The back of the hotel features a spacious area perfect for strolling and playing, with breathtaking views of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. 2. **Family-Oriented:** This hotel is a haven for families. The expansive lawn provides ample space for children to run and play. 3. **Wide Parking Space:** Ample parking space makes it convenient for guests arriving with their vehicles. 4. **Breakfast Buffet:** Though the breakfast buffet had limited choices, every dish served was delicious and satisfying. **Cons:** 1. **Unheated Pool:** Unfortunately, the pool is unheated, which might be a downside for those looking to take a dip in colder weather. 2. **Outdated Room:** The room we stayed in felt quite old and outdated. The chair and sofa had tacky covers, likely because they were really old. 3. **Towel Availability:** Surprisingly, there were no towels in our room upon arrival. We had to request them, which was quite disappointing considering this is a 5-star hotel. Service at the bar area & Christmas food store was very slow. Breakfast for the price of the room was way below par. What we'd expected to be traditional such as sausages & bacon were not included. Wi-Fi connection was very, very poor would have been a nightmare if we'd been there on business. Main lobby of the hotel, dinning are way too cold. Lastly, due to the temperature in this location at this time of year it is important to be able to have a hot shower, show temperature too intermittent, was not possible to have a hot shower.

We had a relaxing weekend stay. Location is good. Hotel amenities quite old but was ok , hope there was a free access to the game room though everything has fees. 😅 The pool was nice but crowded at during peak hours ... Others are not hotel guest but residential guests. Breakfast was delicious but limited options

Highly recommended resort! From the bed to the entire property to the breakfast buffet. Will definitely go back! And we were upgraded to Palmera Glass Suite which is a more expensive villa than the one we originally booked. We were taken care of and the toiletries were just so amazing

It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us.
