The hotel's environment is beautiful and distinctive. The hotel's service is considerate, providing all-weather service and enthusiastic front desk service. Room facilities: The room is spacious, exquisitely decorated, clean and tidy, and provides a comfortable sleeping environment. Catering service: The catering service provided by the hotel is satisfactory. Location: The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center and convenient for travel. The price of the hotel is reasonable and good value for money.

The boss is very warm and the service is good! Breakfast is good. It is a room near the road, too noisy. Passing the car at night affects the rest! There is a large parking lot behind, and you can choose by car. There are 12 roads at the door to go directly to Liberty Square, and the transportation is convenient. In addition, on his birthday yesterday, the boss specially wrote a congratulation card and sent fruit and a bottle of wine. Very moving.

The hotel is large, the location is a bit biased, you need to drive, there is no supermarket dining around, the hotel restaurant and breakfast are good, it is worth a holiday and leisure.

Breakfast is OK, pure Western food, we are very adapted. It is a castle, you can see the Danube, the environment is good, the room is attic, relatively small, the top of the bathroom bed is oblique, because it is the cheapest room, the room where the servant should live, small, and green Similar to the stinky big sister's bug. This is not the case downstairs, the window is facing the Danube. There is free parking, if you walk in, it is still far away. The overall environment is still good.

My wife and I were traveling around Serbia and we had originally planned only one night at Hotel Pupin. We weren't able to find a ton of advance info on the hotel because it was new, but the location was good, price seemed good, and it was only one night so didn't seem like much of a risk. The hotel and Novi Sad were so charming that we extended our stay to three nights. Overall, we were extremely happy with out stay. The hotel is brand new and is very close to the old town center (<10 min walking). Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new with modern-style decor, and the room was very clean. The styling of the room kind of reminded me of a Sofitel or something between a Westin and a W (Westin with darker lighting and more ”modern” finishes). The hotel is near a busy street, but we asked for a quiet room so they gave us one in back that was great. We booked our stay directly through the hotel's website where we were able to get a special weekend package that included free parking and breakfast (seemed like a great deal compared to room-only rates). The parking garage was new, very spacious, and a huge relief after my experiences with previous, tiny Serbian parking garages (as an American used to more space, driving and parking in Serbian cities was an adventure). Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. So much delicious food and excellent service. Three months later, my wife and I still always talk about the breakfast anytime Novi Sad and Hotel Pupin come up in conversation. Serbian meze (charcuterie and cheeses), fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausages, delicious breads and spreads, vegetable salads, espresso drinks, and fruit juices... delicious! The only things we thought could be improved at this hotel were the night light under the bed (it was a motion sensor or something and would sometimes turn on randomly while we were in bed; we fixed this by taking the room key/card out of the light switch at night), and the mini-bar which didn't seem to get cold (we experienced this at a couple other Serbian hotels as well). Neither was a big issue. Also, would note that the hotel is in a shared commercial building. To get to the check-in desk, you walk to the right of the Continental AG desk in the first floor lobby and then you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you'll find the hotel desk. There was some construction going on in or near the building when we were there in July 2020, but we really didn't notice it other than seeing some workers walk by a couple times.

It is within walking distance to the pedestrian street and other attractions, which is very convenient. You can see the iconic church from the window of the room and from the breakfast room. The front desk service is friendly, the room is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is exquisite and delicious. It is worth recommending

There is no breakfast in the homestay category, the room is very clean, and there is no parking lot. When booking the room, it is stated that it is a private parking lot of 8 euros per day. However, I charged 30 euros for parking for two nights. I was told that I had to manage it before parking. The staff explained how long it would take to charge 8 euros per day, but no one explained this when we booked the hotel or after we checked in. This is obviously extortion, and others can't understand it.

The overall stay left a pleasant impression. The service was good: staff were polite, responsive and tried to help with all the issues. The area and hotel facilities were maintained in order everything looked neat and careful. The room was in line with expectations: clean, comfortable, with regular cleaning. The restaurant left positive impressions food was delicious, the choice of dishes was quite diverse and the supply was neat. In general, the rest was comfortable. I can recommend this option of accommodation to those looking for a quiet and pleasant rest.
