I chose the room type with the largest balcony. From the outside, other rooms' balconies were only half the size of ours. The view was absolutely stunning, overlooking the outdoor breakfast area, lush green lawns, sandy beach, and the ocean. The room itself was also very spacious, featuring a small bay window and a coffee table. The air conditioning worked perfectly, cooling down the room quickly. Breakfast was quite substantial too. You could walk directly from the hotel to the beach. Overall, I was very satisfied. If I ever visit Kata Beach again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel is clean. A few restaurants nearby and a 7-11. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the beach. Good value hotel, but you need a moped or car. The staff is really friendly. There is a mosque right next door, which is lovely. Deluxe room, downstairs.

The stay was absolutely fantastic! The hygiene and water quality were excellent, as expected from a five-star hotel. The villa environment and sea view were impeccable. The private infinity pool was a really nice touch. I'll definitely be back next time. I wouldn't recommend the massage, though. At the sky bar, the food service was very slow, and while the food itself was decent, it was overpriced.

1. The hotel is located in the heart of Rawai Beach, just a 10-minute walk to the Long Bridge Pier. 2. There's a 7-Eleven and fruit stalls right outside the entrance. Across the street, you'll find a row of excellent Western restaurants. 3. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with two small swimming pools, and a few cute cats often greet you at the entrance. 4. The breakfast is simple, but it provides plenty of nutrition and vegetables. The coffee is freshly brewed and delicious, and the omelets are highly recommended!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The room size is huge, good if you needed a long stay at the hotel. It’s quiet but still close to the heart of Patong. Totally recommend this hotel. Thank you Senses.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Hygiene and overall presentation are excellent. However, I wouldn’t consider this a true five-star hotel — it feels more like a solid four-star. The view from the room was disappointing, as it doesn’t overlook the street or any scenery, which was a real letdown. Also, some basic amenities were missing, such as a shaving kit and toothbrush. Another thing that bothered me was the towel policy – there are only two towels in the room, and to get new ones, you first have to return the used ones.

Well.. with this price & location i cant compalint much. This hotel is convenient but there is no lift. So if you have heavy luggage. Good luck.. if i come alone or all guy friend. Will back again

Careful you don't go to the wrong branch!! They're bot too far from each other (but the address name [in though it was in Thai] confused the driver). Great location just outside the old town. Comp breakfast is juice/cereal/toast.

Excellent Stay in a Spacious, Modern Room I recently stayed in one of the new rooms located approximately 300 meters at the rear of the resort. The room was impressively spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large, comfortable bed with clean, fresh bedding. A notable highlight was the generously sized balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The breakfast buffet offered good value for money, with a wide selection of healthy and well-prepared options. The resort also boasts several swimming pools, including one of a decent size suitable for proper swimming. However, it’s worth noting that the pool water appeared to be heavily chlorinated. The only drawback was the bathroom, particularly the toilet, which was surprisingly small—more suited to a child than an adult. This design oversight could be a significant issue across the many rooms in the new block. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was very positive, and I would highly recommend the resort for its comfort, facilities, and excellent value.

I had a wonderful stay at Splash Beach Resort in Mai Khao as a couple. The resort is spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing away from the busy tourist areas. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a calm resort atmosphere that made our stay very enjoyable.Breakfast is served with various meals. One of the highlights is the beautiful Mai Khao Beach, just steps from the resort. The beach is quiet, natural, and perfect for long walks together, especially during sunset. A big bonus is the famous airplane photo spot near the beach, where planes fly very low as they land at Phuket Airport. It’s an amazing and unique experience, and the huge airplanes make incredible photos, not only for couples but also for families. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort facilities, including the pools and restaurants, were convenient and relaxing. Overall, Splash Beach Resort is a great choice for couples looking for a peaceful beachfront stay with a unique photo spot and memorable experiences. Highly recommended
