The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, it's in the heart of the city center and the most lively place in Sharm El Sheikh and the beach is less than 100 meters away. The staff is very friendly and made my friend and I feel at home. We became friends, Mahmoud and Hazin made dinner a nice and different experience, also Zakaria was very energetic and lively who responded to our requests in room service and Mokhtar who served us breakfast with his beautiful smile. Of course the best part of the experience is that the best and most amazing parties in Sharm El Sheikh take place right in front of your room window, as soon as you step out of your room door you are in the biggest disco in Sharm El Sheikh. We have tried all the parties in all the party places in Sharm and they are all the best. The beach is very beautiful and has all services, but the person called Gomaa was very vulgar and he would reserve the first row, even if we went to the beach early in the morning he wanted to make us sit in a late row, and at noon we find that visitors came and he wanted to make them sit in the first row even though we came before them.
I stayed here for a week. The pool was a real plus, and the ocean is right outside. I loved the front desk owner; we greeted each other every day and he was a very nice guy.
However, a bespectacled gentleman at the front desk called a taxi for me and charged me 200 Egyptian pounds for one kilometer (the normal price is 30 pounds). I was in a hurry and didn't know you could just wave a taxi, so I got in. Afterward, I asked the driver why it was so expensive, and he was so nervous he couldn't speak (he said things in Dahab have been very expensive lately).
Also, the driver didn't drop me off at the correct address; it was two kilometers away from where I was supposed to be. I had to wait for half an hour in the scorching sun before I could get another taxi. This was the most frustrating thing I experienced in Dahab.
Aside from this unpleasant taxi experience, I had a wonderful week here. I'm so grateful to the entire friendly staff. Dahab is a great place! I definitely will stay here again.

Excellent experience! The hotel is well-kept and very welcoming, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always attentive to guests' needs. The breakfast is generous and high-quality, with a wide selection for all tastes. Convenient location for exploring the area. I will definitely be back!
An ordinary hotel, average, but not worth the money. Definitely not worth 5*. This hotel is 4* at most. Old furniture, cracked tiles, something doesn't work, the food gets boring on the third day. Juices are chemicals, natural ones - rarely.
Not worth the money, it's a long walk to the sea through another hotel, and even there the beach is for 3 hotels, there are never enough sun loungers. The territory is small, basically a well in the yard is the whole territory.
I would definitely not come back a second time.
Ps. Once I saw a guy in the canteen wiping dirt off clean mugs with his finger, who was standing at the counter, since then we only drank from paper cups

The hotel facilities and environment are generally good, the price is affordable, the WiFi is poor. It was a pity when I stayed on March 24th. There were guests by the swimming pool in the middle of the night, which was too disturbing. I didn't sleep well. The WiFi in the room was really bad, including the public areas. It was difficult to comment. I was going to give a low score, but seeing that the other services of the hotel were quite good, I still gave a high score. Anyway, I still recommend staying here.
The room's cleanliness was average. I found a hair on the duvet and stains on the pillow. After requesting a room change, things improved.
The hotel's restaurant staff was very friendly and prepared a rich and delicious breakfast and dinner.
The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and uncrowded. The hotel's dog was adorable and played with us.
The hotel is a bit far from Dahab's town center, making it difficult to get around. You'll need to hail a taxi (or flag down a pickup truck on the street, as there are no in-car drivers or Ubers). If you're looking to snorkel, it's more convenient to stay in the town center.

The service provided at the hotel was very welcoming and every request actioned positively. The rooms are clean and restaurant open 24/7 with a good range of menu choice. There is a bar area and chill area, swimming pool with loungers. The pool was a little chilly for swimming as we visited during the low / winter season when it was quiet but there were a range of tours available which the hotel can arrange along with an airport transfer service. All in all I would recommend a stay at this hotel, a trip to Dahab centre is a short taxi ride from the hotel whose location is ideal for relaxing.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located 10-15min from Naama beach. Some guests told me later that it has a private beach, however noone from the stuff told me about it. There is a big swimming pool and entertainment for children outside. The rooms are average, the place can use a renovation. Two small bottles of water in the room, while tap water is not drinkable. Big minus - blankets without case and with unpleasant surface like in cheap hostel. Please improve that!
Right on the check-in the reception told me (not really asked) to buy stuff for him in a duty-free shop with money he was about to give me.l and was upset when I didn't. It should be clear here who is working for whom, but apparently in this hotel it is not.
Week internet in the room and even the lobby, disappiaring sometimes entirely. And when you need to enter a user name and password again in a pop-up window when connecting to the wifi.

LLynn amyVery nice hotel with swimming pool and spa..all inclusive available the food is delicious..the staff are friendly and helpful and will do anything to make you happy and ensure that your stay is comfortable.
Only thing is that the supermarket is double the price go across the road, to buy snacks if needed it's cheaper.

BBingBaiThe location of the hotel is pretty good. There are many other hotels nearby and the entrance is easy to identify. The service was very good. We had a day trip to Sharm El Sheikh and arrived at about 9 o'clock in the morning. We were allowed to check in directly. Checking out at about 8 o'clock that night and catching a flight went smoothly.
The room's facilities are a little bit old, but it's really clean. The air conditioning is very powerful. Except for two towels, there are no daily necessities, so you need to prepare them in advance. The pool was under renovation when we were there. Very cost-effective and worth a short stay.
GGuest UserAn older hotel for unpretentious guests. Service-wise: the toilet was fixed on the third day, and a second chair for the balcony hadn't been brought in a week, despite numerous reminders. A torn curtain was still hanging. There are no mosquito nets, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The air conditioner is very noisy. Food-wise: everything is very monotonous, but edible: meat, fish, and sweets are all hand-me-downs, while vegetables are all you can take. The juice is very watered down. Long lines at the beginning of dinner, there aren't enough forks and spoons, the hot water runs out, and you have to beg for napkins. Beach-wise: an uncomfortable bus takes you to El Fanar twice a day. But free access is only to a small beach where the sun loungers are crammed tightly together, everything is packed, and there might not be enough space. There are no toilets, no showers, no cafe, and you have to swim through shallow water to reach the reef, risking skinned knees and belly. There's a beautiful, well-maintained beach nearby, but there's an entrance fee of $4 per person. There's a good restaurant across from the hotel, a Mango store nearby, and the Old Town is 2 km away. There's a clean pool and a good show on Fridays.
