"I didn't live in the hotel so it was not good to evaluate, the platform was really bad. The hotel message can be picked up, but the platform and the hotel can not be picked up after confirmation. I asked for a full refund and rebooked another hotel. The platform dragged on the grounds that the hotel did not reply to whether the refund could be refunded. Until the end, I could book a hotel that could pick up the plane. The platform still had no positive answer. This attitude of dragging and not solving is simply appalling. It is recommended that everyone not book a hotel on this platform. The hotel can contact itself or contact itself."
