The location is superb! The room is fantastic! The service is excellent! Our child came to climb Huangshan for autumn break, and following the hotel staff's advice, we went to the transfer center at 6 AM. The main gate wasn't even open yet, and thousands of tourists were blocked outside the scenic area, but we were already inside. This allowed us to smoothly queue in the very first row. Seeing the huge crowds rush in, I truly felt so lucky to have chosen Holiday Inn Express.

The staff were extremely helpful & professional. I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel. The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft  sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.  The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated. The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty. A high quality washing machine was helpful.  The location is central  and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.  Easy to get a Didi  Thank you

The front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. Two thumbs up. The carpet in the hallways was a bit old and hard to keep it pristine under the hot and moist climate. But once you were in the room it was another story. Beds were nice and soft and clean and bathroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style and good. The hotel is not too far from the Old Street area. However you still need to call Didi and it costs you little. The last point is the hotel price was very inexpensive. It gives you a very good value for your money. So if you are looking for a good hotel to sleep with budget in mind, this is the one. There are restaurants near the hotel. I will book this hotel again if I am in the area. Thank you to the front desk staffs.

From the outside, it looks like a regular traditional hotel. The room is neither big nor small, and there is no sofa, but it is enough for one person. The service attitude is good. Soon after arriving at the room, milk and biscuits were delivered. Although they were from the end of 2023, they were still within the shelf life. I was watching TV at night and there was a sudden power outage. After calling the front desk, the power came back after a while. I wonder if the front desk set the room card incorrectly? Or is there something wrong with the room card insertion facility? There is no weak current socket, so the mobile phone and power bank cannot be charged at the same time. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many meat dishes, the staple food is rich and colorful.

The room is good and smart overall. I am quite satisfied. Actually, as someone who really wants Anqing to be better, we can probably work harder on the details. For example, Anqing is also vigorously promoting tourism. Our hotel can appropriately increase the introduction and proactive service awareness (not saying that the brothers and sisters are not good, but just making better requests). It would be better if the room had a dirty clothes basket so that we can have a place to put the towels after use. You can see the Yangtze River. It's very beautiful when you get up early in the morning and there's some fog on the river.

This stay in Suzhou was perfect! The service at Lijing Yueju Hotel is simply impeccable. From the warm reception of the staff at the front desk when I checked in to the thoughtful care during my stay, I felt the warmth of home. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm, the bedding is comfortable, and the sleep is wonderful. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including local specialties as well as a variety of regular breakfasts to satisfy the tastes of different people. The dining environment is spacious and bright, and the staff cleans the table in a timely manner. Moreover, it is very convenient to eat, shop and travel around the hotel. This accommodation experience is really great. I will choose this place next time I come to Suzhou!

The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is quiet. You need to swipe your card for the elevator in the building. There are no companies or shops on the same floor as there are residents. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs of the hotel, making life convenient. Disadvantages: 1. The head room and the upstairs and downstairs are not well soundproofed. They are both connected to a glass curtain wall. Late night movements upstairs and the noise of the subwoofer downstairs can be heard most clearly at the bedside. 2. Continued sweeping and cleaning is not enough. The old-fashioned string mop used not only fails to mop the hair clean, but also sometimes leaves a smell after mopping. In addition, it is recommended that the cleaning lady not take the initiative to clean things on the table. Some empty bottle boxes are useful. 3. The hot water is small, so bathing in cold weather is difficult, and water overflows from the basin.

Super location and very nice staff. We ordered an airport pickup to the hotel with the trip app and our driver contacted the hotel to let them know when we arrived so that a staff member could pick us up by the road. Super cozy streets around the hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, noodles and dumplings. On our second day we asked the staff to recommend a driver to take us to different hot spots and we got a very nice driver at an affordable price. Will definitely stay here again.

I have to say, the location of Bright Summit Hotel is truly exceptional and lives up to its reputation. Watching the sunrise from the room is a far superior experience than from the outdoor viewing platforms. You don't have to wake up early to fight for a spot, or stand in the cold waiting. The main thing is the excellent vantage point, offering panoramic views of mountain mist, sea of clouds, daily sunrises, and frost-covered trees. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels I encountered along the way, this location is simply unbeatable – absolutely the top choice for sunrise viewing. The service experience was also great. Firstly, upon arrival, there were welcome gifts and free ginger tea, which was a real lifesaver and instantly rejuvenated us after winter hiking. Kids also received free egg tarts to snack on. Secondly, a dedicated butler guided us to our room, informed us about the facilities and best viewing spots, and provided crucial sunrise times and weather information. On the day of check-in, they even reminded us to hike up early, and after we checked out, they followed up to ask if we had safely descended the mountain. Their care wasn't lacking despite their busy schedule. Overall, it was excellent, highly recommended!
