Super hotel! Very friendly staff, especially at the reception, thank you very much! The rooms are wonderful: there is a refrigerator, a balcony or terrace with a nice table. Most importantly, the air conditioning works properly, and there is excellent hot water pressure! The room is warm in winter and fall. Breakfast is a buffet, there wasn't enough porridge, but otherwise it was ok. We were checked in at 11 at our request, thank you for accommodating us! We will definitely be back!

This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

The bus station is right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The front desk staff were very kind and even gave me information written in Japanese, which was a great help. The breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. While the area around the hotel seemed a bit chaotic when I arrived, and I felt a little uneasy, the inside is clean and the room was relatively quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights as 4 adults and 1 child in the family room of the hotel. Location 5 minutes from Pamukkale traverters. But the room we stayed was very cold, the room was very cold, the air conditioning was very cold, the smell of lagam came from the toilet and this smell was very disturbing, and the toilet had no bathroom. Also there was a hot water problem. I recommend more for a night of accommodation, only for sleep. Not very suitable for long-term locks.

Facilities: Spacious interior, windows can be opened 1/3, good environment, many pigeons. Cleanliness: Average, overall acceptable. Environment: Very convenient location in the city center, easy to access tourist attractions and find restaurants. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and will help with parking free of charge.

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! The hotel is located in the city center and parking is convenient. The service staff is very responsible and the hygiene management is in line with expectations. The breakfast is rich and good value for money.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.

This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍
