"This hotel is absolutely stunning! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was blown away by the distant ocean view. The lobby is airy and comfortable, with relaxing percussion music playing. The Manja restaurant offers delicious food, but I found the ambiance at UMA to be the best and most comfortable. The swings and daybeds on the public beach are incredibly cozy and perfect for photos. The pool is a huge bonus! Even though my stay was short, it was incredibly pleasant. The staff are all very friendly and polite, greeting everyone they meet. Buggies were provided for luggage transport during both check-in and check-out. Shevyl at the front desk was particularly kind and enthusiastic. However, we arrived too early to check in, and by the time it was possible, the front desk staff had changed. Perhaps because of this, we weren't given a hotel tour, which I noticed other guests received upon checking in. We also weren't informed that we could request a packed breakfast from the front desk if we were going on an island hopping tour the next day."

"The location next to Ayala Center is excellent, but the hotel facilities were disappointing for a four-star property. The room phone was not working, so I had to go down to the front desk just to request drinking water. The refrigerator barely cooled anything, making it impossible to keep water or food cold in Cebu’s heat. If bottled water is only available on request, at least provide water dispensers on each floor. The amenities were also very limited. Only one toothbrush and one set of cotton buds were provided, despite multiple guests staying in the room. Constantly requesting basic necessities is inconvenient. The location is great, but the facilities and guest convenience need significant improvement."

"My family and I recently stayed at Crimson for a night, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My daughter absolutely loved the place, and the only word she could repeatedly say was, “AMAZING.” The buffet breakfast was outstanding, especially the wide variety of options available for kids. It was thoughtful touches like these that made our stay even more enjoyable. The foam party at the infinity pool was also a big highlight and added so much fun and excitement for the children. What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, warm, and approachable throughout our visit. During checkout, a piece of luggage belonging to a guest from Room 619 was accidentally loaded into our car. As soon as we discovered it, we immediately contacted the concierge, and the taxi driver kindly returned it to the hotel right away. Overall, we had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at the resort. Thank you for the excellent service and experience — we would gladly return and highly recommend Crimson to others."

"Stayed at The Reef Resort Cebu and had an amazing overall experience. What really stood out was the hospitality from every single staff member at the resort. Special shoutout to Jay – when I pointed out that the premium deluxe room assigned had a different sea view than what was published on the official website, she accommodated the change and arranged a room upgrade. Truly appreciate the prompt and professional service. Don't leave without trying the local grills from Halina – absolutely a must-try! "Good experience as it is a 5 star hotel but I think they lack manpower as we trainees only most of the time. Hopefully they can provide more good service in the bar lounge area and atleast have artist musicians like other hotels even Dusit Thani Davao have also."
