The environment around the nine store is very good, the traffic is very convenient, and the sports square is out. I saw the sun rise in the morning and I was in a very good mood. I chose this place every time I traveled. There are a lot of things to eat around and there are many places to play. There will be a snack street about a few hundred meters away. It is very convenient. I go out to play together at night.

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel! The staff were all friendly and helpful during the stay. The location is also good as it is near the north gate making it easy to travel around. The room is big and clean too! They also offer baggage service to the main road to get a cab which is great as the path there makes it hard to pull luggages. Also breakfast was yummy too! Will come back and stay again in the future!

It was a joy to wake up to the gorgeous view of ErHai offered by the bay window in our room, plus breakfast delivered to the door, each day. The room was clean, the hot water and water pressure were steady, and the bed was comfortable. Also really enjoyed using the tub by the window. Above all else, service was impeccable. The front desk was immensely helpful in providing advice for our plans on the day to day and very kindly helped to arrange for transport to our next stop at Lijiang. The only downsides are that it's a distance away from some of the popular tourist sites, but didi worked just fine for where we wanted to go. I believe the hotel will also help to book you a car if you need one. In all, my husband and I were really glad we chose to stay here and would be more than happy to return.

The B&B is in the ancient village of Nuodeng. Most of the houses here are built with rammed earth walls. They are very beautiful and special. We came during the National Day. Parking was difficult and we could only park far outside the village. Our luggage needed to be carried on mules, so we followed. I was panting heavily and sweating all over when I climbed to the B&B. The ancient villages are full of irregular stone steps. I can’t count how many steps I climbed. It was quite tiring. The environment of the B&B is good. You can see the scenery everywhere. You can stay on the terrace for a whole day and it’s not a waste of time. The room is not very clean, but it's okay under the general environment. However, the bathroom door is broken and does not close tightly. The bath water will spill out. The toilet is a bit wobbly. I hope it can be repaired if there is a chance. The food at the B&B was delicious, and the boss also gave us a taste of the home-brew wine, which was delicious. It's pet-friendly here. Several puppies came that day. The B&B has a kitten which is also very cute. There is a charging station not far outside the village, and there are service staff. There is no waiting for a table on holidays, which is great!

The environment is super good. The inn is an old house, very beautiful. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and contacted us one day in advance to tell us how to check in. The breakfast is delicious, with a lot of variety and very satisfying. I don't want to go out when I stay in the inn. I can stay for a day and it's very comfortable.

We mistakenly came to Shaxi instead of Dali old town but this hotel made it all worthwhile visiting. The personal hospitality was exceptional, the 3 versions of breakfast was so delicious and plentiful, location was great within the pedestrian only area. Rooms were very clean and charming, the attention to detail is superb. We have traveled many places and stayed at nice grand hotels such as the Ritz Carlton before but the personal service to make you feel pampered is exceptional, from the evening offerings of hot goat milk before bedtime, afternoon tea reception, parting gift, and carrying our luggage’s to meet our taxi outside the pedestrian zone was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This inn and restaurant is so beautifully decorated. The artistry in the stone walls, walkways, plants, and cultural pieces is done tastefully and elegantly. We were very pleased with our one night stay after walking the Stone Forest for the day. It was a perfect days end and I suggest staying rather than boarding the bus. We walked the 1.8 km from the park ticket booth and bus area to this venue - easy to find (except that the pin on the map on Trip.com shows it on the opposite side of the road. Nevertheless, it was very easy to find from the pictures on the site by looking across the street.) We took the bus to Shilin and back to East Coach Station - super easy - 43 RMB each.

Xishuangbanna Jinghong Jimu River View Hotel is amazing! Located along the riverside, it offers the perfect viewpoint for sunsets and evening views. You can see the bridge across the Mekong River and the buildings on the opposite shore, beautifully lit with colorful lights—a truly breathtaking sight. The hotel is also close to street food vendors and food/fruit shops just below the building. The night market is only a 10-15 minute walk away, making this location ideal. The facilities and services, including A/C, a tea kettle, hair dryer, swimming pool, airport pickup, breakfast, slippers (changed daily!), towels, washing machine (this surprised me!), toothbrush, toothpaste, tissue paper, and more, are excellent—better than other hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s essentially a smart hotel! There’s a Xiaodu AI (like Google Alexa or Siri) to help you manage room functions such as opening/closing curtains, turning lights on/off, and controlling music—it's so innovative! However, it currently only supports Mandarin. The bathroom features an automated toilet with self-flushing, a heated seat, and an automatic bidet. One thing to note is that there is no door or partition between the toilet/bathroom and the bedroom, so it’s an open design. If you’re sharing the room with friends or others you don’t know well, be mindful of this for privacy. The staff here are friendly and helpful, although their English is limited. They do their best to use translation tools, which is appreciated and works fine. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00, so if you want to enjoy it, an early wake-up is necessary, haha! The food is simple and leans more towards Chinese style rather than Western, with options like noodles, cakes, stir-fried vegetables, soy milk, fresh milk, and watermelon. Overall, I rate this hotel 10/10! The few minor points I mentioned are easy to overlook, and the price is affordable and reasonable. You won’t find another hotel like this anywhere else! Don’t hesitate to make this hotel a memorable part of your trip—you won’t regret it! (I made two bookings for this hotel—so don’t be surprised if you see this review twice!)

The location is great, walking distance to Lijiang old town and massage. Personal opinion normal room will do as the highest floor common area got the same view too (cute dog too). My expectation was slightly higher for the room view and just to realise there was a glass and not an outdoor access based on the photos. Got disappointed by the expectation from the photos but still a good stay due to location. Service is good and staff is friendly. Do note there is no lift and there are walking of 4th floor up too. They will be helping with the luggage. Breakfast is good, aunties are nice and making sure we are full before our journey. I would still recommend to stay here but opt for Normal room will do. Not worth the value for my room based on my personal opinion. The sun is strong during the day and the curtains are there most of the time since it is glaring. Hence we didn’t enjoy much the view too.

The property is very close to one of the entrances into the old town, so it was very easy to alight the car and just walk over, as cars are not allowed in the old town. First impression of the property was great, as there was a very well maintained garden filled with flowering plants, right when you entered the doors. Eric and Joyce, the friendly and warm owners of this lovely place, were there to greet us too! Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, it was a breeze chatting and learning more about Shaxi from the two of them! This is especially convenient for tourists who are from SG, MY, who may prefer to communicate in English or Cantonese! Rooms were very clean and heaters were available. There is no air conditioning, but frankly, you will not require that at all! The main street of the old town is just a casual walk away, perhaps just 5 mins from the property. But along the way, you would certainly stop by many spots to have pictures taken as the entire place is so scenic! The houses, the vibes, the courtyards etc, everywhere you turn and look, it's just beautiful. There is no lack of places to dine at, once you are at the old town, so despite the fact that the property does not include food, you will never go hungry. All in all, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend anyone who visits Shaxi to stay over at this awesome property!
