2-Star Hotels in Sao Paulo State, Brazil

"The location is good, just steps from Paulista Avenue and the Consolação metro station. The apartment is small and simple, but it comfortably accommodated 3 adults. Check-in and check-out were quick. The breakfast is okay. The only downside was the shower, which was a bit tricky as it didn't have hooks for hanging towels and clothes."

"The hotel itself was nice and the room was good however service let it down. The night I checked in, I was made to pay again at the counter even though I had already booked and paid on trip. This meant it had to be resolved and I was not satisfied with the compensation I received being free shuttle service to the airport as this was the fault of IBIS and I believe I should have been offered more."

"Hotel muito limpo, fomos atendidos com muita gentileza e atenção. Café da manhã excelente."

"As reported from the beginning of the reservation, the hotel is in works, but this did not affect the accommodation in general. The size of the rooms is very good, all new. And the location is great! The only point of attention was that I booked 02 Standard rooms here on the platform that according to description and photos were couple bed. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the information of trip.com was wrong, there was no Standard room with a couple bed and only single bed. I had to present booking details, photos of the platform ad and reiterate that at least 01 of the rooms was essential to be couple. The hotel gave us then ”upgrade” at 01 of the rooms, but it had a whole disorder. And we stayed in very different room quality between the 02 bookings. I understand that a hotel from the door that offers the Belong Stay and a platform as referenced as the Trip should not have such a problem and generate disadvantage for guests/clients."

"Check in e out ágeis. Ótimo café da manhã. Localização tranquila, e próxima a rodovia. Estacionamento muito fácil. Hotel ao estilo dos moteis americanos. Fica a melhorar as roupas de banho e cama. Recomendo, voltaria!"

"Hotel muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Atendimento da Recepção incrível, assim como toda a Equipe. Quarto impecavelmente limpo e silencioso. Café da Manhã maravilhoso com muitas opções."

"Trip.com cheated on this hotel! Walk in price much lower only less than 1/3, and Trip.com refuse to refund!"

"The room was an affordable option in central São Paulo and the service was quick and nice. The room is simple with few ammenities and some are incomplete, e.g. one pillow was without a cover and the shower leaked into the corridor... If you spend your day out it's ok for the price; budget is in the name and that's what you get"

"Very good São Paulo experience! The room is clean and tidy. The facilities are complete and complete. The front desk service is attentive. The hotel is in a strategic location. It is very suitable for short-term business trips. It is a 10-minute walk from the subway station. It is recommended."
