I stayed in a room on the highway side. The noise from passing cars was very loud until 10 pm. The cars started to increase after 6 am the next day. I communicated with the front desk twice and was treated coldly.

The experience staying at the travel lodge was amazing .And I would recommend this hotel to everyone in the shakopee area

I had a great experience at Best western Brooklyn Center Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a restful stay. The location is convenient, close to local attractions. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for budget travelers!

NO BREAKFAST, despite the fact that it still says there's a breakfast served in the pool area. I stayed here several times pre-covid and it was the typical Choice Hotel hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit. etc. They're using Covid as an excuse to provide so-called grab n go bag. I will not recommend this hotel if you're expecting or enjoy a decent breakfast. I gave it 3 stars because the bed was comfortable, and because they were kind enough to honor my request for a room close to the elevator so I didn't have to carry my heavy bags far. If you don't mind paying for a decent morning meal down the road, then you will not be disappointed. I travel constantly for work and find that most decent hotels are now doing breakfast again, which is a very important perk for me and my clients. C'mon, Comfort inn!

From the moment I made my reservation, I knew I was in for a special experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. When I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the place. The rooms were even more stunning than they looked in the pictures, and the amenities were beyond compare. I had an unforgettable stay, and I can't wait to return.

I stay extended stays in St Cloud regularly. All other hotels full May 23-26 2022, so I tried this one. Bed and bedding were good, shower was hot. That was about it. Pieces of wood and debris dropping from bottom of bathroom door that was falling apart and had holes punched in it. Bathroom ceiling partially painted over and showing grime (mold?) Breakfast fruit looked like it was from the dumpster. My key quit working and upon asking a maintenance person for a new one at the desk, he made it without checking ID. Many better places to stay. Book ahead of time to avoid this trap.

Platinum Elite/InterContinental Ambassador here. My review compares InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn stays….and the Mall of America is head and shoulders above the rest! Arranged and checked in online using App, and arrived early. Team recognized my status and gave me a spacious room without me begging!!! Room overlooked busy highway but barely noticeable. Sparkling clean throughout, huge well lit modern shower . Comfy bed. Great shuttle service! This hotel truly sets the standard for judging business stays! Thank you Team!

Presently surprised. Our room was clean the beds were comfortable the staff was AMAZING! What more could you ask for! They offer a free shuttle and are accommodating to their guest needs. We had a great trip! We visited the mall of America and decided to eat at some of the locally owned restaurants less then 10 miles away vs the many chain restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very new, but the decoration style is still there. It includes free breakfast, which is a very delicious breakfast I have had here. The front desk also provided free snacks when checking in. The disadvantage is that the deposit has not been refunded after ten days. The only one I've encountered so far. The reason is unknown.

My family and I had a delightful one week stay at the La Quinta Minnetonka, visiting family and friends. The motel's public spaces and our room were clean, odor-free (no smoking), and Maureen and the rest of the front-desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was generous and varied day-to-day. The location was excellent, close to major highways and shopping, but set back enough from the road to be quiet. I highly recommend this motel and would gladly stay here again next time we visit!

We stayed at this hotel last year and booked a ”pool access room”. I thought it meant that they were restricting access to the pool to keep numbers down due to COVID. When we got there we realized they had rooms that opened up directly to the pool and that's what that meant. We still were not placed in one of those rooms. We didn't realize we didn't receive the room we paid for until we were already settled in and went down to the pool. We decided to just stay in the room we were given and still had a good time. We booked again last weekend because our young son loved the pool. We went to check in at 4:00 and there was a line out the door of people checking in. Every single person in line had an issue with checking in. I was behind six groups and it still took 45 minutes. She noted that I had booked a pool access room and they were sold out. I asked if there was a price difference to stay in another type of room. She said no - which seems a little ridiculous. We paid a premium to stay in a room with easy access to the pool. She said they were overbooked in every category and there were going to be a lot of angry people later that day. We got up to our room and it definitely wasn't the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. There were stains in the carpet, bathroom was dirty and everything seemed damp. There were no toiletries in the bathroom apart from a bar of soap. We booked the room for three people and there were only two shower towels. We said screw it and just used one of our beach towels to dry off with rather than harass the already understaffed hotel. We were planning on eating at JT's located in the hotel just for ease. We went down there and the door was unlocked, lights were on, but there wasn't a soul in sight. We don't think they ever even opened up on a Saturday night. A sign on the door would have been nice. My son enjoyed the pool and play area immensely, which made the ridiculous price almost worth it. But next time we want a hotel with a decent pool we will go elsewhere.

After being loyal lifetime elite members for years, we have NEVER met a more rude staff. The location is near the airport and has a shuttle so that is good but find another hotel. There are plenty of options in the area. Hotel also has no lobby or common area other than a breakfast room .

I actually stayed there the end of January and then again a week later in Februrary. Room was good, great location--close to museums, restaurants and the Mississippi River. You can eat right on the premises. What really stood out was the friendly, patient staff. For various reasons during my first stay, I turned out the be THAT GUEST that just needed extra attention and help. And I got it, making my stay much more pleasant.

This hotel went above the post-Covid standard by being customer friendly and providing a delicious hot breakfast. The front desk even keeps doggie clean-up bags available in case you run out. Our stay with our dogs was very nice. We were in St Paul to for a dog show at the RiverCenter. The hotel was an easy, short drive to the event center.

Upon arrival, we were checked into room 223 only to find the room was already occupied! I returned to the desk and the clerk was dumbfounded and rebooked us in 246. Upon opening this door, we were met with the most rancid smells of smoke and musty carpet. At this point there was no way we were going to stay at this location so I advised the desk clerk and we left to stay at one of the several other area hotels, without incident. This hotel is filthy, does not have an entry ramp nor an elevator so all luggage must be carried to access the lobby and the 2nd floor rooms, no apologies or explanations offered by front desk staff for the issues, carpeted stairwell was strewn with debris and all this was noticed within the total of possibly 10 minutes that we were on site. Lord only knows what the rest of room would have looked like if we would have gotten inside any further! Do not stay here. I am shocked that Wyndham is even associated with this locations, it is not at all like any prior Wyndham locations we have stayed. Extremely disappointing.

The Burnsville location has incredibly friendly staff, ready to help at any hour. We stayed 5 nights and got great service from everyone. The breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy choices. The hotel is clean and cheerful. We felt so refreshed after a swim in the poll and soak in the hot tub. Really value the kindness toward the environment they have by doing away with the small bottle soap / shampoo/ conditioner and providing with large dispensers in the shower. Location is wonderful; close to shopping, parks, skiing, and a variety of restaurants. Check in and out went smoothly. Can't wait to come back!

The location is very convenient, the itinerary has changed, on the basis of the original two nights, Trip.com helped merge the order, but unfortunately the front desk did not get it. Communicate with Trip.com customer service overnight, solve the problem

The theel was ok. It's been oldeoverut clean, and it has friendly staff.

Breakfast is relatively simple, but you can eat enough, the room is bigger, the bed is quite big, you can live with your child, very close to the airport, suitable for self-driving. Free parking in the car park.

This hotel was amazing. The service was great they are helpful and friendly will definitely book here again the room was so clean had everything we needed
