Hmmm…overall is a good hotel. However, I don’t feel it is a 5 star worthy rated hotel. We booked for 3 night stay and by the second day, while I was having shower, I ran out of shower gel. The amenities in rooms should be enough for the stay. The guests shouldn’t have to experience leaving the shower without a complete bath. Perhaps the bottles should be transparent so that the house keeping staff can easily see to replenish or not. The other issue we had was the staff at the bar doesn’t know the menu at all. We asked 3 times if the burger was beef, and she told us it was pork. We find it hard to believe but she insisted it was..so I ordered the fish and chips instead but a few minutes later a waiter delivered a burger to the table next to us and I asked the waiter if it was beef burger and he said yes. We try to change our order with another waiter and he tried to talk us out of it and told us it was 20 minutes wait simply because the fish and chips is ready. That’s very disappointing. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one missed the mark!! Definitely not 5 star service Having said all the able, hands down to their breakfast spread! Super delicious and the varieties is endless!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc. The location is excellent—just a short walk to nearby shops, with a 24-hour market right behind the hotel serving excellent fresh coconut. The hotel is close to Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders, and Grand World, and offers a free shuttle to these attractions as well as to a private beach club. There are plenty of facilities for young children, including a swimming pool with water slides, a cinema, and a kids’ club (note: the water slide is only operational from 3 pm to 5 pm). The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, though it can get very busy and crowded. Our room was a nice size, with a balcony equipped with chairs and a table—perfect for enjoying the view of Grand World. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

In the southern part of the island, we opted for the landmark Hilton in Sunset Town, whose balconies offer an unparalleled view of the fireworks. Even if you're not a hotel guest, you can simply grab a drink at the bar to secure a balcony seat and capture stunning photos with the fireworks as your backdrop. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with our kids, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a special dessert. We had dinner at the hotel's Western restaurant downstairs, which offered a wonderful ambiance and setting. Each room comes with a complimentary straw hat and bag (for use during your stay only), which are perfect for photos, especially by the infinity pool! During your stay, complimentary tickets for the 'Kiss of the Sea' light show are provided. The show begins at 9 PM. If you sit close, be prepared to get wet, and the fireworks are incredibly close, exploding right overhead. It's truly breathtaking! However, just a heads-up, some ash might fall, so be mindful. There's no show on Tuesdays, but a 5-minute fireworks display still takes place from 9:30 PM to 9:35 PM. Purchasing cable car tickets at the hotel grants unlimited rides throughout your stay. The cable car connects directly to Hon Thom Island, which is still under development. A row of Santorini-style buildings has been built, though they don't seem to be open yet. There's also an amusement park on the island, currently featuring just two attractions: a thrilling roller coaster 🎢 and an observation tower. Additionally, there's a fantastic water park, with the 'Sliding Dragon' slide being a particular highlight. Our kids absolutely adored it, and even after two consecutive days of fun, they still couldn't get enough! It's more thrilling than the VinWonders (formerly Vinpearl Land) in the northern part of the island. I'd recommend going to this one; you can skip the northern park entirely. 🚨 **A crucial note:** The amusement park closes at 4:30 PM and the cable car shuts down at 5 PM. So, if you plan to visit for just one day, it's best to start early. Also, note that the cable car takes a break from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Make sure to check the operating hours before planning your trip.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Resort Experience in Phu Quoc! We had the most amazing 3-night stay at this beautiful resort on Phu Quoc Island—it truly exceeded our expectations in every way! Service & Staff From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were warmly welcomed by Lac, who went above and beyond to assist us. He helped with our hotel transport, showed us to our room, and explained how everything worked. His energy and cheerful personality were unforgettable—just a heads-up, you’ll need to walk fast to keep up with him! 😄 A big thank you also to Kim and the rest of the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and attentive. You all made our wedding anniversary stay so special and memorable. The Room Our room was massive with a breathtaking view. The design and decor were elegant and thoughtfully done. But the real highlight? The toilet! It was a high-tech, heated toilet with all the bells and whistles—automatic bidet, drying functions, and more. Just like the ones in Japan. It was such a fun and luxurious touch! Location The resort is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Marina, night market, and several massage places. Right next door is the Sailing Boat Club, which adds a nice vibe to the area. Everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore. Beach & Pool There’s a beautiful little beach right on the property, perfect for watching the sunset. It has comfy deck chairs and a cute swing for those Instagram-worthy photos. There’s even a small archery area for a bit of fun! The swimming pool is huge and stunning, with plenty of deck chairs, so you never have to fight for one. The pool bar is a great bonus—you can order food and drinks while enjoying a swim. Pure relaxation! Breakfast Hands down, the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a resort. The variety was incredible—from a wide selection of tropical fruits like mangoes, guava, rambutan, and papaya to an impressive spread of pastries and hot dishes. Fresh juices were available, too, and everything was delicious. The staff at breakfast were just as helpful and kind as everywhere else in the resort. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

1. **Location**: Located in the central part of Phu Quoc Island, it's approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. We arranged a 7-seater airport transfer through the hotel for 300,000 VND, which is about 80+ RMB. It's also about 20-30 kilometers away from Duong Dong town, the northern amusement parks, and the southern Sunset Town. 2. **Hotel Facilities**: Overall, it meets the standards of an entry-level five-star hotel. The rooms are clean, and all facilities and amenities are well-appointed. The swimming pool is also very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The king-size rooms feature a 2-meter king bed and a sofa. 3. **Beach**: We visited at the end of August, during the rainy season, and were affected by a typhoon. It rained every day, with a mix of sunny and rainy spells. The waves in the sea were quite strong, making it unsuitable for swimming. The sand on Long Beach is yellowish, similar to Yalong Bay in Sanya, but it's still quite fine and considered clean. 4. **Hotel Surroundings**: Right opposite the hotel entrance is the Sonasea Night Market, offering numerous dining and shopping options. We highly recommend Sen Vietnam Restaurant, a Vietnamese eatery where both the pho and spring rolls are delicious. A meal for six people cost about 1,000,000 VND, which is approximately 300 RMB. There's also a Korean seafood restaurant called Mr. Seafood, which offers great taste and excellent value for money. For 3,720,000 VND (equivalent to 1,100 RMB), we had: two lobsters (total 1KG, one with garlic butter sauce, one cheese-baked), 1KG large tiger prawns (half stir-fried with garlic butter, half grilled with garlic butter), 1KG crab with Singapore sauce, 1KG stir-fried squid, and 1KG cheese-baked scallops. They also included two portions of fried rice, two vegetable dishes, two boxes of fruit, and two 1-liter cans of beer. This price was only half of what we'd pay in the south, so much so that after we moved to the southern part of the island, we took a taxi back just to eat there again! 5. **Transportation**: You can use Grab for taxis, or hail a taxi directly at the hotel entrance, where prices are clearly displayed. We hired a 7-seater car for most of the day for 900,000 VND, which is about 250 RMB. A one-way trip to the south cost around 200,000 VND.

Location wise, it's a bit far from the main town & the airport... About half an hour away. Shuttle buses are provided to & from the airport & also to Grand World Phu Quoc. If you plan to just hang around the Northern part of Phu Quoc Island, then yes, this hotel is strategically located. The hotel itself is 5 star! From the aesthetics, facilities & the service! Most of the staff couldn't really speak English though. Taste of the food from each restaurant varies, menu variety is very vast, there's Italian, Korean, Vietnamese & Indian cuisines. The spa service is also spot on. I tried the 4 handed massage... That is some next level stuff. The room itself eventhough I was placed near the elevator. I couldn't hear much noise. The rooms were really well insulated. The bed is so comfortable & the bathroom is so huge! I really enjoyed my stay here at Sheraton Phu Quoc! Highly recommended.

Everything was amazing. The service, especially Tristan (reception), Thai & Hai (restaurant), the cleaning team, the buggy drivers, the nurse... everyone in the staff! They treated us so nicely, and the hotel itself is an absolute dream! The bedrooms are super clean, the house is huge, and it was super cool to have our own swimming pool! I had the best experience ever in this hotel, and we are willing to come back one day! Additionally, the 15,000 Steps🚶♀️ Reward Program was super creative, and you should consider running🏃♂️ inside the hotel to get 500,000 💰 VND reward at the same time as you get healthy! 😁👍 I highly recommend it! --Manu😄

The location was further up in the north but the facilities is well maintained and abundance in space. This is what a resort should be like! Windy, spacious. Though, there could have been more beach/hotel activities. The complimentary airport pick up and safari tickets was a nice touch! We enjoyed the free shuttle around grand world, safari and Vinwonders.

We booked a garden view villa but the 3 rooms and living room are all isolated. So going to another room have to wear slippers and cross few meters’ area without shelter. As the days during our stay were raining and there were no floor mat prepared for each room at the entrance, the rooms’ floor were messy and wet when we went in/out. I hope there is description about the separate rooms setting of the villa at the page of booking! The pool and the mini water park were nice and saved some score for this hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area: between Grand World and Vinpearl Wonderworld. The hotel is a bit old, so you can feel some humidity smell in certain areas, like the corridors, but in general, it’s quite clean and nice. The breakfast is great! There are a lot of options to choose from. We couldn’t enjoy the beach since we visited during the monsoon season, but it looked well taken care of. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses from and to the airport and other sightseeing places, such as Grand World

AAnonymous UserWe were truly touched by how family-friendly this resort is! Our villa was ideal for traveling with kids — besides the pool that the little ones absolutely loved, it was also equipped with a water dispenser, washing machine, and dishwasher — such helpful features for moms 🥰 Every staff member we met was kind and took wonderful care of us. Since we had an early morning flight, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a variety of breakfast items for us to enjoy at the airport — such a considerate touch! The hotel app was super efficient and convenient — booking activities, arranging transportation, and ordering food was all quick and easy. Big thanks to Thien, the friendly poolside staff who looked after us so well for two days! Our kids had so much fun every day — playing chess, pickleball, frisbee, archery, and of course, lots of swimming! The fire dance show at the beachfront restaurant was also a highlight — entertaining and memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again 💕

LLisa_GThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service. It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional. There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport. All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The service was truly excellent; the staff were incredibly warm, always smiling, and very proactive in helping. The biggest highlight was on my daughter's birthday evening when the hotel surprised us with a 'Happy Birthday' wish, a cake, and a card. My daughter was absolutely overjoyed, and it truly felt like a special celebration. Our four-night stay was incredibly satisfying. Although the rooms were a bit dated, it didn't dampen our spirits. The airport transfer service was fantastic.

AA Fish Called WandererExceptional from the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were incredibly attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble. Every detail had been carefully thought out, from the beautifully appointed room that had everything we could possibly need, to the thoughtful messages from Madame Vermont that added such a personal touch. Little extras, like the charming pepper gift, made us feel truly valued. The hotel itself is stunning, with its elegant French colonial style, and the environment was wonderfully peaceful. The private beach, immaculate pool area, and lush gardens created a perfectly relaxing escape. Dining at Pepper Restaurant was a highlight—the food was absolutely fantastic and beautifully presented. This trip exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to return!
