Beautiful well appointed room and with the 3M water filter couldn’t be more practical, comfy, clean and lovely bathroom fitted w rain shower and his and hers — superbly spacious and close to all the major highlights in the area ! Perfection.

Quite unhappy with the condition of the room. After checked in, we were so excited and straight away going to the room to get some rest. Unfortunately, the bedsheet is damp and it has a bad smell. The aircond is dripping so the floor is wet. We called the housekeeping service to do the cleaning and changing the whole bed sheet and linen, spray the room hoping that the bad smell goes away. It remains for few hours and the same condition happened. The pillow case smells like men sweating on it. We really hope the Operation team can improve the service.

Had a nice one night stay at Golden Sands. Received warm welcome and service by friendly staff. Room was huge and well equipped but does feel it has seem better days. Prob due for room update. On-site amenities were very impressive, easy access to the beach although not swimmable. Activities for patrons were aplenty. Kudos to the staff for hosting these activities and keeping the atmosphere lively for the patrons. Overall was a good stay and will visit again.

This is my first time experience staying here and i have to admit that the staffs made the stay enjoyable. The process of checking in, bag delivery to room, breakfast and check out were all smooth. Hell yeah for my holiday/me-time trip💥💥💥🫡.Warm and friendly greetings from the front desk staff and they are helpful and friendly. Get to check in early because I reach there early due to the morning flight. As for my check-out time, again I received warm and friendly greetings from the front desk male staff. The environment was relaxing, and the room that I got was 5 stars by itself. I will be coming back to stay but this time I will bring my whole family to stay with me. Thank you so much.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The bed sheet had some stains, which made me wonder whether it was not changed or not properly cleaned. Additionally, I found some dinosaur-shaped biscuits under the bed, indicating that the room may not have been thoroughly cleaned by the housekeeping staff. I hope this can be improved for future guests 😊

The unit is quite new. Very nice sea view from the unit. Tooth brush & tooth paste will only be provided upon request. Swimming pool is too small and full of people, so we don't enjoy swimming even we had changed to the swimming suit.

Nice hotel near the beach. They have great pool facilities and it's great for families with small children. There are nice beachside restaurants. The corridor leading to the hotel rooms were rather dim. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in particular a lady name Mariel. I was not happy with my room and she helped me changed to another one. Overall, the hotel was good. The room is spacious but rather dim too.

Carpets in hallway TOO HOT for tropical climate! Room needed to be vacuumed DAILY. Don't forget toilet rolls!!!!!!! I didn't eat any meals at hotel, preferring to be outdoors, sightseeing, and eating street food.
