Hotel is good since I has shuttle bus to adn from the airport. The breakfast that can be purchased separately is quite good. Staff is alright. The problem is this hotel really requires innovation and clean up. The curtains in our room were covered with mold. I wouldn't stay there again.

All is good for the hotel stay except for parking lot and unloading location. The parking lot is not very easy to find out. There is no unloading place like most hotels, so it makes inconvenient to unload several luggage. We have to park the car inside the parking lot first, unload our stuff and then return the car. The front desk person was good to give us an hour for free to park our car. Normally the guests are only given half an hour free parking which might not be enough for this big hotel and when there are a lot of guests to check in. Except for such, all others are all good.

It started off promisingly, with a smooth coordination for my pick-up at LAX, which pleasantly exceeded my expectations and set a hopeful tone for my stay. However, that initial positivity quickly faded. When I entered my room and opened the curtains, I was met with an unsightly view: a construction dumping site littered with open garbage bins and, shockingly, an exposed toilet. The thought of starting my mornings with coffee while staring at such a view was less than ideal. The next morning, as I tried to enjoy my coffee, the scene outside was impossible to ignore. I found myself unable to finish my coffee and went straight to the reception desk, feeling quite frustrated. I explained the situation to the manager, expressing my disappointment and requesting a different room. To her credit, she did her best to help by offering a room one floor up. While I appreciated her attempt, the ‘solution’ barely improved the situation. The same eyesore remained directly below, and I found myself avoiding the view entirely by only looking up at the sky instead. What could have been a comfortable, relaxing stay turned into one filled with frustration and disappointment. While the staff made an effort, it didn’t change the fact that each morning started with a grim reminder of the inadequate environment. The experience left a sour aftertaste, overshadowing any positives the hotel had to offer. With all of this in mind, I’m giving 2 stars. Sadly, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this experience to others.

The location is really convenient, right next to Union Square and close to Powell St subway station. It is very convenient to go to the airport, a 30-minute direct ride. There are Burger King, McDonald's, 711 and Panda Restaurant nearby. I bought two bottles of water at 711 to solve the drinking water problem. There is also lemonade available in the hotel lobby. The room we booked was small, but the area was not small, it was completely suitable for 1 to 2 people to stay in, and the layout was reasonable. The room price/performance ratio is very satisfactory. The only problem was that my credit card didn't have a chip when I checked in, and the card machine couldn't read the magnetic stripe, so the staff had to input the number manually. An Asian staff member seemed a bit impatient. Isn't this a normal operation in your job?

The hotel was great in almost every aspect, it was nice that even though breakfast was not included they still offered coffee, pastries and fruits in the morning. The only downside was an amenities charge of 20 dollars that we were not aware of. Supposedly that for wifi when it said it was already included.

That breakfast was surpassingly amazing. There were multiple choices of eggs and the ones with bacon, and vegetables was better than most other places breakfast buffets. Hats off to the morning chef, their cooking was better than most diners.

The K mattress & pillows were very comfortable. The room was very spacious & quiet. Cynthia from front desk was very accommodating for my request & had a great stay. The staff were friendly, courteous & efficient. The gated covered parking came in handy for the storm & I appreciate they have 3 well functioning luggage carts for guest use. Gateway Towne Center is within walking, 1 block to Best Buy, Marshalls, etc.

Overall stay was good. However, the hotel charged me again even though my stay was fully paid. Had to contact Trip.com to liaise with the hotel. These were the extras that should not have happened in the 1st place.

Very friendly staff and very satisfied with the flexible time to check-in especially flight delayed caused us late check-in. Hotel room very clean and value for money. Will definitely visit again!

I was reserved to the 4rth floor and I was here for a few days. Myself and another person staying here told the front desk but there was no change. I’ve had to use my hotspot.

The hotel is very old and has seen better days. The location of the hotel is ok. There is a 99 supermarket opposite, and there are many Chinese-owned restaurants next to it. Things in supermarkets are very cheap, much cheaper than in China. Parking costs $10 per night, which is not expensive. The hotel is in the Chinese district, and it is said that there are many Chinese people. The room hygiene is okay. The front desk service is very good, but the English is so poor that the front desk cannot communicate.

It was okay, traveling during the holidays so things were very busy which changes the experience. Shuttle took a long time to pick up, and the driver was not very nice or helpful, but the drop of back at the airport the next day was great, supper friendly driver who was quick to help with large bags. Breakfast was not included and to buy breakfast there was really expensive. Starbucks was maybe 5 minutes walk away so I just got breakfast there. One strange thing was that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom so the bathroom was a bit of a mess after taking a shower.

The location is very good, right in Koreatown, with a subway station nearby, and it is very convenient to go to Hollywood, Universal Studios and Griffith Observatory. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are many choices for food. The hotel provides breakfast, which is also very good, and there are fruits. The service staff is very good. I missed the breakfast time because I got up late on the first day, so I went to the restaurant upstairs to try my luck. The service staff also let me take some leftover cakes, sausages and milk to eat. The room is spacious and bright, and the hygiene is very good. I think this price is worth it in the central location of Los Angeles.

Nice location - really close to a few different metro stations plus the grand central market is right down the road so super convenient. The space outside the room smells funny but it’s okay in the room. The air conditioning is strong but loud. It’s good for its location and money.

If you are doing the Disneyland/Disney California Adventure then this hotel is only a block away. But it's situated further in the block that it's not right on the street (it can get the cross streets can get very very busy). The pool is big and clean. I actually booked this hotel for that sole reason. I wanted a big pool so as not to swim in a crowded pool. The pool at this hotel satisfied that for me. My only complaint is that the room I was in did not have hot water in the shower. While I stayed here in August and the weather was in the upper 80s, it is still hard to shower when the shower head is blasting icy cold water. Also, the tub gets clogged very easily. Other than that I liked the hotel. I'll probably stay here again when I come back to Anaheim.

Rooms could use upgrading. Beds are SO hard. I stay at a lot of Holiday Inns. Rooms are below Holiday Inn rooms, loony looks nice but hotel is just okay…

Since it is a hotel within the Disney Resort, it is convenient for traveling in the Disney Run Domain! Official hotel guests enter the park one hour in advance! The advantage is that you can ride it without lining up popular attractions! Also, since I stayed for 2 nights, if I was tired at the park, I think it was good to be able to rest at the hotel. There are no amenities such as slippers, gowns and toothbrushes. Meals went to the hotel or downtown Disney or in the park. Resort price. The nearest convenience store was about 20 minutes on foot. It's a bit far ... I wanted to stay again, but the price was high for me. I went lyft from the airport to the hotel.

Just a few minutes walk from Disneyland entrance. Very family friendly hotel. The Pizza was great as well. The water park was ok. The water didn’t seem the cleanest. They probably used ALOT of chlorine because my kids eyes burned badly. We had to buy them goggles in order for them to be able to enjoy the water. Other than that, the hotel was really great. I would recommend for sure.

Use to go to Disneyland adventure Landes. It's a short walk to Landes 々 but it's within walking distance, so it's perfect. The room was very clean and there was plenty of space to put your luggage. I felt that the washbasin and the shower toilet were separated, and it was very convenient when staying with more than two people.

I had a special and wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed here for two nights for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and a very friendly and kind hotel staff greeted me in Japanese and let me check in immediately. Moreover, they upgraded our room. On the first night, when I came back from Disney and entered the room, there was a paper bag and a letter. Inside was a Disney gift from the hotel. I was really moved and very happy. I didn't have time to thank the hotel staff in person, but I really appreciate it. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience!

Hotel LuLu was chosen as our accommodation for our visit to LA Desney land. You can leave Disneyland midway, rest, and then return, and considering that it closes at 12:00 p.m., this hotel is satisfactory for both price and distance. It takes 15 minutes on foot or 3-5 minutes by car from the hotel. In particular, the hotel's outdoor pool is very nice. Not enough to get along with children does not exist.

Staff: Great customer service-understanding and patient when we had to pay late to extend our stay. The prices of the rooms are actually really cheap abd affordable, especially when compared to the other hotels in that area. Rooms are clean, have good lighting, and the furnishings and decor are not outdated. Overall: I can’t complain about this hotel or it’s staff members. I’d Recommend staying here for all ages as well as for any type of trip-both business & leisure trips.

I recently stayed at the Anaheim Marriott Suites in a two double beds suite, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The service was really the best thing of the hotel, very very helpful, much more so than many 4-5 stars. This is the first time I actually tipped in a hotel. The hotel itself is a pretty old and trip.com's pictures are pretty deceiving (more than the average level of deceiving compared to other hotels). Luckily, even though the whole room is pretty old, the bathroom has a very acceptable level of cleaniness.

This is an old-fashioned hotel.  The facilities in the hotel are acceptable.  I'm a traveler who usually goes out early and returns late to the hotel, a shower and a clean bed are enough.  No more expectations in this small hotel.  However, the lobby and receptionists are ok.

Good location, restaurants nearby. Room is clean. Only thing that needs to be upgraded is coffee machine which is bit outdated. Food & beverage on main lobby is good and affordable, had a pepperoni pizza which was so good. Would book again when in SF

Reached early morning and was able to check in early with added $20, which I don’t mind. The hotel was in a good location. Easy to walk to Union Square, Chinatown as well as when taking bus or metro. Average between 3 to 8 minutes. Food is accessible around the area. The room is nice and clean. Love the bed, so comfortable. Have fridge and microwave which was convenient. Wouldn’t mind staying here again when visiting SF.

No extra fee for parking. Gated for extra security. Key card access only on all entry points. Newly-renovated rooms on the 3rd level. Updated facilities with modern features. USB charging ports. Heating and auto-timer light in toilet. Elevator is old but remains functional. Housekeeping crew missed cleaning room on one or two occasions but staff was attentive to provide towels upon request. Lots of restaurants within the hotel vicinity.

The room is not too big, and the coffee machine in the lobby is free to use. There is a century-old restaurant nearby, Tedich Grill, which makes good seafood and is worth trying.

I love the location, it is so close to Union Square, with restaurants and Bank of America only walking distances away. Macy's and other stores are also very close and Chinatown only 15 minutes walking if you want to look for Chinese food. I also feel safe while staying here because the neighborhood is secure (of course you also need to stay alert & careful).
