A true gem for our Qinhuangdao trip! The 270° panoramic windows bring the azure sea and sky right into the room. You can watch the sunrise from your bed, observe seagulls soaring over the waves, and in the evening, catch those romantic moments when the orange sunset paints the sea. Some room types even have private terraces, perfect for enjoying a drink and chatting with the sea breeze – it really enhances the vacation vibe. The hotel is just across the road from the beach, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Xianluo Island. They even provide free sand-digging tools, making it super convenient for families with kids. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the smart room controls are easy to use. The laundry room is available anytime, showing great attention to detail. It's also close to a food street, making everything from dining to transportation convenient. The value for money is exceptional, and it's definitely on our list for a second visit!

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was pleasant. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the value for money was great. I would stay here again next time!

The hotel's facade is a little understated, but once you step inside, the reception area boasts a European-inspired decor. An elevator provides direct access to the rooms, which is very convenient. The rooms themselves were perfectly adequate for our needs. A major highlight is the location: it's incredibly close to the Chengde Mountain Resort, probably just a 5-10 minute walk away. We arrived quite late after a long journey that evening, but the staff were still on hand to help guide us to parking and proactively offered to assist with our luggage. Their service was exceptionally warm and attentive – a big thumbs up! 👍 The only drawback is the lack of breakfast. We had to find our own food, and I personally didn't manage to find any suitable options nearby – though I'm not sure if I was just looking in the wrong places. However, a leisurely stroll around the park directly opposite was genuinely relaxing!

The room is fair for its price, but there are several downsides. The bathroom was old and dirty, which was disappointing. While the room itself was mostly okay because it was affordable, I wouldn’t recommend staying here in winter. The room was very cold, the air conditioner didn’t work well, and it was extremely noisy. I ended up turning it off just to avoid the noise, but that left the room freezing. The shower barely worked, making it impossible to take a proper shower. Additionally, I purchased an extra breakfast, but it wasn’t worth the money. If you stay at this hotel, I’d suggest having breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is excellent. Every staff member I saw greeted me with a 'hello.' The bedding was very clean, and breakfast was good with a decent variety, especially the unique Korean noodles. Although I'm not used to the taste, it's definitely a special feature that other Holiday Inn Express hotels don't offer. When checking out, there was a free parking QR code available to scan. Since I was traveling with kids, I appreciated the kids' toothbrushes and slippers. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Nice hotel...Very nice location, just in between the railway station and Tienyi mall, which is at 5 minutes walking distance. Their breakfast is not served in the hotel but outside on a public square and it is way below the average. It looks more like lunch, it is too greasy and unhealthy. They should exclude this unealthy breakfast from their price, i.e. decrease the price for 15 rmb, and make it optional. Whoever wants can pay these 15rmb and eat that garbage.

The hotel is directly opposite the Bifengmen parking lot, and it's about a 20-minute walk to Lizheng Gate of the Mountain Resort. The quad room with bunk beds was very family-friendly for our family with two children. While the hotel's facilities are fairly basic, I must particularly praise their excellent 9.9 Mountain Resort day tour and the front desk staff. First, regarding the Mountain Resort day tour: it lasted a full 5 hours, and our guide, Xiao Qi, didn't waste a single minute. He provided thorough explanations, meticulously planned our route, and there were absolutely no sales pitches or additional charges. For such an honest and dedicated guide, the hotel deserves a huge commendation! And then there's the front desk staff – every single person was beaming with smiles. They offered detailed information, provided attentive service, and went above and beyond to assist with any request. They even helped us cut a watermelon we bought, booked tickets for a show, and thoughtfully provided cushions for us as we were heading out. Truly heartwarming service! Hidden gem: Just down the stairs next to the hotel is the Temple of Confucius. Plus, there's a highly popular lamb soup spot nearby, serving delicious *shaobing* (sesame flatbreads)!

The room was okay. I always stay here. It's probably the best hotel nearby. There's a new hotel near Hedao International, but it's also very convenient to stay here.

The room had a swing, which my child loved. The room was very clean. It was also very convenient to get to the beach, and there were many restaurants just outside the hotel. I would definitely come back with my child in the future.

The front desk was very professional and enthusiastic. They called before check-in to ask what time we would arrive and whether we had any requirements for the direction of the room. The room was also cleaned very cleanly. The newly opened facilities and equipment were very new and had no smell. This stay was a pleasant surprise. I will come again next time.
