An awesome place to stay, a lovely family and great value rooms, clean, spacious and characteristic. Close to central Fort Kochi, all the amenities and sights to see are within walking distance, can also get to any of them for about 30-50 rupees. Nice size wet room, clean and functional. Food in the morning was superb. Thank you very much, we will be coming back!

Very good location, only 5 mins away from the main cliff. Clean rooms, and bathroom was decently maintained. There are not a lot of amenities considering that it's a homestay, so bring those items with you. But basic soap and shampoo was available. A kettle was there ***** with tea bags, etc. Breakfast was fine, for the price we paid. The caretaker jishu was available throughout our stay for any help. Extra bed was not available, but an extra mattress was given upon request. Don't expect an exquisite customer service because there are no trained hotel staff here. Only one caretaker is available for the full property. The main usp has to the proximity to the beach.

Visited on 31 Dec, Mr. Ravi is helpful and guided the plans to visit in fort kochi. Best location to stay in fort kochi. Rooms are comfortable but services were not good, no hot water, basic items are provided like water bottle, mugs, dustbin etc by asking specifically and it seems due to vacation season.

I recently i have stayed at prime palace hotel cochin, for a day. My experience was decent. They allowed early checkin at 10:30 without any complaint. Hotel location was convenient and the staffs are friendly. The rooms were a bit dated. Pillow cover and bedsheets were stained and rough to touch. Bathroom were just average. I was my last minute booking and the stay was ok but not exceptional. I'd recommend it for those looking for no frills experience. They should consider to use fresh and new linens. Would i stay again? maybe, but i'd explore other options first.

Beautiful Hestay with scenic view just 75m away of sea from cliff. The manager of Aryavilla Mr Mohammad was exceptional wirh his personal touch as far as addressing minor ossues with regard to stay.
