This is a pretty good hotel, very convenient for shopping and dining around. The breakfast was just okay, a bit limited in variety, but edible. There's a female staff member from Hunan who is really nice. She proactively helped me at the front desk during check-in. Also, during check-in, there were staff members who helped with luggage. I stayed in a deluxe pool room for 6 days. The room was on the side of the hotel's main pool, in a two-story building. Both the first and second floors are fine. When I checked in, I asked the front desk for a quieter room. They asked if I preferred the first or second floor, and I chose the second floor. They gave us room 2251, which is the third closest to the beach on the second floor of that building. The first picture shows the ocean view from the room's balcony. The overall room size is very generous; the advertised area is accurate. It's much more honest than The Akara Hotel in Pattaya, which was the worst hotel I stayed at during my half-month trip. The discrimination against Chinese guests there was evident in every aspect. I want to praise Trip.com. I booked the room over half a month in advance, costing more than ten thousand (including tax). Later, I found out the room price had dropped. Trip.com contacted the hotel for me, processed it, and promptly refunded several thousand in price difference.

Honestly it was the best price-quality hotel. It is small and cozy hotel with a pool access from the room. It takes 8-10 minutes to get to the best beach in south Phuket Nai Harn beach. More than satisfied with staying at this hotel. Stuff was really lovely and helped us couple times! Thank you!

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel! From the infinity pool to the breakfast mimosas, I enjoyed each moment at this facility! The atmosphere at the hotel is truly amazing. Just one con- please ensure the cleaning matches the standard of your facility! Just added one picture of the bathtub for reference, otherwise it was a very small thing and didn’t take anything away from my experience.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, with breakfast served every morning. There's a 7-Eleven right at the entrance, making it super convenient for buying things. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff came to tidy up every day. Ambiance: The environment is beautiful, with trees and flowers, and there's a pool right downstairs for swimming. Service: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they speak Chinese, which made communication easy. You can also rent scooters for convenient transportation, and you're just a short walk away from booking a boat trip out to sea. Highly recommend staying here, the hotel is great in all aspects!!!

A great hotel. They call themselves ‘The Oasis of Patong’ and they’re not wrong. Close enough to the madness so it’s within a 15 minute walk to Bangla Rd but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet to make a relaxing stay. The pool area is great for relaxing and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and will be back.

I mainly came here to play tennis. Hotel guests get a 10% discount on tennis lessons, but you need to book in advance, otherwise you might not get your preferred coach. There are 4 indoor and 2 outdoor courts, which was very convenient as my child had tennis lessons arranged. The gym looked great, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for both kids and adults to enjoy. Across the street from the hotel, there's a Michelin-starred Fujian noodle shop. We ate there every day, and the prices were very reasonable. The hotel's location is decent. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the shopping mall, but there are no massage places nearby. The closest 'Let's Relax' is almost 2km away, so you'd need a taxi for that. Overall, I think this place is great for sports and fitness, and it's also quite convenient to get around by taxi.

Stayed here with friends, and it was perfect for a relaxed getaway. We'd go out during the day, then come back in the evening to chill and chat at the cat cafe – it had such a great vibe and kept us from getting bored.

Hotel is conveniently located between bus terminal 1 and the old town of Phuket. Our room was a bit run down and not really clean (dirty floors and bathroom). The breakfast looked sad so we didn‘t try it. It‘s okay for a night but wouldn‘t recommend to stay longer than that.

Nice mid class hotel. Clean and willing to help staff. Well maintained gardens and pool area. Breakfast is average. Located just next to the Nai Yang beach. The food of the restaurant is very tasty and at reasonable price.

We loved our two-room apartment. It was very spacious, modern, had a large balcony, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a nice living room with a large television. It was advertised as a smart TV, but we couldn't connect a device to Netflix for our young children. We considered that a drawback of the room. A big plus was the free access to the resort's water park, but strangely enough, you weren't allowed to bring your own towels or drinks; you had to pay for them. Our children loved the water park. The breakfast was good, with something for everyone. We didn't find the atmosphere particularly ”Thai relaxation,” as many staff members seemed rushed and stressed, meaning we received only partial or no help at all. There were a few staff members, whose names I don't remember, who were incredibly friendly. We were in block 1, room 1301. One of these friendly staff members was a female cleaner who had decorated the bed for our son's birthday. I'd like to recommend her to management for a bonus or promotion. Conclusion: nice and modern stay, but if you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, I'd go elsewhere.
