This hotel is just an average five-star. The pool facilities are quite good, but unfortunately, there are too many Chinese tour groups staying here, which spoils the nice environment. Breakfast is mediocre, almost entirely catering to Chinese tour groups. The lobby staff's service attitude isn't great. The rooms are quite large with balconies, which is comfortable, but breakfast is almost entirely taken over by Chinese tour groups, and it's extremely noisy.

The hotel has a great location, offering excellent views of Pattaya Bay. It also has a rather private beach area. The landscape and the positioning of the swimming pool are highlights of the hotel.
The room layout is a bit odd; the space and furniture aren't well-balanced, and the space isn't utilized efficiently. However, the room is large, which means the air conditioning doesn't cool evenly, and it's not soundproof, so you can clearly hear doors opening and closing in other rooms.
The breakfast spread is good and varied, with both Thai and international options, salads, noodles, an egg station, juices, and desserts. If you like a large, varied, and delicious breakfast, I recommend this place.
Overall, if you're looking for good views, good breakfast, cleanliness, and large rooms, I recommend this hotel.

**Title: Great Location and Pool, but the Hotel Urgently Needs an Upgrade (Like a Used Premium Car)**
**Pros:**
There are indeed many positives. The main asset is its beachfront location and a fantastic pool. Swimming in it is a pure delight; the water is clean, and there are plenty of sun loungers. The location is absolutely ideal: direct access to the sea just across the road, and surrounded by numerous supermarkets (Family Mart, 7-Eleven) and excellent street food stalls with delicious and affordable meals. If you enjoy active walks and good food, the location definitely won't disappoint you.
**Cons:**
However, there's a nuance that slightly spoils the impression. Jomtien Palm Beach reminds me of a used premium business-class car from 10-15 years ago. Once upon a time, it was top-notch; you can feel the expensive concept, good layout, and ambition. But now, the car is quite 'worn out': buttons are faded, the dashboard is scratched, and plastic creaks somewhere.
The same story applies here. The hotel is crying out for a major renovation. This is especially true for the bathrooms – they look tired and clearly need an update. Generally, it's clean, but it's evident that signs of wear and tear are very noticeable, and age is taking its toll.
**Bottom Line:**
For a vacation where the main focus is the beach, sea, and food, the hotel is an excellent fit. For its price, considering the location and pool, I give it a solid four stars. But if you're particular about interiors and a fresh room renovation, it's worth looking for newer options. I would only return here for the pool and sea view, not for the rooms.

Traveling with family, the hotel is very close to Jomtien Beach. You can practically walk from the pool, cross the road, and be right on the sand. Jomtien Beach and the beaches near Walking Street are pretty similar – there's no real concept of 'clean' or 'unclean' there; the sand is quite coarse, and the sea is comparable to the non-private beaches in Hainan. So, if you're going to Pattaya to enjoy the sea, you really need to go to Koh Larn, otherwise, it's not much different from a trip to Hainan. My parents even struggled with the local food, which felt like an unnecessary hassle, haha. The hotel's swimming pool is quite small and connects to the breakfast area. The breakfast, however, was plentiful and had a lovely ambiance, where you could enjoy the sea and sunshine while eating.
An absolutely perfect vacation experience that exceeded all expectations, I'll definitely be back!
My stay at the Ana Anan Resort & Villas Pattaya was truly superb and completely surpassed what I expected! I was impressed from the moment I walked in.
**Environment & Facilities:** The hotel's design is exceptional, both minimalist and upscale, making every spot incredibly photogenic. The highlight is definitely the two-tiered pool; the upper level is a stunning infinity pool with amazing views, and the lower level has a super fun water slide that both adults and kids absolutely loved. The hotel has its own private beach area, which was not crowded and very peaceful. Lying there watching the sunset in the evening was absolutely magical. Our room was also incredibly spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, and all the facilities and equipment were brand new.
**Service & Dining:** I have to praise the service here! The front desk and doorman staff were all incredibly enthusiastic. They helped us with our luggage, and even processed our check-in early, giving us a free room upgrade. When we entered the room, we found the air conditioning already turned on, which was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast selection was very rich, with both Thai and Western options, and the taste was fantastic. Waking up early for breakfast each day was a real treat.
**Convenience:** Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it's very quiet and perfect for a relaxing, 'lie-flat' vacation. Just a few steps from the entrance, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store, making it easy to buy snacks and drinks.
Located in Sattahip's Na Jomtien, Dee and Sea Beach Jomtien offers a great stay experience for those traveling for fun or business.
This property has a pool, including a rooftop pool. Keep up your fitness regimen with a visit to the gym.
You'll find a restaurant at the property with a variety of dining options available. During your stay, treat yourself to room service with food from the in-house restaurant. Want to grab something to drink? Head to the in-house bar or cafe.
At this hotel, you'll have access to a garden. Staff at this property's front desk can speak 2 languages, including English. This property also offers free luggage storage and laundry service (on-site).
Guests arriving by car can use the property's parking lot.
We had a nice 3 night stay at Seaphere.
Staff is very friendly and hotel has a nice rooftop bar with a pool.
The room was a bit dated but it has everything you need and a comfortable bed, good value for money.
Hotel is in a quiet area close to the beach, has free parking and about a 20 min drive to central Pattaya.
This is a good choice if you want to stay in a more quiet area outside busy Pattaya, close to the beach and also some restaurants, a bit dated but clean rooms, all in all good value stay.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they'd greet me every time we met. The gentleman who helped with luggage was also very kind. There's a bar for drinks and a swimming pool, plus a private beach. They even have evening activities like dancing. The price is unbeatable! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Oh, and you can even see the Sanctuary of Truth from here!

Great
GGuest UserThis was my fourth stay at The Fifth Jomtien & obviously I would highly recommend it. The rooms are modern, clean & my room featured a kitchenette complete with microwave, medium fridge & even a kitchen sink.
The staff are all smiles (& not fake) and super friendly & efficient. The breakfast, if included, is a buffet style including Asian & Western meal options, as well as an egg station & a full salad and fruit bar to choose from.
Next time I stay here, it will be my fifth stay at the Fifth and I'm very much looking forward to it.
MmdksnAbsolutely stunning, incredibly impressive! I'll definitely be back to stay here again. It's such great value for money. This has to be one of the happiest moments of my life; it's truly beautiful. I wish I could stay here every day. The staff were also wonderful.
MMiaomaThis trip was incredibly satisfying, from the ambiance to the service, everything was top-notch. Firstly, all the hotel rooms face the sea. We arrived at night and didn't realize it until we woke up in the morning and were immediately captivated by the stunning view outside our window: the ocean, the beach 🏖, a water park, Southeast Asian-style architecture... It instantly put us in a great mood. Then came breakfast; the setting was beautiful. Sitting outdoors, with the sea breeze, surrounded by the picturesque Southeast Asian scenery, while enjoying the best meal of the trip (the curry and Indian flatbread come highly recommended!), it was truly refreshing. Finally, we went to the beach. The sand was fine and clean, with no vendors bothering us. There were also three large ocean enclosures ensuring visitors' safety. The water world was the only regret of this trip, as we didn't get to experience it due to our schedule. We definitely have to go next time to try the surfing, water slides, and flumes... It's a bit like the structure of Galaxy Macau, but with even more of a Southeast Asian flair.
PPATTAYA2024The hotel has a good location, the rooms are spacious and clean. I extended my stay for 7 more nights and they wouldn't let me keep my original room. I asked for one with a city view and they refused, and I had to wait two hours in the lobby for the other room. They didn't try to help me at all.
SSElviraSWe stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya.
Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home.
From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been.
A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment.
This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable.
We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened.
A very special thank you to our beloved
Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager.
She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable.
This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for.
We sincerely thank the entire team for the care and the wonderful atmosphere.
For those seeking peaceful, beautiful and truly high-quality relaxation — this hotel is a perfect choice.
Our only wish is that there will always be available rooms… because we already know we will want to come back again and again ❤️
AAnonymous UserThe room had a fantastic sea view, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay, although slippers were not included. The hotel is clearly an older property, but it has been well maintained and remains in good condition.
One of the standout features is the rooftop bar, which offers stunning views and is a great place to relax, especially around sunset.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was appreciated. However, the presentation could be improved, as the buffet did not look particularly appealing despite the selection available. The hotel hosted several large tour groups, which made the atmosphere feel crowded at times and reduced the sense of privacy and exclusivity.
Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent views, though there is room for improvement in the breakfast experience and overall ambiance.
AAnya23The hotel amenities are a huge plus for the price point. The outdoor swimming pool is fantastic (and great for families since there is a kids' section), and they have a functional gym and sauna on-site. To top it all off, the daily breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of hot dishes, including a delicious noodle soup station.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya and will definitely be returning!
GGuest UserThis hotel is really great. The reality exceeded our expectations. The value for money is superb. The staff are polite and attentive, always ready to explain everything and help out.
The rooms are clean, and the grounds are well-maintained. They constantly treat for insects.
Breakfasts are good, with fresh fruit always available. The only downside is the location. There's nothing nearby. It's a 30-minute walk along the beach to the nearest cafes. Walking by road isn't an option. However, this is easily solved with a taxi, which is cheap there, using apps like Bolt or Grab.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: reasonably well-maintained
Cleanliness: good
Service: adequate
Ambiance: average
Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by traditional Thai architecture. The lobby is spacious and faces directly onto the pool and beach, a design I feel is common in many older, more traditional Thai hotels. After staying for a few days, I got the impression this was once a high-end establishment, evident from the mahogany furniture and mini-bar, bathrooms with bathtubs, a pool friendly to those who prefer shade, and its distinctive Thai-style perimeter walls 😄.
However, it seems it hasn't been renovated in a very, very long time. The bedding and linens are quite old and worn. While many of the facilities feel dated, they are generally reasonably well-maintained, giving a better impression than the dated linens.
Breakfast is served at the poolside restaurant. The setting is pleasant, but the variety of food leaves much to be desired. There was almost no change in the menu over a week, and staples like congee or noodle soup were missing. It's primarily a Western-style breakfast, but the quality of the ham, bacon, and sausages was very mediocre. The only highlight was the egg station, which offered a good variety of options.
The hotel's location is good: two 7-Elevens are just a 5-minute walk away, Jomtien Beach is right across the road, and there are many restaurants and bars within a 10-minute radius. Honestly, though, the Thai food in Pattaya isn't great; for someone from Sichuan, it's far too sweet – nowhere near as good as what you'd find in Bangkok or even Phuket. Remember to ask for less sugar when ordering.
For those who prefer a quiet stay and simply want to relax at the hotel, this place is just passable.
MMengzhongyujianWe got an upgraded room, which was incredibly spacious and bright with excellent air conditioning – a truly memorable stay. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the room had a beautiful view. The hotel is right next to 6th Street, making it very convenient for drinks and nightlife. The beach is just across the street, perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset.
