Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience.

Excellent hotel for the price! The rooftop pool with a sea view extending to the horizon is fantastic, and the views of the Sanctuary of Truth are beautiful! The buffet breakfasts are tasty and clean. At first, we thought the location was a bit far, but then we realized that tuk-tuks go directly through the entire center to Walking Street, making everything feel much closer!

We had a very good stay at The Heritage Pattaya Resort. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Although the location is a bit far from the main town, it actually worked in our favor as it was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing family trip. The breakfast could definitely be improved in terms of variety, but we didn’t have any major issues with what we had—it was decent and satisfying. A special mention to the front desk lady (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) who was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to sort out our rooms and managed to arrange for our family to stay in the same building, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, especially for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment.

The hotel is located just one street away from Pattaya Beach, and the area downstairs is bustling. Songthaews (local shared taxis) are readily available right outside. The housekeeper was very thoughtful, creating a WeChat group beforehand to inform us of various important details. Check-in and check-out were also super convenient and fully self-service. The rooftop pool is very picturesque and great for photos.

My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I appreciate the ascetic minimalism, but the execution is poor. Cleanliness and newness were important to me, and I got neither. The room didn't have a balcony and the windows faced an empty lot (even though I booked a sea view). Upon check-in, the shower drain was clogged, but they cleaned it after I complained. The mattress was terribly saggy and squeaky. Out of six nights, the room was only cleaned on the first two days and the last day. Naturally, there was no water, no toilet paper, and no clean towels. We had to take out the trash ourselves. I hope the hotel management gets things in order, because the location of the hotel is superb.

I recently stayed at The Base Prime Pattaya and had a pleasant experience overall. The biggest advantage is its central location, with easy walking access to the beach, Central Festival, and many dining spots. The unit is modern and well-equipped, with a nice balcony, and the rooftop pool offers an impressive panoramic view of Pattaya. It’s a great choice for both short stays and longer visits. However, the balcony does not have a sea view. Overall, it’s still a solid option for the price.

I recently stayed at the Zand Miranda for a 2-night budget-friendly getaway in Pattaya, and overall, it served its purpose very well. Let's start with the undeniable highlights. The location is absolutely perfect—you are a 2-minute walk from Pattaya Beach, 10 minutes from the excitement of Walking Street, and right next to the Central Festival mall for shopping and dining. You cannot beat this for convenience. The pool area is fantastic: large, clean, and surrounded by plenty of sunbeds. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast had a solid selection to start the day. Now, for the important caveat: manage your expectations for the rooms. The rooms are basic and noticeably more dated and simpler than the polished photos suggest. The furniture is functional but worn, and the decor is quite minimalist. It's clean and has all the essentials (AC, fridge, TV, safe), but don't expect modern luxury or the exact ambiance from the advertising pictures. Think of it as a comfortable, no-frills base. Who this hotel is perfect for: Budget-conscious travelers, groups of friends, and anyone who plans to spend most of their time out exploring Pattaya and just needs a clean place to sleep and a great pool to cool off in. Who might want to look elsewhere: Those seeking a romantic, luxurious, or aesthetically modern room experience. Final Verdict: Great value for money if you prioritize location and facilities over a stylish room. I would stay again for a practical, activity-filled trip. Just book knowing you're getting a simple, functional room and a truly excellent pool and location

The room was very clean, and the customer service was responsive and had a great attitude. It's definitely worth another visit. The entire floor and complex are smoke-free, and all residents, whether renters or owners, must abide by the no-smoking policy. This really shows how high Thailand's standards are for environmental protection.

I had a very good stay at Prima House Pattaya. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff are friendly and helpful, and overall the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. It’s a great option for travelers looking for a relaxing stay in Pattaya. However, as a digital nomad, I noticed one point that could be improved. There is no dedicated space for working on a laptop or computer. There is a café called Calender, but it closes at 17:00, which makes it difficult for people who work online or need a quiet place in the evening. I believe the hotel could do even better by adding a small co-working area or extending the café hours. This would make Prima House an excellent choice not only for tourists, but also for digital nomads and remote workers. Overall, a very good hotel with great potential.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, just a bit old-fashioned, but it didn't affect the experience. The best part was definitely the infinity pool; one of the two pools was always in the shade and very clean. I've been here four days and haven't met any other Chinese people, so I'm not sure why it's recommended as a top choice for Chinese travelers~

GGuest UserPROS: Rooms are big and clean with nice balconies. The whole place is quite roomy. Nice views. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance..beach, restaurants, shops, 7-11, massage, bars If you love lying by the pool or beach all day, this is the place for you. CONS: Breakfast is a bit lackluster for a 4-star hotel.  The gym is really poor. Only a few pieces of equipment, and you’d be lucky if they’re in working condition.  OVERALL:  I give it ‘Not Bad’ 4 out of 5. Fix breakfast and the gym and I’d come back, otherwise no.

IIry5006The hotel facilities include a private beach with a children's water park and an on-land play center, which are very child-friendly for children under 14. You can stay and play at the hotel for several days without having to go out. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which added a lot of fun for families traveling with older children and alleviated concerns about young children sleeping alone. The hotel provides children's toiletries (see picture). We had a room at the very end of the left wing. It had two balconies, and the 180-degree sea view from one balcony was absolutely stunning. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the balcony, and violators will be fined. It's worth mentioning that perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, the shower water quality was very poor. Fortunately, I brought a filtered shower head; you can see from the picture what the filter looked like after two days of use. I suspect it's due to old pipes. Also, on the first day of check-in, the front desk informed me that the Ctrip price only included two people, even though I had confirmed that the bunk bed room type could accommodate four people. I had to pay an additional surcharge of over 5000🐷 for two nights at the front desk. After I confirmed that the fee included all breakfasts and services, the next day at breakfast, the staff again said that the room only included breakfast for two. This experience was very disappointing. For dining, the hotel has two buffet breakfast areas, one in each wing, on the Ba*****t floor, and you need to swipe your card to enter. They offer bread, salads, fruits, various egg dishes, congee, and hot dishes. Service will end after 10:30 AM, and food is usually cleared promptly at 11:00 AM. You can serve yourself ice cream. Directly across the road from the hotel entrance is a Tops supermarket where you can buy various snacks, milk, drinks, and beer, and it's open 24 hours. In the evening at 7:00 PM, there are food stalls in the alley across the road. I tried a highly recommended one for everyone; with about seven or eight dishes plus beer for 1800🐷, I think I can give an informed opinion. The fried chicken wings were delicious, and the stir-fried noodles were good, though not comparable to those in China. The curry squid was okay. Don't order shrimp or sweet and sour pork, as the shrimp were not fresh, and the pork ribs were very mediocre. Overall, just think of it as a night market street stall by a school, good for a quick fried rice or stir-fried noodles.

GGhost TravellerGreat location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby! They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need. Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗

GGudajiaoJust wrapped up a family vacation at Dusit Thani Pattaya, and I'm absolutely thrilled with our stay, especially traveling with my parents – definitely a five-star review! We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens. I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️

XXiaolinjunxiI don't usually write reviews, but I was genuinely surprised by this place. Let me start with a couple of objective cons: - Check-in is strictly at 2:30 PM, no earlier (might be due to full occupancy, not entirely sure). Now, for the pros: - It has a balcony with a drying rack, which is super convenient. - There's a fridge. - I brought my own toiletries, so I didn't mind not using the hotel's. - There's a pool, a table tennis room, a kids' play area, and a gym. I really have to highlight the hotel breakfast – it was fantastic, much better than any other place I ate at near the hotel. The location is great too; Jomtien Beach is right outside, and if you turn left and walk for about ten minutes, you'll reach Jomtien Night Market. The fresh juices there are cheap and delicious. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Pattaya.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really great. The reality exceeded our expectations. The value for money is superb. The staff are polite and attentive, always ready to explain everything and help out. The rooms are clean, and the grounds are well-maintained. They constantly treat for insects. Breakfasts are good, with fresh fruit always available. The only downside is the location. There's nothing nearby. It's a 30-minute walk along the beach to the nearest cafes. Walking by road isn't an option. However, this is easily solved with a taxi, which is cheap there, using apps like Bolt or Grab.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: reasonably well-maintained Cleanliness: good Service: adequate Ambiance: average Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by traditional Thai architecture. The lobby is spacious and faces directly onto the pool and beach, a design I feel is common in many older, more traditional Thai hotels. After staying for a few days, I got the impression this was once a high-end establishment, evident from the mahogany furniture and mini-bar, bathrooms with bathtubs, a pool friendly to those who prefer shade, and its distinctive Thai-style perimeter walls 😄. However, it seems it hasn't been renovated in a very, very long time. The bedding and linens are quite old and worn. While many of the facilities feel dated, they are generally reasonably well-maintained, giving a better impression than the dated linens. Breakfast is served at the poolside restaurant. The setting is pleasant, but the variety of food leaves much to be desired. There was almost no change in the menu over a week, and staples like congee or noodle soup were missing. It's primarily a Western-style breakfast, but the quality of the ham, bacon, and sausages was very mediocre. The only highlight was the egg station, which offered a good variety of options. The hotel's location is good: two 7-Elevens are just a 5-minute walk away, Jomtien Beach is right across the road, and there are many restaurants and bars within a 10-minute radius. Honestly, though, the Thai food in Pattaya isn't great; for someone from Sichuan, it's far too sweet – nowhere near as good as what you'd find in Bangkok or even Phuket. Remember to ask for less sugar when ordering. For those who prefer a quiet stay and simply want to relax at the hotel, this place is just passable.

CChrisafanThis hotel was just okay, nothing special, but not bad either. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, and I didn't experience any of the discrimination against Chinese guests that I've read about online. I did get the very last room available, which was spacious and had a good atmosphere. I stayed for two nights, but I didn't sleep well either night. The first night, there were no issues with the room itself, but I just kept tossing and turning and couldn't settle down. On the second night, every 20-30 minutes, there was a creaking sound, like a rusty door, which made me anxious, and I didn't get any sleep at all. I finally dozed off around 5:00 AM. Everything else was fine, though.
