Hands down the hotel with the best service!! The staff are extremely friendly and give their best to enhance my holiday experience. There was a ”housekeeper” who will get in touch with you upon receiving your booking, and you can ask ANY question that you have. It was my first time travelling to China and having such approachable staff really really helped calm my nerves. She also helped me by recommending activities, fantastic restaurants, day itineraries, and even helped with the purchase of attraction tickets. From my knowledge, they did not profit from the tickets. Having travelled to many countries, I must say that this is the first time I have experienced such a level of excellent service from an accommodation. The rooms are also superb. Clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the waters. Location is excellent as it is WALKING DISTANCE to the national park entrance. If you need any help at anywhere at any point of time, the staff is just 1 message away through WeChat, or you could go downstairs to the counter. But please be advised to take a DiDi taxi directly from the railway station/airport wherever you are coming from in order to maximize accessibility with your luggages. Just like other reviews said, the hotel is not the most accessible by walking if you are carrying heavy luggages. And come on... the taxi should be affordable enough even for just a 5min ride!! This small inconvenience can be easily overcome! Note for all. DiDi is not available in Furong and Fenghuang. Wonderful hotel! The most important thing for us was the location — it’s right next to the funicular, which was very convenient. I especially want to highlight the front desk staff: everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the young woman who helped us with breakfast for our child, called a taxi, walked us to the car, and even gave a toy to our child — it was incredibly kind and touching! Unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name, but I’d like to express my deep gratitude for her care and attention. Overall, the entire staff left a great impression. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need, except for bathrobes. Breakfasts were excellent — a wide variety of dishes to suit any taste, and finally, during this trip around China, we found real European cuisine! We had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very close to the zhangjiajie east gate. However, walking across the stream is not doable when the water level of the stream is high. Room is spacious and clean and the toilet bowl is well equipped with cleaning “gadgets”, good for travellers in need to clean body.. staff are young and need to be more communicable with foreigners but generally a good service throughout..thank you for the stay at a place which I think is absolutely wonderful

We had a very pleasant short stay at this hotel. The staff members were very responsive and helpful. Our room has a fancy shower, automated curtains, very comfortable bed,and a lounge chair. Bottled water was provided per your need. The front desk sent a robot to deliver extra bottled water to our room - that’s really cute! This hotel is in a great location for visiting Tianmen Mountain

Booked a family room for 3 pax for a night. The room was spacious and smart (installed with a smart assistant). The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. They even offered free supper to be delivered to your room. Laundry and dryer services were free to use, but the service staff went one up and helped us to put the washing load into the dryer when the cycle was completed. And the best part was that they folded the clothes neatly after the drying cycle was completed! This was really unexpected and one of the best services I have experienced so far. Breakfast variety was great too.

This is a new boutique hotel named Utopia Hotel. The hotel has already contacted us 4 days before our check in date to confirm and ask if we need a pick-up. They provide one time free transfer from the city (pick up/drop off) and free transfers to/from the national forest. All the staff, including the owner, were very helpful in purchasing parks tickets and suggesting the routes. They always try to ensure we get everything we need. The hotel has many foreigners, so no worries for communication. The room itself is really nice. Beds are firm. Besides the master bed, there is a tatami bed. The mountain view from the room is amazing! It is a smart room (as in many other hotels in China). The air condition is operated by the Baidu AI assistant. But since it's in Chinese, you can just ask the remote from the front office. They have 2 washer-dryer units, 2 washers, 1 dryer and 1 steam iron on the 6th floor. The detergent is also provided. The location is almost at the end of Baofeng Road and at the quieter side. It's about 15-20 minutes walk to Xibu Road. We can easily find food and convenience outside the hotel. There's a massage place right beside the hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and chose it for the fantastic location close to the cable car for the Tianmen mountain national park (only a 5-8min walk away). The amenities were fantastic and the room larger than what we expected. The hotel offers a hotel breakfast for a fee which we opted for and Im glad we did! It was a great way to experience local breakfast for foreigners like ourselves. The staff did not speak much english but we were able to communicate very well via wechat translate & message. Our room was also a bit warm due to the central heating, but reception was very accommodating and got a fan for our room which helped a lot. The hotel had also let us know there was construction which was fine but they even provided us with earplugs which we thought was very considerate. Overall, it was a fantastic stay at Zhangjiajie - would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay if you have an early trip at Changsha Railway Station. Hotel was easy to check in, no smoke/cigarette smell. The room was clean, beds were comfy, AC and heater were working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get too hot and stuffy without it). They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym and free self-service laundry and dryers (instructions and buttons were in Chinese) Although taxis/DiDi can't drop you off directly at the entrance as the hotel is located at the side of the train station and cars are not allowed there. If it's raining, ask them to drop you off a little further near another train station entrance and just walk straight through the rows of stores to reach the hotel.

Although hard to find initially, this hotel was adequate for my needs over two nights. The hotel is located conveniently near to a few subway lines and shopping malls, but that's about it. There's not much to do around the area, most tourist sites or worthwhile restaurants are about 3kms away or further and need a taxi ride/subway ride. The hotel itself feels pretty clean and modern, my friends rooms felt quite clean and modern but my room was old, dirty and weirdly designed. I think it was a family room previously and instead of doing any real renovations or decorations they just removed the extra bed. Some of the walls have childrens drawing on then in pencil, others are just filthy. The space of the room is massive but there is only one small table and chair. My friends who paid less or the same had two chairs or even a sofa. My room felt weird overall. Breakfast was standard, I'd recommend the noodles made to order over the premade buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall my stay was good, but I really really hope they do something about the room I stayed in....

Strategic location - only 2 mins away from the 黄兴步行街. Excellent service - I arrived earlier than the check-in time and they have managed in order for me to check in earlier. Great effort. Prompt response - They will ask you to add their WeChat. Anything you need could send a message through WeChat and a reasonably fast response. Cleanliness - Clean, they will clean your room everyday even though we were staying for 3 nights. Trash was also taken care of. Amenities were also refurbished. Wonderful Hospitality - they offered a check out souvenirs and ask if we need anything on our way to the railway station. Definitely worth your money.

I stayed here for 2 night in late Nov 2024. The staff were welcoming us with warm smile & guidance. Ms. Hau help us upgrade my booking to a highest floor that enable us enjoying a cozy room.Thank you so much. The room was clean & daily necessities refilled adequately. The showering was good & the best thing was self-laundry which worthy us giving additional Credit. The breakfast was fair; limited variety & the corn drink was my favor. Hotel staff coordinated a local travel agent for us & made our travel plan become much easier.But their pillows were the worst things that spoiled my refreshment. This hotel would be my choice of next trip.

Very good service in give National Forest guide direction For people who first time coming to Zhangjiajie like us, this hotel has very good service. They provide some staff that assist tourists to get a guide direction in Zhangjiajie National Forest route. This national forest park is very huge. The entrance ticket is available for 4 days visit. So you can imagine how big this area is. Therefore, if you do not have enough time, you need a brief information that helps us arrange the excellent routes so that we can get the point of view and enjoy it. That is the purpose of this staff, to help us, bravo! Thanks to Huan Huan, female staff, your instruction is awesome. The hotel room is spacious enough, but lacks of wardrobe. Breakfast is amazing with many varian cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. The kind thing is this hotel put drinking water (bottles) everywhere. It is very pleasant, so hotel guests do not worry about drinking anymore. One more satisfying thing is the drain shower. The water pressure is strong but soft. Getting our body washed with a treatment like this after a tiring journey is very enjoyable.

Went during shoulder season and stayed for 3 nights. Neodalle/Crowne Plaza has beautiful rooms -- lots of space and a great big bathtub to soak in and rest your legs after your walk. (with a view of the mountains). Room was new, clean, and really well-designed. Breakfast was plentiful and the spicy dishes varied every day. Location was convenient -- when the park was closed, we'd stop by Wulingyuan for dinner and walk home, avoiding the traffic mess from all the tour buses. The hotel also has a convenience store to buy water, drinks, and small snacks. We didn't meet any staff that spoke English to us, but that could be because we know a little Chinese so they didn't try.

It was a nice stay here! Very close (walking distance) to the cable way up to the Tianmen mountain. And the river in front of the hotel. The room was big. No noise during sleep. Breakfast was nice, not busy and on high floor with view. Service was good with some small fruits and deserts with kind messages. Good hotel for visiting the mountain.

Location is great for traveller who would like to visit national park for few days. About 1km away from park’s east gate. Highlight of the trip is concierge George who is knowledgeable and provide great recommendations of routes to this huge park.

This is absolutely a great hotel! The service is impeccable. The rooms are huge and clean, also views are great. Lily and other staff members was so great at helping me settle in and so kind to order me take out when I had a tiring day exploring. This hotel is fabulous and in great location to the east gate of national park. For Breakfast there is a massive choice selection which is great. Thank you so much Lily for making my stay memorable. This was a 5 star experience, it was amazing, the service was very personalized. They had someone in charge of our stay in the hotel so anything you needed you could just text the person and they will do their best to make your experience excellent. Our person in charge was 小张 and he made our stay feel so good. 100% recommend this stay, so relax. The only thing is that it’s far away from the city. So if you want city experience then don’t stay here because it is 40 min from the city. This is up in the mountain. In summary, the views here are sooooooo damn pretty and I love it.

This was the single BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE my partner and I have ever had. I can't begin to cover all the reasons why, but I'll share the highlights below: Staff: Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay and readiness for the next leg of our trip in China. When we mentioned that we had been traveling for a week, they offered to launder our clothes at no charge - we arrived around 9PM and our clothes were ready early in the morning. When we went out for the day, they mended my partner's suitcase simply because they noticed a rip - we did not even have to ask! The thoughtfulness of the staff had no limits. Food: You can select what you'd like for breakfast the day before and at what time you'd like to eat. The dining room is exquisite, and the food was phenomenal. We particularly loved the spicy beef brisket noodles! Architecture / Decor: Every detail of the hotel, from the staircase to the greenery and angles of the hallways, to the art and patio, felt both homey and modern. We loved the art installations - paintings, sculptures, and more - around the building. Beautiful hotel. Room: We loved our room! It's equipped with smart technology, and the hair dryer is the equivalent to the Dyson one. Our patio was full of greenery. The bed, pillows, and comforter were sooo comfortable - we really didn't want to leave in the morning 😅 but alas, we were here to see Tianmen National Park. Also - the toiletries were lovely, we especially loved the scent of the body wash and shampoo. Grateful to have stayed here and hope to be back one day!

Booked this room for my family. The room is super spacious and elegant. Really love their wall printings and design. It might look less modern than other hotel but its cleanliness is still great and nice. Recommended.

Hotel itself was warm, comfortable and very pleasant. Room was well stocked with essentials. Hotel staff called Trip after I left accusing me of stealing a wooden spoon from the room, which put a real downer on everything. Apart from that, the experience was largely positive. Would probably stay there again.

Free pick up service very useful for my mum who has difficulty in walking. Check in is a breeze. Breakfast is the awesome with a mix of local and western fare. The housekeeping made an extra step to wash a pair of my socks.

It’s conveniently located next to Huangxing Street, only 5-10min walk away. The location is also central to almost all of the famous streets. Very good 5star hotel , rooms are big.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.

This time, the experience of staying at Beichen Guohui Hotel was very good. Xiao Zhou at the front desk upgraded us to a high-floor river view room. The night view was superb and we could see the Xiangjiang River light show. Here, I would like to thank Manager Li. When we checked in, Changsha was about 30 degrees. At first, the room could only be heated. After hearing our needs, the hotel manager, Manager Li, immediately went to coordinate and gave several solutions. He also adjusted the air conditioning problem and took the initiative to go to the room to help us test the air conditioning in person. The service attitude was very good and really helped us solve the problem. It is really the hotel with the best service and facilities I have stayed in recently~ In terms of facilities and geographical location, the hotel is in a good location, not far from anywhere, and it is not as noisy and congested as May Day Square. The hotel has only been open for a few years and the facilities are very new. If I have the opportunity to come to Changsha next time, I will choose this hotel again.

This is great experience at this hotel, we had 2 separate bookings this time first 3 nights, second was 4nights. The room is lovely and cozy, I requested higher floor smoking room and they tried their best to arranged it. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Especially 九月 ( WeChat name)as butler, she helps me a lots. My husband and myself are both very happy to come back again and again. The housekeeping team is also so nice and polite. The wine and snack set is bonus for our room, we tried couple times, also very good. The location is so convenient, the tube is just outside 2 mins by walk, there is line 1 and line 4 both. All in all, we love our choice.

Location: Walking about 10min from train station, good part is walking to most shopping street surrounding. Fashion art design hotel, modern in room design but a bit funny having bar-top washing / brush teeth in front of bed. Excellent staff service overall. Breakfast is rich. Terrrible part is the room Air-conditioner is bad & weak + noisy which temperature is not cold as i am scare of hot person, they set the room AC to only 22-23 Deg which make the room so stuffy warm to me. As a 5*hotel they shouldn't set the room temperature which you not able to lower the room cold. Good part is after complain they bring in standing fan for me, as night time sleeping you wouldn't blow fan toward you still feel the room stuffy warm which i stay 2 night not in good sleep. For those scare hot, do think about it. How fantasy design still cannot compare to comfort feeling stay.

AMAZING!!! Check in on the 93rd floor with beautiful decor from the top to the entrance, when you first arrive on level four by car or you can enter through the beautiful IFS mall just to the left of Chagee Tea. At certain times there is someone playing a violin at the check in counters. The service is incredible and the staff are lovely. Richard and Swilly attended to my many inquiries and issues with my booking via an app and they made it easy and comfortable. Room was incredible, the whole place was magic. Sometimes in life you have a memorable stay somewhere and almost wish it was your apartment, this was one of those. I will be back here every time now I know how incredible it is.

I had the best experience here. Service is excellent. They really go the extra mile for guests. Besides breakfast, the hotel provides tea break and supper. They also have a free photo shoot at the hotel. They even provided free laundry service. Their concierge will collect the laundry from you and delivered back within 4 to 6 hrs. You do not need to go to the laundry room and monitor your wash and queue for dryer. All are done by the concierge for FREE. At most hotel, you would have to pay for this laundry service by per piece price. As we are on an early morning flight at 639am, the hotel took the effort to pack breakfast for us as the restaurant is not open yet. Room is big and comfortable too. Hotel is very trendy and everything is nice and clean. Even the scent of the hotel is nice. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Changsha. I myself will stay here again if I go back to Changsha for sure.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

Very nice and cosy environment. The stay was indeed a wonderful experience, with the friendly hotel staff and their great services they provided such as the train station transfer service. Not forgetting a little souvenir when you check out the hotel. Will definitely come back to this hotel again. Thank you.

The hotel is very good with a nice big clean room. It provides shuttle bus service every hour between 7:30 am to 14:30 pm from hotel to train station. But no pick up service. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The problem is its location. Me and my friend arrived at train station after 6pm. There is no taxi waiting for you. We waited for 30 minutes and finally shared the taxi with another 2 people. After checking in , we had problem to find a taxi to go to the center of ancient town. Although the staff helped us to call the taxi , it took about 45 minutes for the taxi to arrive. If you can have enough time or you have car, I recommend you to stay here. Otherwise, I suggest you to stay in the center of town.

The room is large and comfortable, with a terrace outside where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Tuojiang River. The hotel is located by the Tuojiang River and has a very beautiful view. The hotel housekeeper, Zhang Amei, was very kind and considerate, and provided excellent service. Since we were traveling with the elderly, she helped us arrange a good travel experience. We strolled along the Tuojiang River at night, then watched the Phoenix Show, and visited the Miao Village the next day. The itinerary was very rich and exciting, and we were reluctant to leave. Next time we come, we will definitely stay in this hotel again😄😄

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, however we have trouble with the room aircondition. It turned off by itself after 3 - 5 minutes. The staff moved us to another room after one sleepless night. The marking on the light switches are terrible. How do we know that “Receiving” means turn on the light. The location is excellent, just 400 m. outside the Ancient City. This is excellent as other hotels which are in the Ancient City, you have to hand carry the luggages through the stone roads.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the ancient town . They have concierge to pick us up from the drop off point . It is a short distance of walk to reach the hotel . The view from the room is perfect and we even got upgraded with a balcony room . We are also offered a complimentary pick up and drop off from train station . The only downside about this hotel is overall the facility is slightly old but pretty well kept . If you want an early rest just take note the music level is really loud from outside and no much sound proof . Music will stop right at 1130pm.

Excellent services. The location is next to the highway. A 1.8 km walk to the scenic spot but it’s worth. You can explore nearby local cuisine and various other local artifacts in the town. I booked my room on the 13th floor to get the best view of the scenic spot and was worth it. The management arrangement pickup and drop off services at the railway station which makes things easier. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Buying five-star quality at the price of three stars is the finishing touch of this Phoenix trip. As a travel enthusiast who has been checking in at top luxury hotels all over the country for many years, the software recommended this hotel first. At first, I didn't have high expectations for hotels in small counties, until the moment I entered the lobby, every glance was so exquisite. There are elegant lounge areas, smart food delivery robots that are in line with modern times, and panoramic paintings of the ancient city from the hands of great painters... Behind the exquisite design is the careful consideration of the hotel owner. During this period, I was fortunate to have a brief exchange with the founder of the hotel, and learned about the stories behind the construction, operation and management of this hotel. I deeply felt that the boss was bold and straightforward, and he was striving for excellence in doing things. I heard from the boss that the stability of heating and water supply in this hotel is the best in the entire ancient city. It is not easy for the ancient city hotel to be a five-star hotel. The two-night stay experience was great, and I will recommend it to my friends next time.

This time, the accommodation experience at Xiangxi Crown International Hotel was great! The hotel has an excellent location, convenient travel, and complete supporting facilities around it. First of all, let’s talk about the environment. It gives people a very relaxing feeling. It’s like being in a wild forest villa in your hometown, which is really a pleasant surprise. I usually travel a lot, but it really feels like I have discovered a treasure, and it’s definitely not a trick! In addition, you can find a lot of attention to detail. For example, in the hotel you don’t need to touch the suitcases at all. The butler was very considerate to carry our luggage downstairs. The butler also arranged a driver to take us to the high-speed rail station. If the hotels in Fenghuang Ancient Town are very expensive, then this place is the most expensive, haha. I can't even find a single fault with it at this point.
