"This Dragon Boat Festival, I brought my family to Qingdao for a trip, and the hotel we stayed at was quite satisfactory. The room had central air conditioning, a refrigerator, a washing machine (with a dryer), and even a kitchen where we could cook. We bought seafood from a nearby farmers' market and borrowed pots and pans from the hotel to enjoy a delicious seafood feast. Food delivery was very convenient; the delivery person would drop it off downstairs, and a robot would bring it to our hotel door a few minutes later. The kids loved this novel experience and had a blast. When traveling with young children, comfort is key. Most hotels only offer a bedroom and a bathroom, but the rooms at Haiyi Hotel were spacious and made for a very comfortable stay."

"I stayed at two hotels during my trip to Qingdao. The first two nights were at the MGM, and the last two here. Both had their merits, but I preferred the Haitian Hotel. Being right by the sea was very convenient, and the service was excellent. The hotel facilities are a little dated, but overall comfort was good. The hotel breakfast was delicious. After checking in at the front desk, Abby Ji, the Guest Relations Manager, added me on WeChat and provided one-on-one service throughout my stay. Since it was my child's birthday, I mentioned it to the hotel, and Abby specially brought up a small gift and held a little ceremony for my child, which was very much appreciated. Her service was attentive and her responses were always prompt during my stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"When I came to Weihai three or four years ago, I booked this guesthouse, and I was very satisfied with it at the time. So this time, I chose it again. However, the check-in experience was not as satisfying as the last time. The first obvious issue was the elevator – it took forever to catch one. The second was the room's cleanliness; the glass door of the bathroom was completely grimy, and the shower area was right outside the bathroom door. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would be wet if you needed to use the toilet. Plus, the shower drain was clogged and didn't drain, leading to standing water. The third problem was the sewer smell. It was somewhat tolerable with the windows open during the day, but at night, with the windows closed, the smell filled the entire room. Luckily, I only stayed for two nights. If you're booking the same room type as mine, I suggest you inquire about these issues beforehand. The location is convenient; the beach is right downstairs, and there are people singing on the beach at night. For this room type, parents with small children should be aware of the steps, as kids might trip easily at first."

"I wish I could give it ten stars! I'm so incredibly satisfied. The service was excellent, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. The cleanliness was good, and I have to mention that the bed and pillows were super comfortable. What a pleasant surprise! The location is just perfect. Although Weihai is a tourist city, this was my first visit, and the experience was fantastic. Everyone I encountered, whether for dining, accommodation, or transportation, was polite and courteous, never hurried or impatient. I truly love this place!"

"Service: From the hotel staff to the restaurant waitresses, everyone was lovely and very enthusiastic. Location: It's in a prime spot on Torch 8th Street, very convenient. You can directly access Torch 8th Street from the hotel's second and third floors by elevator, so no need to climb hills, and it's great for photos. Room: We booked a sea-facing room, but trees were blocking the view, so we could barely see the ocean directly, which was a bit disappointing. You definitely need to stay on a higher floor here! And those rooms are even cheaper than ours! Cleanliness: It was just before peak season, so it was getting a bit crowded, and the cleaning wasn't as thorough. There were wrappers from kids' snacks near the sofa and some unidentified hair on the bed. If you like lively places, this is good, but if you prefer quiet, I'd suggest the Golden Sands area; it's less crowded and the hotels there are better. This place feels more like a guesthouse than a proper hotel. Overall, the value for money isn't great, so I wouldn't highly recommend it."

"The room is quite spacious and the bed is very soft, perfect for traveling with friends. The location is also great, right near Yantai Station, making it very convenient for getting around. You can easily take a taxi anywhere, and there's a bus stop right outside."

"The location is excellent, right above Binjiang Plaza. We stayed on the 62nd floor, and the view was absolutely stunning; we could even watch the sunrise from our room – it was truly beautiful. It's very convenient to get to Yantai Mountain, Chaoyang Street, and Hongkou Road, all within walking distance. Even though we were on the 62nd floor, the elevators are divided into high and low zones, making it very efficient. The only issue was parking; it cost 30 yuan per day, and since we stayed for four days, the parking fee was 120 yuan, which felt a bit high. The room was spacious, perfect for traveling with parents and children, especially with two bathrooms, which allowed for privacy – very convenient. We could also cook. All the in-room amenities were complimentary, and they provided over ten bottles of mineral water, plus half a pack of disposable bath towels, also free to use. We could contact them via WeChat if we needed anything, and they would prepare and deliver it promptly. The service was top-notch. Overall, it's definitely worth recommending."

"Sea view twin room exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the twin bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and sleepy. "The facilities and hygiene were excellent, and the aesthetic was beautiful. I loved relaxing in bed, looking out at the sea. The shower had incredibly strong and consistent water pressure. I really liked the stone-like floors and bathroom. To eat, you have to go out, but I had already planned to try some local specialties anyway, not eat nearby, so a taxi from the entrance was only 10 yuan. I was a bit worried about people being outside the gate, but there were hardly any, and it was completely quiet. The sunken design is quite interesting; I imagine the rooms directly facing the sea above are even more comfortable. The Japanese dessert shop was only a few minutes' walk away, but unfortunately, I had eaten too much that day and had no room for more. Overall, I was very satisfied. The service was very thoughtful, truly a butler-style experience. Location: You can walk to Wheat Island leisurely in about ten minutes, and Sculpture Park is a short taxi ride away. In fact, walking along the nearby area in the morning is also very pleasant, though it gets hot by midday. You can walk along the coastline. There are a few sea-view restaurants within five minutes, though the views are better than the food. The hotel has a very small front desk and no restaurant. If you don't mind this, it's definitely worth considering."
