GGuest UserVery pleasant hotel for a short stay in Harbin. It’s an Ibis, so you know exactly what it will be like. Rooms are simple, but clean, and the beds are comfortable. The location is okay, but there is another Ibis about half a mile down the road that is closer to the main attractions. Still, a short and easy walk to Central Street. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, and the breakfast is good, with a wide range of dishes (especially pickles). Recommended!

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

It was exceptionally clean and very quiet, allowing me to finally get a much-needed good night's sleep. Thank you! I'll definitely be back. Given that Mudanjiang airport is currently under expansion and I was heading to Harbin, this hotel's proximity to the airport was perfect. Plus, they offer complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, which is truly excellent!

AAnonymous UserI originally booked the Wanda Holiday Hotel, also located near Central Street, but to my surprise, it turned out to be more like a guesthouse. It was a 5-star hotel back in 2013. I stayed there for one night and then hastily checked out, practically 'escaping' to this hotel. Luckily, I made the right choice. There's no comparison when you see the difference; although it's a bit more expensive than Wanda, the facilities and service are definitely up to true star-hotel standards. My child even told me to give it a good review! 🥰
The hotel's location is also near Central Street, making it very convenient for shopping. Getting food delivery and taxis is also a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic about helping with any issues.
The room itself features smart controls. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and there's an unlimited supply of Jing Tian bottled water. We booked two 1.35-meter beds, so it finally wasn't cramped. The laundry room is clean and tidy, fully equipped with disinfectant, laundry detergent, and laundry baskets. The hotel breakfast is also quite substantial. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it! 👍

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

St. Sophia Cathedral is also within walking distance. There are tons of local specialty restaurants nearby, and shopping malls are very close, too. The transportation is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean and cozy, which I really appreciated, and the service was great. I highly recommend staying here. Plus, there's complimentary warm tea in the lobby, which is a lovely touch.

This hotel is truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, close to Harbin Railway Station, and the surrounding area is full of food options with many local restaurants nearby. The room price is also very reasonable and affordable.
The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very welcoming. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmth and comfort. The hotel is extremely clean, and the front desk staff work efficiently and provide excellent assistance whenever requested.
The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure was strong, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo were fully provided. The blanket and bedsheets were thick, comfortable, and of very good quality—this is genuinely true.
One impressive highlight of this hotel is the use of a delivery robot. This is something Thai travelers will really appreciate. The robot is smart, fast, and very efficient, allowing staff to deliver items without having to walk to the rooms themselves.
One day, when I brought my clothes to be washed, the hotel staff kindly helped wash them for me. After that, the robot delivered the clean clothes directly to our room, right on time. The service was excellent.
Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we could contact the staff immediately, and they were always more than happy to help.
During this trip to Harbin, we had to visit a hospital because my partner had an eye injury. The hotel staff recommended Ming Ming Eye Hospital, which is a large and well-equipped hospital. The doctors and staff there were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were able to communicate using mobile applications, which made everything much easier.
Another great benefit of this hotel is the complimentary tea and fresh coffee available at the lobby. Free drinking water is also available at all times, and guests can help themselves.
Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their kindness and constant support during our stay in Harbin. We truly appreciated everything, and we will definitely return to stay here again in the future.

The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please.
This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret.
It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place?
Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.
