Staying at this hotel on Huangshan Mountain was an unforgettable experience. Located at an elevation of around 1800 meters above sea level, reaching the hotel was an adventure in itself. We took a cable car followed by a two-hour scenic hike through the breathtaking mountain trails. Huangshan is famous for its stunning landscapes, with jagged peaks, ancient pine trees, and a mystical sea of clouds—everything here feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese painting. The hotel’s facilities and service went beyond all our expectations. Despite its remote location, everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure our comfort. The manager, (Miss. Song Shulin) ,in particular, was incredibly attentive, helping us with everything we needed. Their dedication made our stay truly special. Our room was on the fifth floor, and while there was no elevator, the stairs were not difficult to climb. The view from our room was absolutely worth it! From the window, we could see the mountains and dense forest stretching into the horizon, a sight that left us speechless. The room itself was cozy and well-equipped, with cold and hot water working perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable in the chilly weather. The temperature was around -1°C during our visit, but the natural beauty and serene atmosphere more than made up for the cold. Surrounded by pine trees and the crisp mountain air, the location felt like a peaceful retreat far from the bustling world. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone planning a visit to Huangshan Mountain. It’s not just a place to stay but a once-in-a-lifetime experience that combines the magic of nature with warm, heartfelt hospitality. A must-visit!

The hotel is I'm a great location for sunset viewing and easily accessed from Yungu cable car. The staff were very friendly and the buffet food was excellent! We would highly recommend a stay here! The exquisite mall, marvelous views and the proximity to the mind-blowing museum together with its quiet and peaceful green surroundings make the Grand Hyatt, the pace to stay. Don't forget the World Ice Arena where Dreams are build and made come true.

1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station. 2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. From the quality of the hotel’s breakfast and location to the responsiveness of our assigned caretaker: 小河(XiaoHe). Upon arrival I added 小河’s WeChat and was shown - on a map - what I could expect to see given the length of our stay. I was even given information about the likelihood of a clear sunset/sunrise - and when my girlfriend needed it 小河 called the mountain clinic to purchase Pain killers! My favorite part of the hotel will have to be its location. It’s a 30 minute walk from YunGu cablecar, a 10 minute walk from a good sunset/sunrise spot!

Check-in process smoothly. Hotel is very convenient, opposite ticket entrance . Many eateries around . KFC is just next door . Recommend for huangshan climber. Thank you for the freebies.

Overall very satisfied with the stay at the hotel. Hotel is new. Well maintained. BF is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although it is near the Huangshanbei station, it is not easy for elderly travellers with luggage to walk to the hotel. Especially for late arrival or early departure. Hotel could have arrival/departure services at a nominal charge.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with Tunxi Old Street just across the street, which is very convenient for travelers; the hotel staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and they even gave us tea cans from the hotel room, which was very heartwarming 🥰🥰

Hotel was great - particularly as it's on top of a mountain - and that in itself is special! Costs for everything are expensive but fair considering the location. The room is fairly small (but very functional), you won't need space as you won't have luggage. Room comes with warm jackets and a torch so you don't need to bring those things for a sunset/sunrise. We were in what seemed like a newer block so the interior was modern. Shower was hot and decent. Breakfast and dinner (180 yuan per person) had impressive variety considering everything gets up the mountain on a cable car and then manually carried to the hotel. Location is good as it's next to the Taiping cableway but we walked from the popular Yuping cableway carrying small overnight packs. It is very possible in one day! We descended the next day via the Yungu cableway which was a much easier walk. Note the closest lookout for both is a 20min uphill walk with the path starting from the hotel (and another path for those who aren't staying there.) We saw a spectacular sunset and not much of a sunrise. Both were well worth it but of course you're at the mercy of the weather. Receptionists could speak basic English and will also give you bottles of water and communicate weather and sunset conditions to you via WeChat. If you can't understand Mandarin you can use the translate function in WeChat. Free laundry service too but we didn't use it.

Very convenient located to the Huangshan Park Entrance. Need to take a didi after alighting the public bus from Huangshan North Station to the hotel. Walking is abt 4km. Didi is abt 8rmb. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They will help to arrange transport to wherever you like to visit. The food served at the restaurant within the hotel is very nice. There are many other restaurants nearby as well. Room is clean and big. The view from the Bridge nearby is superb with huangshan at the background. There are massage nearby after your hard day at the Huangshan national park.

Pro: A luxury hotel with excellent service and luxury rooms. Contra: the receptionists do not speak English very much, so sometimes it was a bit hard to communicate. The payment policy is too strict to my taste - pay online when booking and they do not refund the payment. So if we miss the train for example and our route schedule is changed, we won't be able to cancel the booking also for those who dream of seeing the sunrise from the top of the Yellow mountains - this location is located at the bottom ropeway station and in the morning the ropeway opens too late to get to the top before sunrise. You'd rather book the hotel right at the top

Great service at the hotel and very cheap fpr the quality. It’s also very close (walking distance) to the bus station for the South Entrance to the mountain. Unless you stay on the mountain itself I would assume this is the best hotel. We stayed in January. The ”hot springs” are great after a day on the mountain. The bigger outside pool was not in use, as would be expected.

I went to Tunxi again and decided to stay at Huiman. It has a first-line river view and faces Tunxi Jiangxinzhou across the river. The river view is charming in the morning and evening. After booking, the housekeeper called early to ask if I needed to pick up the station. When I checked in, I upgraded the room type with considerate service. The parent-child suite is spacious, bright, clean and hygienic. The breakfast variety is complete, including Huangshan specialty small sesame cakes, Wucheng tea dried cakes, etc. The freshly baked topping noodles are delicious. The children were very happy to feed the koi. I gave a tea gift when I left, thank you!

This is the third time I have come to Huangshan in 20 years. This is a slightly regretful trip, mainly because I didn't encounter heavy snow and sea of ​​clouds. Fortunately, the experience of staying at Shilin Cliff House still adds a touch of color to this imperfect trip. Yungu went up the mountain, walked and strolled, met the housekeeper at Mengbishenghua, and walked into the cliff house from the Qingliang Pavilion path. Pushing open the quaint wooden door to the yard, walking into the rest area converted from the temple, the puppy Beibei couldn't wait to rush to greet me. It is quiet everywhere, surrounded by fragrance, and a scene at every step, which is very pleasant. Take the elevator from the sixth-floor lobby to the second floor, and then take the exclusive elevator of Huaying to the room on the first floor. To be fair, the room is not big, but the view is invincible, and the large terrace has a 180° open view. The whole house is not cold at all, and the afternoon tea is also very special. The breakfast is a set meal, beautiful and exquisite, and sufficient. The only downside is that the noodles feel like they have been soaked in the soup for too long, and the texture is soft and tasteless. The housekeepers are very enthusiastic and always greet each other with a smile. If you have any needs, you can get the service in place with a WeChat message. However, it is recommended to add a device for up and down calls to Huaying's exclusive elevator, otherwise the housekeeper will ring the doorbell upstairs and the downstairs will not be able to respond whether it is suitable for door-to-door service. Shilin Cliff House is located in the Beihai Lion Grove Scenic Area. It takes about ten minutes to get to Monkey Viewing the Sea, which is suitable for watching the sunrise. Then there is Shixin Peak, which is more than 20 minutes on foot. It is not close to Yuping, Guangmingding, etc. Here, you can watch the sunset while eating dinner, lie on the bed to watch the stars, and soak in the bathtub to enjoy the mountain view... It is suitable for travelers who want to lie down and relax instead of walking all over Huangshan. Here, I realized my wish to sit on the bed and take pictures of the nebula, but the sudden thick clouds at four o'clock made the ending a little unsatisfactory. Just one night, I left in a hurry. We stayed at the Qinman hotel 13-16.05.24 for the trip to Huangshan mountain and nearby Hongcu village. Despite the hotel situated ~3km from the tourist bus stop we find the location one of the big benefits: there is no hustle, loud noises of the cars and hordes of tourists: you can peacefully relax and enjoy quite and slow mornings and evenings. The hotel is beautifully designed? Rooms are spacious and perfectly cleaned. The staff of the hotel is very attentive to all questions, very friendly and polite, even despite we didn't speak Chinese the personal organized our stay perfectly and used WeChat with translations to give online feedback to any requests! Special thanks to Ms. 慧慧 HuiHui she helped organize transfers, morning breakfast for takeaway and tea with delights to our hot springs. Worth to note! This hotel has its own private hot springs, in May temperature in n the evening can go down to ~18C, fresh hot water helps you relax after long busy days and mind can fully rest in the silence of the night. One of the surprises of the stay was free laundry, it is extremely useful after hikes in n the mountains. Hotel restaurant has great breakfast with local farmer's products and freshly ground good coffee from reputable roasters. If you are a tea lover you'll find tea store from farmers just in front of the main gates, in the rooms you'll find local tea and tea set for tea ceremonies 😀. What is more? The dinner is delicious, especially local fishes. If you arrive by the bus to Tangkou the hotel staff can organize a transfer from and to bus station for free. We highly recommend Qinman hotel for everyone!

Excellent! This is the best option to stay in the Huangshan area to visit the mountains and surroundings. This boutique hotel is located extremely quietly in the middle of the bamboo forests and tea plantations away from the bustle and hustle, busy streets, people and noisy restaurants- exactly what we needed after a day on the mountain. At the same time it’s only 5-10 minutes away from the South entrance gate, which the hotel will shuttle you to whenever you need. Overall the service and the owners are so so great and helpful with everything. The hotel overall and the rooms are so tastefully designed, high quality, 1000% clean and everything is tidied up (no messy piles anywhere - unlike in other boutique hotels in China). You can conveniently get dinner in the hotel, the seating area is beautiful, quiet, designed perfectly and the food was delicious. Breakfast is Chinese breakfast but they are so sweet and offer cereals and toast if you like, however, i brought some other options for my parents which they kindly kept in the fridge. They also took us to their own tea mountain to watch the sunset and Huangshan Mountain from afar - very special!!! Highly recommend that! The other hiking recommendations (besides than going up Huangshan) were a great addition. I recommend a three night stay, that’s just perfect. Everything is even nicer than on the pictures, a pleasant and unusual surprise!! You will not regret to choose this hotel, i stayed in other hotels in Huangshan before and this is the best option with regards to location (!!), design and service.

Hotel is located very conveniently near the river and 5 min walk from Tulxi old town. You can get a public bus to/from Huangshan North Railway station. Heater wasn't working but the staff was very accommodating and gave me the portable one. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Will stay again here.

The hotel is very close to the airport but a bit far from the city center. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach Huangshan Old Street, so I can only give it 4 stars. The hotel lobby, restaurant, gym, corridors, and guest rooms are all very new and impeccably clean, deserving a full 5-star rating. The hotel staff were extremely warm and welcoming. They upgraded our room and provided many services for our baby since we were traveling with a 0-year-old. For example, they prepared a baby crib, baby toiletries, and other thoughtful amenities. The service was excellent, deserving a full 5 stars. Although the hotel is quite new, our room’s air conditioning did not provide heating. Even after calling staff for repairs, the issue was not resolved. In January, nights in Huangshan are very cold, and our room temperature stayed around 20°C throughout the night. We had no choice but to keep our baby wrapped in the blanket while sleeping. In the morning, our hands and feet were freezing—it was truly disappointing. I hope the hotel will thoroughly inspect and maintain its equipment, as this is a basic requirement for a high-end hotel. Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars for this aspect.

It’s right after exiting highway, so traffic is not a problem. View from room and breakfast options are good. Bathroom was luxurious with nice jacuzzi.

The SSAW hotel in Hefei is my number one destination. I love everything about this place from the staff at the reception when I arrive to the confort of my room to the location of the place. Don’t rely on WiFi in the hotel, it’s just not working at all. The air conditioning is not cooling enough, it’s central and not controlled. Otherwise, the food is ok, the room is clean. Staff is nice and trying to help. Reception personnel knows English, which is rare for China.

Had one night stay. Not enough time to judge everything. But the bed was very comfortable.

I went to Fantawild Nightlife with my friends and chose Wanda Hotel, which has a good location. May, the front desk, was very friendly and arranged a lake view room. The view was great. I liked the murals in the room. The room was quiet at night and comfortable to sleep. Grunt, the front desk, took the initiative to remind me to record the license plate when I checked out. It was warm! I will stay with my friends next time if I have the chance!

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

I made an impromptu decision to go to Wuhu Fantawild. I booked another hotel at first. After I arrived, it was so gloomy that I quickly checked out and re-booked at Suning Global. It was so right. The hotel has a clean lobby and great breakfast. The desserts are also very conscientious. The price is very good. Everything in the hotel is not expensive. The beef noodles ordered were delivered to the room. The child actually wanted to buy a bowl and take it back to Nanjing. This is the most fun and relaxing time I have ever had. I really want to benefit everyone.

The originally planned mountain-view king bed room didn't have the air conditioning I desired, so Sister Shiqi from the front desk kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room after appealing to the leadership. The view was stunning, and the room's lighting and amenities exceeded my expectations. My stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I'm already looking forward to returning. I'm deeply grateful to Sister Shiqi for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and professionalism throughout the process.

The room facilities are of four-star standard or above; safe and quiet; convenient for travel around, within 10 minutes by taxi from the high-speed rail station; there is also a company park within two kilometers, recommended for both business and tourism👍

It is recommended to book a room with a joint ticket in Jiuzi Ancient Town and Ocean Park, which is more cost-effective! All in all, five-star praise 👍
