With an early flight, staying at this hotel was the most convenient option. The hotel itself was decent, nothing seriously wrong, but the pillows were a bit too high and almost gave me a stiff neck. I wish they provided both a high and a low pillow. Also, there's no outlet above the nightstand, which made charging my phone inconvenient.

The best thing about this hotel is, it's very close to the airport easy to reach it took just 15mnts to reach the hotel and the taxi fare is just 30 RMB and surprisingly the hotel rates are very cheap I just got a neat and clean room for 116 Rmb along with the breakfast free, I suggestion is to book through Trip.com easy to book. staff, reception staff (the girl with the tattoo and the girl with the specs helped me a lot like a family) are very friendly, smiling, helping a lot, welcoming with the pure heart, and the hotel room is clean, neat and it has all the facilities just beside the hotel there are a lot of restaurants to enjoy the local food, the place quite and calm, my overall experience is very nice I enjoyed the stay, I give perfect rating score to the full. and I highly recommend the stay.

Living in the Disney area, the first choice is the Mosher Hotel. The exclusive shuttle bus is free to travel, and there is no pressure to enjoy the park. Nutritious breakfast is served every day, rich coffee is tasted at any time, and the taste buds enjoy it. Prepare a bucket for soaking feet indoors to relieve the soreness and fatigue of walking. The hotel has its own leisure swimming pool, cool water after play, perfect self-service laundry service, clean and tidy travel without worry, intimate service shows warmth.

The facilities are complete and the room is clean. I specifically requested a quiet room when booking, and they did assign me one further from the elevator. However, the soundproofing is very poor. I could still hear noises from the hallway and the next room in the middle of the night. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider staying here.

The hotel's location is decent, but the cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, which I could even detect on the tenth floor. There were also many tiny flies, which would swarm around me when I showered. They seemed to come from the shower drain, flying up as soon as the water hit. I reported this to the hotel, and they only provided mosquito repellent tablets, which were completely useless. Additionally, there was no air conditioning. The unit was there, but it didn't provide cool air. Perhaps it's only activated after a certain date, but this should have been stated on the booking page. It was 30 degrees Celsius in late April, and with no AC, I had to request a fan from the front desk.

We had an excellent stay at Youli Hotel. The location is very good as it is just few minutes away from everywhere we want to go in Shanghai. It is also very near to the Metro Station. Basically the location is 10 out 10! For muslims, u can easily walk to GuanGuanJi Halal Restaurant and Halal Hot Pot from the hotel. Below is also a Family Mart and across the stress there is Luckin. The staffs are also very helpful and courteous. I would like to applaud all of them for the excellent customer service. We can easily contacy them via WeChat for all our needs. Well done YouLi Hotel!! I will definitely come back to stay if am in Shanghai and will also recommend Youli Hotel to my friends!

Compliment: The airport transfer to Pudong Airport Terminal 1 took only 7 minutes! Criticism: This is for Jinjiang Group – did you consider the consumer's perspective when naming your hotels? There's another hotel called 'Jinjiang Inn Select (Shanghai Pudong Airport Store)', and this one just adds the word 'Town' at the end. Arriving late at night, calling a taxi, and being from out of town, it's impossible to tell the difference. I only realized I went to the wrong hotel when I got to the airport branch and had to take another taxi to the 'Town' branch. Service is in the details, and this absolutely needs improvement. My comment about 'service' isn't about the staff's service, but about the management's naming conventions. I wasn't the only one who went to the wrong hotel that night. Also, the pick-up service runs on the hour, so if you miss it, you have to take a taxi yourself. I suggest you try experiencing this firsthand.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Ruijin Hospital, just a 200-meter walk away. The entire place was spotless, even the corners were clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, tasted great, and was very reasonably priced – excellent value for money! Everything from transportation and accommodation to dining was hassle-free. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The shuttle to Disney was pre-booked and had plenty of seats. The hotel's interior facilities are modern, and the cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous, clearly reflecting the management team's dedication. After getting off the plane, exit gate 8 and then gate 9. Look up outside and you'll see a sign on the pillar indicating the shuttle bus stop. The shuttle arrived on time. Hotel check-in and check-out were very fast, done within a minute. The room was clean and quiet, with complete facilities. There were two pillows of different firmness, and even a humidifier. The hotel also has a gym and a buffet restaurant. The airport transfer was convenient and quick, arriving in just a few minutes. Thank you!
