"This is a good hotel located on the territory of the Khan's dacha. The service and breakfast are both excellent, and there's a shuttle service to and from Itchan Kala. There's a swimming pool, and special extra towels for it are provided at the reception. It's truly oriental beauty! Next to it, the Khan's palace from the early 20th century is being restored, and there's a garden nearby. The only downsides were the lack of housekeeping (I didn't hang the 'make up room' sign) and the noise (from the restaurant and the pool – my room was on the first floor facing the pool, so I didn't get enough sleep either night). Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about. The single room was small but well-equipped for a comfortable overnight stay for a traveler: toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo, slippers, hairdryer, kettle, black and green tea. I booked it on Trip.com four months before my trip at a very attractive price."

"This hotel offers views of the old town, and you can even go up to the rooftop to photograph all that incredible beauty. The room itself is clean, new, and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was kind and friendly. His colleague recommended a nearby teahouse, and we didn't regret it at all. The location is such that you can sit on the shared balcony, have a drink, and watch people and the fortress. On the downside, the room was a bit too dark for us, with not much light. The window faces the staircase, and a couple of times we saw people there, meaning if you walk out of the shower naked, you might run into someone's gaze. Breakfast was just average."

"The friendly guy at the front desk told me the view from the 3rd-floor balcony was great. The sunset over the city walls and the sunrise from the opposite side were incredibly beautiful, and people walking along the nearby walls were looking at me with envious eyes. The room was clean, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the main square of Ichan Kala, so there were no problems at all. Also, I recommend taking photos of Ichan Kala at sunset. The illumination and deep blue are very beautiful. Be sure to check it out before dinner."

"The hotel's location is very convenient – it's in the old town, not right in the center, but on the outskirts, yet it's a 3-minute walk to the center. Because of this location, the hotel is quite quiet. We were given a room with a balcony on the second floor, which had a wonderful view of the old town. However, the room and bathroom were very small, and the bed linens were fresh and new. The breakfast was meager and cold, but quite tasty. There was no coffee beans. The hotel has a terrace with beautiful views of the city."

"Hotel facilities are clean. Relatively convenient transportation. But the train from here to Samarkand was not on the date I left the hotel. I had to check out one day in advance, but should I take out the hotel fee for one night? It's not my fault. And the hotel is big, but there is a restaurant, but there is no other amenities, and only one male staff serves the big hotel. I couldn't deliver something through English. There is a ☎️ phone in the room, but it is unusable. Even if you endure this, you will strongly request a refund for 1 night for only 2 nights because you booked 3 nights and the train did not run."

"Located in the old city of Khiva, it's not far from the main attractions. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite delicious. We stayed for two consecutive nights and have already recommended it to friends."

"1. I didn't like: the address is wrong here!! The address of the Caravan MedCenter, the difference is 5 km. It was cool to take a taxi back-to-back. Change to the correct address. 2.Sold mattress. 3. Part of staff does not speak English or Russian. 3. A strange situation with the pool that is, but it is paid after 12-00, then already booked someone(something), but if you pay - you can swim. Total: Want to swim and stop for 1 day= pay. 4. Tight wallpaper from the USSR. 5. The prepaid monthly number questioned the payment, but (already plus), said they would deal with the accountant themselves. I liked: 1 Oh, cheerful breakfast, it was too bad to enjoy. It's very, very cool!! 2 Big number. 3 Near the airport."
