosphere is just perfect. Excellent Location Direct access to Karon Beach! It's just a 5-minute walk from the lobby to the beach, which is quiet with fewer people, mostly Western tourists. There are 7-Eleven convenience stores on both sides of the back entrance (a 10-minute walk). To the right, you'll find the popular ice cream shop Sweet Talk and the massage parlor Let's Relax, making daily life very convenient. Attentive Service Details Upon check-in, the front desk provides a map and detailed information about the facilities. Luggage is delivered directly to your room, and some staff even take off their shoes before entering, showing great enthusiasm. The complimentary shuttle service within the hotel grounds is on-call, solving any transportation issues within the large property.
