Facilities: There are everything that should be there, as well as a kitchen, pots and bowls in the cabinets
Hygiene: OK, there is no obvious disqualified place
Environment: very close to the city center, the hotel is to the beach, the scenery is very good
Service: Very good, customer service will say hello
Perfect hotel for us. The location was great. There is a cold water creek pub that is highly recommended. Charming town with nice people. Established businesses like Blacks Pharmacy were impressive. We loved the local fair and Artisan crafts . The breakfast was served buffet style in a large sunlit room. We were surprised at the selection. Great price for a hotel in prime season.photos are scenic area near the hotel. Picturesque area to drive through.
The hotel is general, but the price is very good. The carpet in the room is very dirty and scared. The business hotel is not high-grade but clean and convenient. The most important thing is to find another house next time.
The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast included was definitely the best part of the stay because it wasn't a continental breakfast but a freshly made egg omelet with sausage, waffles, bagels, and of course coffee or tea. The downside of the stay was being close to a busy road and traffic can be a little noisy.

This is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best.

Very Good
GGuest UserStaff was totally excellent. The room is clean. Bed is very comfortable. The hot tub was just fantastic. Nice swimming pool. Food was good and I have no complaints at all.
CCrAzYd426This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪
I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet….
I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉

GGeiorgiestravelsVery convenient location if your sim is to be right in the city center. The two subway train lines are within a couple of minutes walk ,as is the main high street. The Canada line provides a direct route to the train station (tip: buy a day ticket and it will cost less that the ticket to cross zones plus the additional airport surcharge). The Canada line is so convenient that if you did not care about being in the city center then staying somewhere else along the line further out may be cheaper.
Hostel was clean and well organized. There is a strict no eating in the room policy, though there are kitchen facilities to be used. Hire a towel. Rooms and front entrance has key card access. Room has no Aircon so can be warm, though there is a small electric fan.
The room with two beds has bunk bed, cages under the bed and a stool….that is it. There are no privacy curtains, individual dockets or lights for each bed, only the main room light so make sure you have a touch/light, though as the curtains do not block all street light the room feels as it has a nightlight on and does not ever get really dark.
I stayed Saturday and Sunday night. Sunday was quiet , though the hostel is above a bar and do Saturday had music playing for many hours while trying to get to sleep not the place for light sleepers.
GGuest User417 Room is super good, the view is good, the garden is too beautiful, it is definitely recommended and the restaurant is facing the lake, it is too beautiful, the ghost town is super cool kruigianh
GGuest UserThe first night of our stay was wonderful, until went down for the breakfast and the pancake machine did not work, is sprayed pancake mix all over the counter, and the remaining selection for the continental breakfast was VERY limited, the second night att about 1230 am a very large and loud group of guests entered the hotel, they were yelling and hollering and slamming door until 420 AM so needless to say no sleep that night, called desk staff at 1240 when it started and they said they would rectify the situation. Well that never happened!!! When I confronted the dssk staff about the issue in the morning, they said it was a large group of guests and there was nothing they could do about it. I said thatbis not right, there were many things they could have done of they chose to do what was required. They said they would have the manager call us and work out a compromise for the night that we endured. 5 days later and still no call!!! We have stayed here before and came back because it was a nice place, but the lack of concern for a dissatisfied customer has made me question any further stays at the Ramad chain of hotels.

AAnonymous UserOur 2 bedroom suite has 3 stories. The entrance was on the 2nd floor, there were no elevators. On the second floor there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Go up a flight of stairs there’s the living room, kitchen and dining area, and a powder room.
The house was generally clean and tidy. But when we were about to go to sleep we saw a few strands of hair under the pillows and it was quite disturbing.
We knew it was not our hair because we saw it just as we were going to bed and picked up the pillows to fluff them; no one had used the bed yet.
We then opened the blanket to check and there was one strand of hair under the covers too.
Management apologized for it and was sincere but that did not help with our experience.
It was the hair under the pillows that made us feel that bedsheets were likely not changed.
A few other things: Headrail of blind was loose and fell down when we opened the blind.
In the kitchen cooking oil/condiments seemed to be provided, but was empty.
Overall I would probably have rated this stay 4.5 stars if it wasn’t for the hair on the bedsheets. That made us all feel very uneasy
GGuest UserMy friend and I were very impressed with the Arbutus Inn. It was a very clean hotel and was newly renovated. The renovations were very tasteful and our room was very nice. You could also tell that there were new beds. They were very comfortable and had a good design. I was especially impressed that there no ”smoke” smell in the rooms or in the hotel lobby. All in all it was a very good experience.
GGuest UserExcellent spot in Kelowna, have stayed in many hotels/motels there as well as lived there, nice area close to everything … this has a private courtyard, picnic tables, bbq, pool, games outside which are right there, perfect for families, super friendly people who run the place, nobody harrrasing you when you have a smoke outside (even tho they have the usual rules), direct room access outside, easy for loading/unloading luggage, super nice renovated suites with big screen tv, large kitchen, meeting table, outside patio on each suite, you can’t get any better than this and it’s a fraction of the price of the mainstream hotels where you need to take an elevator, walk a mile to go outside for a smoke and feel like a bird in a cage …. and have no patio access. This is a hidden gem in Kelowna, it’s the best hotel/motel for one of the lowest prices in the city. I lived here for years, and stayed in most of them since I’m travelling here for business every 3 weeks. 5 stars …. You will be shocked how cool this place is … You are welcome!

GGuest UserThe location in proximity to the airport is terrific, however they do not have a shuttle as advertised. It was an $18 Uber ride to the airport from the hotel.
The bed had 2 very thin pillows on the king sized bed and they did not have any extras available at all when we asked for more. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower, the fridge made a loud buzzing noise the entire night, the lights in the room flickered badly (so we kept them turned off) and the cable television is extremely ”snowy” it is nowhere near the minimal HD expectations of today's generation.
On the positive side, they do offer a bagged breakfast (an apple, juice box, a small muffin, Nutrigrain bar and water bottle) that you can request at the front desk in the morning it was a nice touch. The room was large and had a small coffee maker and mini fridge in it.
Don't do what I did though and leave the water bottle in your carry on through the security scan it gets a personal secondary manual search and then tossed.
