The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was outstanding! Especially the lady who came by with the cart every evening – she was incredibly warm. She'd explain the sightseeing routes in detail, thoughtfully bring us hot porridge, and even give snack packs to the kids. The best part was when we came back from hiking, she actually brought us foot-soaking tubs and herbal medicine packs, recommending we soak our feet to relieve fatigue. She was truly exceptional!

We are a couple to travel to Fenghuang Ancient Town, and we booked at this home stay for our 2-day trip. The location is about 7’ walk to the main attraction, which is convenient and reasonable walk. During our stay, the hospitality from the Homestay is exceptional to us. Especially, Ms Xiao Teng, who had been making sure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you, thank you. In conclusion, with a very affordable rate, we have a good location and a great services that is very worth it. We will let friends and family know your place.

My welcome was very warm. There was complimentary pick up from the train station, and oranges and candies waiting when I arrived. The old house/hotel was charming, with amazing views over the old town. It was inside the scenic area, which means it was an 8 minute walk to everywhere. The proprietress was very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do. My room was coziness itself! Breakfast was adequate enough to keep me fueled until lunch time. I would definitely stay again!

The room was spacious and bright, with comprehensive and modern facilities like smart home controls, a high-definition projector, and branded toiletries. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff were efficient and thoughtful, responding promptly to all requests. Every detail was meticulously handled and incredibly heartwarming. The hygiene was spotless, making for an excellent stay. This will be my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I will definitely be back!

Traveling with the whole family, including kids, the front desk kindly upgraded us to a family-friendly room for free. The room was spacious, cozy, and very clean, and the price was excellent. The front desk staff were very attentive and patiently explained the nearby attractions. Parking was super convenient with their own private lot. This is definitely a top choice for anyone traveling by car.

Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

Rooms were spacious, stylish, and extremely comfortable—I loved every detail. The location was convenient too: step outside and you’ll find rows of restaurants on both sides of the road, and just a 10‑minute taxi ride takes you to the central nightlife. Another highlight came at check‑out. When staff asked where I was heading next, I mentioned transferring to a nearby hotel to meet friends. They went above and beyond by offering to take me there. That level of service and care is rare, unforgettable, and deeply appreciated. Thousand Hotel truly delivers a smooth, relaxing, and luxurious experience. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was very clean and the facilities were new. The room was spacious, and the hotel service was absolutely 5-star worthy! They called me half a month in advance to add me on WeChat and offer travel advice. The service attitude was incredibly good! The hotel's location is convenient, very close to the cable car entrance. We were late checking out after returning from Tianmen Mountain, and the hotel still helped us out. This hotel truly deserves a super 5-star rating! Everything exceeded my expectations, and the service definitely gets a thumbs up! Plus, the front desk staff had amazing smiles! Seeing their smiles always brightened my mood! Thumbs up! Better service than the Wyndham Grand!

Everything we needed was provided, and you can really feel the genuine care for the guests. The hotel is in excellent condition, with spacious, bright, clean, and tidy rooms. The breakfast, in particular, is superb, especially the beef noodles and rice vermicelli. There's also a shortcut (not on navigation, but the hotel staff will tell you about it) that takes about ten minutes to walk from the hotel to one of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park's gates (there are many gates). It's a scenic walk along a path (the photos attached were taken along this route). From there, you can take a free shuttle bus to the attractions you wish to visit according to your itinerary.
