"Traveling with the kids, we chose this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel environment was impeccably clean, and the common areas were spotless with no unpleasant odors. Our room was spacious enough for the little ones to run around without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft, there was plenty of hot water, and the bathroom had anti-slip features, which gave us peace of mind with the kids. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly to our children and thoughtfully provided kids' toiletries. It's conveniently located near attractions and restaurants, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, tidying our room promptly every day. The service was attentive and spot-on. Our whole family felt comfortable and relaxed – it's truly perfect for family travel. Highly recommend to all parents!"

Xi Yue Suji Resort Hotel is a high-quality courtyard-style holiday retreat that integrates multiple century-old residences and ancient courtyards, blending ancient Kucha culture with modern hotel design concepts. The term "śāyau" originates from the Tocharian language, meaning "for the beauty of life." Like a ribbon fluttering along the routes of westward journeys and eastward returns, it spans millennia, bearing witness to the ancient cultures of the Western Regions and singing the song of life amidst boundless deserts. "Śāyau" embodies both the yearning for a beautiful life and the pursuit of dreams and ideals. Within our meticulously restored courtyards, several century-old buildings whisper like storytellers of time, quietly recounting fragments of Kucha culture along the Silk Road. The ancient legends of the Thirty-six Kingdoms of the Western Regions intertwine here, and Xi Yue's 36 guest rooms revive these distant realms, continuing to narrate their beautiful and mysterious tales. Each room here is a sanctuary of seclusion, transporting guests on a journey through time and space, allowing them to experience the most essential balance between life and nature. Every wall and window here is engraved with traces of history, bridging the East and Eurasia, connecting the cultural threads of the past and present, and presenting millennia-old stories in a vivid form to modern travelers. Staying at Xi Yue feels like stepping into another world: tradition and innovation intertwine, classic and modern coexist. The depth of history and culture, the comfort of a modern hotel—every aspect is present here, with poetry and stories filling every corner. As night falls, the lake in the courtyard mirrors the sky, with lights and starlight reflecting each other, allowing us to gaze upon our parallel selves. In the tranquility of the long night, with a cup of fragrant Western Regions tea, the melody of a five-stringed lute, and the music of Kucha, we wander through ancient civilizations while also discovering our true selves. Xi Yue Suji Resort Hotel is both a tribute to Kucha culture and a gift to contemporary travelers. Here, you will feel the beauty and eternity flowing through time.

"This is definitely my top choice for hotels in Kuqa! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and looked after. The staff immediately helped with my luggage and made sure everything was prepared for my check-in. Any issues I had were smoothly communicated and resolved. The environment is lovely, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It's incredibly quiet at night, and I even got to relax by the pool when I had some downtime."

"This is the largest hotel right at the entrance of the Mokelet Scenic Area, a two-story building with very nice decor. The front desk manager, Ms. Pu, provided excellent service. We arrived quite early, around 2 PM, and she kindly helped us choose our room, haha. The even-numbered rooms offer a great view of the Mokelet entrance mountain! For dinner at the restaurant, the fried naan snack was exceptionally delicious! However, there were quite a few tour groups staying, and during dinner, some men were smoking without anyone stopping them."

"I previously stayed at Mehood Lestie in Chongzuo and had a fantastic experience. They offered complimentary cold drinks, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks during the scorching summer, which was very impressive. The service was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. This time, I booked the same Mehood Lestie for convenience as I was transferring from a train to a flight the next day. Overall, it was good. Initially, I was given a room that smelled of smoke, but after a quick call, they promptly moved me to another room. The breakfast spread was extensive. To my surprise, I even caught a sunrise from my room the next morning. However, one thing to note is that some room types have steps inside, which made me a bit nervous, fearing I might trip during the night. Luckily, that didn't happen."

"The room's cleanliness was acceptable. However, breakfast ends too early. In Xinjiang during the summer, breakfast should reasonably be served until 11 AM. Everything else was standard. Last time, the hotel didn't require a key card for entry, which made me feel a bit unsafe. Also, the power outlets in the room were loose; my charger would only go in halfway and felt like it could fall out at any moment."

Hotel near Ancient City of Kashgar,Kashgar
"I chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in. Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place. The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍 The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear. This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time. A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂 This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍 Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand."

"Before visiting Xinjiang, I would never have imagined that there would be a Hilton Garden Inn in such a remote county. This newly opened hotel this year has very modern facilities. Although the rooms aren't large, they are well-lit, logically laid out, and have everything we needed, making them very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, which we appreciated. A special thank you to the young man at the front desk, Mr. Zhang, who not only provided a warm welcome but also promptly helped us change rooms when the air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, greatly improving our stay. Whenever we had a problem, he patiently helped us resolve it; we are very grateful to him!"

Located right in the prime viewing area of Muztagh Ata in Xinjiang, the mountains are gilded by sunlight, making every snapshot a cinematic masterpiece.

"The location isn't downtown, but the surroundings are nice. Staying in a tent room is an experience, but the main issue is the complete lack of soundproofing – it is, after all, a tent. So, cleanliness is just barely acceptable. My biggest complaint: each room has a table sprayed with very cheap paint. The smell, especially under the scorching sun, was unbearable! The entire room reeked of paint fumes. Breakfast was truly disappointing. The funniest part was that all guests had to use tiny saucers for their food. Don't they want to buy proper plates? The tables and chairs in the central courtyard were a mess; there were five different styles of chairs alone, giving it a very haphazard feel. What deserves praise, especially when compared to the overall unprofessional management, are the front desk service and the luggage porter! Their service was thoughtful and genuine. And the scenery is also very good! To add: the night view of the courtyard in the hotel's main picture is clearly Photoshopped; the reality is quite underwhelming."

"The hotel is quite large, and at first glance, it gives off a five-star vibe. The room is spacious, and the decor is clearly well-thought-out. The style is very modern and trendy, and the materials used are all of good quality. The hairdryer is similar to a Laifen (and works great!). They even provide latex pillows by default (which is a huge plus!). However, the cleanliness isn't up to par (a common issue in Xinjiang hotels). You can clearly see stains. They have two robots that deliver food, and when they arrive at your door, there's an automatic voice reminder in the room. The breakfast spread is also good, with a wide variety of options. ⚠️ The only thing that really drags it down is that the rooms aren't smoke-free. One day, when I left my room, the hallway reeked of smoke. I'm not sure which room it was coming from, but it immediately dropped my perception of the hotel down to a 3-star level. 🤦‍♂️"

The rooms are equipped with both diffused oxygen supply and an oxygen concentrator, which even comes with disposable oxygen tubes. This is especially great for tourists who are new to Tashkurgan and are not yet acclimated to the high-altitude environment. The rooms are clean and tidy, with plenty of amenities. They also have a children's activity room, laundry room, and gym. Breakfast is also very rich and varied.

What a hidden gem of a hotel! We arrived at 11 PM and called ahead to order dinner from the hotel restaurant. The lamb hotpot was absolutely incredible – seriously, so, so good. The service was outstanding and so welcoming. The staff helped with all our luggage; even if I walked past with just a backpack, someone would immediately offer to carry it. The coffee at breakfast was also the best I'd had in all my days in Xinjiang. Beyond the beautiful environment, the hotel also offers horse riding (for a fee) and archery (free). We stayed at the hotel until well after noon before checking out, which was incredibly relaxing. We initially thought it would be a two-hour drive to Kokesu, but a staff member told us about an entrance that was only a 20-minute drive away. That was a huge help, truly. All in all, everything was perfect. We didn't get to see the stars because it rained that night, but we had no regrets at all because this hotel is just phenomenal. Oh, and the hotel also has fast charging stations for electric cars!

I think it's fantastic! I arrived in early June, and the front desk upgraded me to a suite for free, which was a wonderful surprise! I thoroughly checked the bathroom, and it was very clean. Consumables in the room, including drinks and nut snacks, were replenished promptly. I'll definitely come back again and highly recommend staying here.

Zhaosu Muxueju | Treasure B&B for healing the journey, I will choose here next time I come ✨ Usually when booking a homestay online, there will always be some embarrassment in my heart, worried that the real scene and the pictures and texts do not match, and disappointed by stepping on thunder. But this time, the Mu Xueju, who stayed in Zhaosu, completely subverted my inherent impression, adding warmth and surprise to our trip to Yili. We drove all the way from Yining to Zhaosu, and the sun was hot and tired in the afternoon. Fortunately, the little girl at the front desk was very gentle and enthusiastic, and she checked in for us intimately and quickly. We booked a 180-degree view room at the end of the homestay. The view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides is really amazing! Nestled on the soft white sofa in the living room, you can quietly enjoy the flowing clouds and the distant mountains and clear mountains. The healing scenery of Zhaosu is panoramic, and the atmosphere is directly full. The homestay has been open for two years, but the room facilities are very clean and tidy, and there are almost no traces of use. The real scene is exactly the same as the platform picture, and there is no gap, which makes people particularly comfortable. Before departure, I added the store's WeChat consultation activities in advance, and responded promptly, patiently and meticulously throughout the process, and thought about everything for the sake of the guests. For the homestay, clean and high-quality hardware is the foundation. This kind of intimate service is the most moving temperature. There is also a small promotion of the staff, and we have given a lot of practical suggestions for our itinerary. It is sincere and enthusiastic, especially reliable. During our stay, we ate lunch and dinner here, and it was especially convenient to support online applet orders. From the room, the meal has been prepared intimately, and it takes no time to wait. The local beef tastes great, fresh and fragrant, and the authentic taste is endless. At the same time, I experienced the self-service laundry service in the store, the facilities are complete and easy to use, and the detailed experience is full. There are also two cute dogs in the store every day and Harley, who have a gentle personality and are not afraid of life. Every night, they walk back to the room, and they will escort us all the way, watching two small cockroaches run wildly in the grassland, spread joy and roll, comfortable and healing, just watching the mood become soft. Most special is that the homestay also arranged a rich Kazakh folk experience. We personally experienced milking, separating cream, hand-made snoring, and finally shared the cakes made by ourselves with everyone, immersed in local folk culture, and the journey became particularly meaningful. We stayed here for two nights, and went back and forth to the Xiata Scenic Area the next day. After watching the performance of the Tianma Yuhe, it was already ten o'clock in the evening. I thought that returning to Shanghai late at night would be a simple reception. I didn't expect the staff to take the initiative to greet the play experience. A gentle care immediately dispersed the fatigue of the journey. It is really rare to be able to make the service meticulous and put the guests in their hearts. Before leaving, the staff also specially recommended a niche route for us with beautiful scenery and sparse traffic, so that we can arrive at Joan Kushtai with peace of mind along the way with the beautiful scenery of the grassland. After the immersive experience throughout the whole process, I am full of joy and touch. If you come to Zhaosu next time, Mu Xueju must be our best choice! I really recommend it to friends who come to Zhaosu to travel, it is worth going, it is worth staying repeatedly 💛

During our 2 week travel we choose this hotel because of its location (which is great) - the hotel is literally just a few steps from the metro station, which was a lifesaver during our 2-week stay. Considering the quality of the service, the comfort of the rooms, and the prime location, I felt this hotel offered excellent value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic. Our stay at Shejing Homestay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed. Every single staff member was friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. A special thank you to the boss as well, whose care and dedication can be seen in every detail of the homestay. It is clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming place. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every morning, I woke up in awe of the breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. some of my favorite memories will be the heavenly scent of lavender drifting outside our room, the sound of the river and the beautiful sunset. The room was comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery felt like a dream. As our stay comes to an end, I feel genuinely sad to leave. It feels like I've left a piece of my heart here. The warmth of the people, the beauty of the place, and the unforgettable memories we've made will stay with us for a long time. Thank you to the boss and the entire team for making our stay so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shejing Homestay to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to return again one day.
