Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

Hotel near Wenzhou International Expo Center Zone,Wenzhou 1.2% of visitors choose this area
GGuest User 2026.05.06
The hotel facilities were better than I expected, not as old as I thought, and very clean. I requested a high floor but was given the 22nd. Combs are eco-friendly and need to be requested. The room smelled heavily of smoke. They said they'd bring an air purifier, but when the staff delivered it, they were quite annoyed, scolding me for not telling her everything I needed at once, claiming she was very busy today. I was quite shocked by that. Did you tell me in advance that there would be no comb? I checked in with children, did you proactively offer kids' toiletries? How was I supposed to know you'd give me a smoky room? The smell was still very strong when I returned at night, making me dizzy. After reporting it to Trip.com customer service, I was moved to another room. After I complained about the service, they offered a complimentary children's breakfast. However, the one time we went to the first-floor restaurant for breakfast, we were stopped and asked to pay for the children's meal. The first-floor breakfast was mediocre anyway; no tea bags, and the tea itself was so diluted it had no color. I must praise the staff at the 24th-floor lounge, though. They were very proactive in asking what we'd like to drink, and a special thanks to a gentleman with glasses who, even during a busy morning, went down to the first floor to get us beef noodles. The sunset views from there are truly stunning.

Location: Situated north of Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, the hotel boasts its own 'Eight Scenic Views' and beautiful garden design. From the back exit, you can directly access Haogu Pagoda. A pleasant stroll along the lake will take you past attractions like Lanxiu Garden, Chenggong Embankment, and Shaoyuan, eventually leading to Huijingyuan. From there, you can take a boat (the only place offering a 20-yuan ferry) to Huxin Island, and finally, head to Nanhu Tiandi for a meal. Service: The hotel maintains strict quality control. They thoroughly checked the cleanliness, which meant our room was ready a bit late, but they compensated us with an upgrade. Honestly, there isn't much difference between the garden view and lake view rooms. In fact, the garden view room was closer to the elevator, which was even more convenient for our family with a baby. Facilities: The swimming pool is a bit on the small side, so we didn't end up using it. While there's a workshop-like activity for kids, the lack of a dedicated children's play area is a shame. However, the hotel grounds are quite spacious, and our baby was very happy running around. Cleanliness: This was truly excellent, 10086 out of 10! The breakfast selection was also extensive. We didn't try the other restaurants, so I can't comment on those.

I came to Shaoxing during the full bloom of the Chinaberry trees this time, and when it came to where to stay, there was no doubt – Shaoxing Hotel. I'd walked past it from Xixiaolu to Xiaohe Zhijie at the end of last year, and this Jiangnan-style garden hotel immediately went onto my 'must-stay' list. Shaoxing Hotel is beautiful both inside and out, with stunning scenery everywhere. All the staff are incredibly friendly and greet you warmly. On the day I checked in, the front desk even upgraded me to the second floor of Building 2, facing Fushan Park. The sanitary facilities are, needless to say, exceptionally clean, featuring a smart toilet and a multi-function shower with several massage jets. The sink area also has separate strong and weak voltage outlets for hair dryers and men's razors. The breakfast restaurant is downstairs. I passed it multiple times during the day and evening. It offers Shaoxing specialties, and the food is quite good. After breakfast, you can head to Fushan Park across the street for a panoramic view of the city. Shaoxing Hotel isn't just about its beautiful environment and excellent service; it also boasts a fantastic, central location in Shaoxing. You can walk to Xiaohe Zhijie, Cangqiao, and Lu Xun's former residence. I've compared this over my two visits to Shaoxing in the past six months and have already recommended it to several good friends.

I booked this hotel specifically for the West Lake view. I had communicated my request to the front desk beforehand, and they accommodated it, so I could indeed see West Lake from the bathroom's floor-to-ceiling window. **Value for Money**: At this price, it's absolutely worth it for a weekend stay. **Breakfast**: The 48 RMB/person buffet breakfast, although featuring ordinary dishes, offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. **Wi-Fi**: You can connect using your room number; no password needed, and the speed is good. **Bed**: The king-size bed was just right in terms of firmness, if you know what I mean. **Cleanliness**: The truth is in the details; every nook and cranny was very clean. (I checked thoroughly). **Room View**: Because the hotel's upper floors have a circular cross-section, only some rooms offer a West Lake view. **Location & Transport**: From Hangzhou Station, take Metro Line 1 for one stop to Ding'an Road Station, then walk a bit, and you'll arrive in about 16 minutes. Walking to West Lake takes less than ten minutes. **Overall**: The decor, dating back about ten years, feels a bit old-fashioned, but it's well-maintained rather than worn out. The cleanliness details reflect the hotel's excellent management. **Highlights**: Details like the direct drinking water, smart toilet, plastic slippers, and two umbrellas in the room show the hotel's continuous efforts to keep up with the times and improve service. **Suggestion**: Adding a shoehorn would be a good idea.

Came with my kids, and it's great for ordering takeout; the robot delivery is super convenient, and sometimes a staff member brings it, and their attitude is good. The environment is also pretty nice. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is really bad and has very few options. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, even on a Sunday, with plenty of empty seats when I went at 9 AM. I suggest adding some chicken nuggets, which kids love, or prawn crackers. Everything else was fine, but the floor is really slippery, so be careful. Shery provided excellent service, and I'd come back again. Yesterday, I saw penguins at Nanhu Tiandi and absolutely loved the 'Sui Yin Ji Liang' there. Anyway, it's better than the Four Points by Sheraton, where you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout, and the air isn't as good, though it is a bit more value for money.

Among several riverside hotels, we ultimately chose the brand new Junlan Tonglu Hotel. We booked two deluxe king rooms and, after an early request, were kindly upgraded to the Xiaowu River View rooms. The night view was lovely, and the small park downstairs was perfect for a stroll. Fresh fruit and snacks were provided daily. The smart home system was simple yet sophisticated, making the room tidy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The service quality was particularly outstanding. From the moment we checked in, we felt a perfectly balanced level of hospitality. Cici, a staff member, was attentive without being intrusive, showing great care for both the elderly and children. Learning that we were there for fishing, she enthusiastically recommended local fishing spots, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the area. The dining experience was equally impressive: the buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of well-prepared dishes. Since our child didn't come down for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed fresh shrimp porridge and pancakes for us. The Chinese restaurant, though only opened during the May Day holiday, already boasted both stylish service and high-quality cuisine. Dishes like the river white fish, red soup noodles, Malantou with dried tofu, drunken shrimp, and steak were all cooked to perfection with rich, refined flavors, showcasing the authentic taste of Tonglu combined with exquisite culinary artistry. In just two short days, this has become a hotel I genuinely want to recommend and one I'm eager to revisit. See you next time!

Once you enter Wuzhen, no other Jiangnan town will compare. It's not just a classical ink painting with its small bridges, flowing water, white walls, and black tiles; it also boasts profound historical and cultural heritage, vibrant modern artistic energy, and a new lease on life thanks to smart technology. What ancient town can truly rival Wuzhen? Choosing a guesthouse within the scenic area brought many pleasant surprises: ① Free Wi-Fi covers the entire scenic area, with stable signal everywhere. ② Luggage can be directly handed to the host for transport, making the whole trip light and hassle-free. ③ Enjoy exclusive breakfast benefits for early risers, offering an authentic local experience. ④ The accommodation fee includes a 150 RMB ticket to the West Scenic Zone and shuttle bus service. During your stay, you can re-enter and exit the scenic area multiple times using facial recognition, making travel convenient and worry-free. The graceful waterscape combined with attentive service makes for a truly happy and comfortable experience. Wuzhen is absolutely amazing! Wuzhen guesthouses are absolutely amazing! Perspective determines outlook, outlook guides choices, choices dictate actions, and actions ultimately shape one's future. May Wuzhen's gentle water town charm remain, may time be peaceful, and its ancient allure endure!

The hotel's location is excellent, with a Line 1 metro station just a 2-minute walk downstairs, perfect for early morning flights. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including a noodle bar and coffee, which is far beyond the standard for mid-to-high-end chain hotels at this price point. I'll definitely stay here again next time I need to catch a flight from Xiaoshan Airport.

GGuest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Thank you very much, Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou, for helping to create an amazing lifetime memory.

GGuest UserTrue to its reputation as the most premium-priced hotel in Qiandao Lake, while others double their rates, Voco quadruples them! But it comes with a lot of positives: 1. When the weather is good, the drive into the hotel gives you strong vibes of Sanya Park Hyatt. 2. The concierge service is excellent – they are very proactive with luggage and opening car doors. 3. There's a minibar; not a huge selection, but it includes Qiandao Lake beer. 4. We received two complimentary drink vouchers for the bar, which immediately boosted the vacation feel. 5. The travel photography service is high quality, with costumes and makeup provided – really good! 6. The lake view is unbeatable, whether from the restaurant or the lobby. 7. The infinity pool isn't huge but it's perfect for sunset photos, no need to go to Tianyu. 8. Breakfast quality is high, and they even have a dedicated kids' buffet section – I've stayed at a hundred five-star hotels and this is the first time I've seen that. 9. The kids' club is pretty good; it can keep them entertained for about an hour. 10. The gym also boasts three-sided lake views, which is rare. 11. The room isn't large, but the TV is excellent, with plenty of shows that my kids loved. 12. We received welcome snacks and fruit. 13. There are complimentary drinks in the lobby, which my family enjoyed. 14. There's a band performance with a Filipino singer, which creates a good atmosphere. 15. The toiletries are good quality, imported. However, there are a few downsides: 1. The canopy tent is quite ordinary. 2. There's no butler service. 3. The upgraded room wasn't great and had a poor view.

PPamela Chong MeisiStayed at Splendid Clubhouse for 2 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to China. I highly recommend slowing down and fully enjoying the serene, scenic surroundings this property offers—it’s an experience in itself. From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. My personal butler, Xiao Shen, reached out a day before my arrival to coordinate everything, including arranging for a seamless pick-up at the Scenic Area. Throughout my stay, Xiao Shen was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of—from daily arrangements to recommending great dining options. Do make it a point to dine within the hotel, especially at Jin An Si Fang Cai (锦岸私房菜)—the food was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking beautiful spring blooms. Breakfast was another standout experience. It was incredibly delicious and thoughtfully curated, with multiple courses that were so satisfying I could easily skip lunch. Guests select their breakfast in advance, and everything is promptly served upon arrival at the restaurant, making the experience both seamless and indulgent. Overall, the impeccable service, stunning views, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and elevated retreat.

MmayawongFor me, hygiene is the top priority when traveling, and this hotel's cleanliness truly exceeded all expectations – it was absolutely impeccable, making my stay incredibly comfortable and worry-free! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed by how spotless and tidy everything was. The room was bright and clean throughout; the floors and tabletops were dust-free and uncluttered. The bedding was pristine white and neatly arranged, with no stains or hairs, feeling dry and soft to the touch. It clearly looked brand new, thoroughly sanitized, and felt exceptionally reassuring to lie on. The bathroom was immaculate down to every detail: the vanity and mirror were gleaming with no watermarks, the toilet was completely disinfected and clean, odorless and stain-free, and the shower area was dry and spotless. Even the drain and wall corners were meticulously cleaned, with no standing water or grime. Every detail in the room, from the furniture and appliances to the light switches and hangers, was perfectly maintained. The curtains and carpet were tidy and odorless, and the inside of the wardrobe and drawers were also thoroughly cleaned, with no leftover items. The disposable amenities in the room were neatly arranged and hygienic, making me feel completely at ease using them. The hotel's public areas were also exceptionally well-maintained. The lobby, corridors, and elevators were consistently neat, with gleaming floors and fresh, odor-free air, devoid of any trash. Cleaning staff constantly patrolled and cleaned, ensuring a pristine environment at all times. You can truly feel the hotel's strict standards for hygiene management; from the overall space down to the smallest nooks and crannies, everything was meticulously cleaned and thoroughly disinfected, completely eliminating any concerns I might have had about cleanliness during my stay. These exceptional hygiene conditions made my stay both comfortable and peaceful. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness in their accommodation, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip!

AAnonymous UserMy friends and I came to Naked Stables for a vacation, and the overall experience was truly excellent. We traveled with our child and pet, and I was initially worried about the inconvenience of bringing a pet. However, after checking in, all my concerns vanished. The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly; they had prepared a pet bed, toys, and pee pads in the room, and we could even purchase pet meals. Many details were very thoughtfully arranged. Moreover, pet-friendly facilities and arrangements were evident everywhere in the hotel, making traveling with a pet very easy and enjoyable. The hotel also offers a rich variety of activities, ensuring that both adults and children can find something suitable and never get bored. The surrounding natural scenery is beautiful, and the environment is very comfortable, perfect for both relaxation and for children to connect with nature. The staff were all very warm, patient, and attentive, making us feel very welcome from check-in throughout our entire stay. This trip was genuinely fun for adults, children, and pets alike; none of us wanted to go home. It's rare to find a resort that satisfies the entire family, including pets, so completely. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

LLiaoHaizijiaService: The service attitude was superb, and the staff guided us through the check-in process from start to finish. Environment: The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and the hotel was quiet and pleasant. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the entire hotel maintained excellent hygiene. Bedding: The sheets, duvet covers, and pillows were the best we've encountered in any hotel during this trip. The bedding felt incredibly soft against the skin, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Food: While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every item was exceptionally delicious and well-prepared. They had everything from NFC juice, milk, coffee, and soy milk to Coke and Sprite. I highly recommend the incredibly tasty xiaolongbao, and the freshly made beef noodles were absolutely fantastic – the beef was tender and soft, and the noodles had a great chew. Everyone should definitely try them! Parking: The hotel has its own parking spaces, which makes parking safe and worry-free. The most important thing bears repeating three times: You can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard, you can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard, you can feed squirrels in the hotel courtyard! This was a huge hit with the kids, allowing them to watch the squirrels eat up close. Finally, I'm giving a five-star review again. Hesheli Hotel received unanimous approval from our entire family, and we hope to have the chance to visit again in the future.

EEnkeiOur stay at Naked Castle Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The hotel itself is extraordinary, beautifully designed with unique rooms that blend luxury, comfort, and nature perfectly. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, even down to the wonderfully fragrant bath amenities that left a lasting impression on us. What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. The reception staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Nadia from the restaurant was especially communicative, informative, and always eager to help with recommendations and assistance. Willa was equally warm and professional, making every interaction pleasant and memorable. Manager Lily stood out with her quick responsiveness, kindness, and excellent leadership that could clearly be felt throughout the resort. We also truly appreciated the buggy driver who served shuttle service around the property, helpful, and ready to assist, adding another layer of comfort to our stay. Unfortunately, it rained during our arrival, which was a little disappointing because we had hoped to explore more of the beautiful surroundings and outdoor experiences the resort has to offer. Even so, the cozy atmosphere and outstanding hospitality still made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Naked Castle is not just a hotel, but an experience filled with beautiful surroundings, thoughtful details, and heartfelt service. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return again in the future.

GGuest UserI've lost count of how many times I've visited Hangzhou, but whenever I do, Xinyu Hotel is always my go-to. The hotel's decor and service perfectly match my preferences: understated, quiet, yet without compromising on quality. This time, I brought my mother along, and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a family mountain-view room. The lush greenery outside the window was instantly relaxing. A special thanks to the hotel's front office manager and the two housekeeping staff on the fifth floor; they were always proactive in anticipating our needs and very friendly. It's clear the hotel pays great attention to detail. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
