"The hotel outside look a bit old but inside the room look very nice the room is big have alot Lots of space. The problem is when I arrive to the hotel around 13.00 the staff in morning shift very unpolite. We when there to put our bag and will go out for sightseeing but the words that she said to me very unpolite way. We know check in time is 15.00 we just want to keep our bag. She said it not check in this yet and she say you want to put your bag here? and I answer her yes that why am here she very unfriendly. She even not check my book. We are going out for sightseeing and come back around 16.30 the receptionist in the afternoon the lady who checking in me very friendly and helpful. After check in the room was nice but in the hotel the provider only 1 bottle of water. I call to receptionist the man pick up my phone I was asking more bottle of water he said hotel set only 1 bottle if you need more you have to pay i was shocked with his answer because in pullman Köln the have complimentary 2 bottles of water but this hotel give only 1 and this hotel no slippers in the room also if compare with pullman Köln I prefer pullman Köln is better. "The hotel is located right at the center of Bonn, next to the state house. It is beautiful from the outside. The junior suite was very comfortable and clean. comfortable bed and pillows.
Since the building is old, the corridor and the room door is quiet old feeling. The floor of my room was slightly vibrating time to time.
Nevertheless I asked for a breakfast to go because I had to leave early and they nicely prepared it for me.
Overall very good stay."

"We were a bit skeptical about the location on Viehofer Platz. However, the welcome was very friendly, the rooms were renovated and clean, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The overall service was excellent. The value for money was very good. What we would recommend is paying attention to the cleanliness in the stairwell. The steps to the 4th floor were arduous without an elevator, but that's just how it is. The rooms don't have air conditioning, which would be challenging in the summer."

"Facilities: The room facilities are relatively new and include an electric kettle.
Hygiene: The hygiene is good.
Environment: The overall environment is excellent. It's less than an 8-minute walk from the station. From my high-floor room, I could see the top of the church. It's also a very short walk to the church, about 5-10 minutes.
Service: The overall service is good, and the staff are very patient. There are a few steps from the lobby to the elevators, but there's a small lift available to help with luggage, which is a very thoughtful touch."

"We were received by the operator personally. Very friendly and premature, always smile to me. It's not better.
The room was relatively large for a budget hotel and everything was clean. Only the water pressure during the shower was a little small (is known to the operator).
The hotel is located in the city centre (2-3 walking minutes). Parking (deep garage) is available at a price.
The breakfast room was attractive and generous. Cappucino at breakfast was the best on our tour through Belgium and the Netherlands. At breakfast I missed only one whole grain shell, otherwise everything was there.
After the Chio was just finished, we received a super price. Definitv a recommendation."

Hotel near Cologne City Center,Cologne
This hotel proves that it is possible for a central location to be peaceful. Right in the city center of Cologne, the Pullman Cologne hotel is conveniently close to all of the attractions that make this city so famous, whether it is the cathedral, the River Rhine or the old town. When inside the hotel itself, you will feel the city energy transform into an atmosphere of relaxation. With its spaciousness and its elegant flair, the hotel creates a stylish space for creativity and exciting encounters.
"We had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, approx 10 minutes walk to the old town / river etc. There are also lots of options nearby for morning coffee, pastries, drinks etc. The room was excellent. The hotel is spotless, room was very comfortable, good air con, and a lovely touch with nespresso coffee machine in each room along with a small minibar that is included as part of your stay and re-stocked. A really nice touch - thank you. All in all cannot fault and would highly recommend."

Offering great views of the Cologne Cathedral and gourmet cuisine, this stylish business hotel is located in central Cologne directly beside the River Rhine. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property.
Featuring a striking façade, the Hyatt Regency Köln has spacious, classical-style rooms and suites with a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee facilities, and a non-complimentary minibar. All include an elegant marble bathroom.
The Puls Hyatt Fitness Club includes a 24h gym, as well as an indoor swimming pool, a steam bath and a sauna. Massages are non-complimentary and available upon request.
International specialties are served in the Hyatt's Glashaus restaurant, located in the glass atrium. Its windows provide wonderful views of the Old Town, the cathedral and River Rhine. Fine cocktails and whiskeys are available in the Legends bar with summer terrace. In addition, directly on the adjacent Rhine promenade, you will find the associated restaurants Sticky Fingers, which impresses with street food delicacies, and Grissini, which invites you to enjoy authentic Italian food.
Deutzer Freiheit Underground Station is just a 4-minute walk from the Hyatt Regency Köln. This is 1 stop from the Kölnmesse Exhibition Centre and 2 stops from the Lanxess Arena. Alternatively, both destinations as well as the cathedral are also within a 10-minute walk.
"Stayed as a couple at Club King Double room for 5 nights during the Amphi Festival.
Pros:
- Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything while not within the Old Town which is way too touristy. Five-minute walk from the train that takes you straight to the airport.
- Room 99% soundproof, very private and peaceful (stayed at the Club floor, 6/6).
- Amazing bed.
- Full-size working desk in the room.
- Daytime service very professional, helpful, and friendly.
- The Club Floor lounge has it's own very good breakfast buffet (included with the Club rooms at no extra cost - apart from the higher cost of the Club room itself - so you might skip paying extra for the regular breakfast at the restaurant). Also daytime tea with cake and an evening snack are served as well. The snack could become your legitimate dinner if you need it, as there are hot options and appetizers. Amazing view of the cathedral from the Lounge.
- The food was amazing.
Cons:
- The night shift staff is not at the same level as the day shift, so try to resolve your matters during the day.
- Some visible wear and tear in the room (not important to me, but might bother some who expect everything to be 100% at this price point).
Overall:
- Highly recommend, would stay again."

GGuest UserThis hotel is really good. Maybe it's because the hotels I stayed at in Paris were too small, but arriving in Germany, this hotel was spacious and very clean. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. The breakfast was also decent, and the staff always gave me bottled mineral water. The owner seems to be Chinese and was very friendly. It was a really great experience, and I'd recommend it to my friends.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious, and they had already made up the beds and laid out the bath towels and regular towels for our triple room. The breakfast selection was also very rich, with boiled eggs, fried eggs, bread, milk, and smoked salmon. The staff were exceptionally polite and cleared plates very promptly. The only downside was that the showerhead in the bathroom couldn't be raised as the holder was broken. The most significant drawback was that the hotel is right next to a railway line, and the noise from the subway and cars hitting speed bumps on the highway was incredibly loud. A subway train passed every two to three minutes, starting before 6 AM, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep and negatively impacted our enjoyment of the rest of our trip.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with this hotel.
Cleanliness: Spotless, both the room and the lobby.
Service: Very warm and helpful. Our car was a bit too tall for the parking garage, and the staff helped us resolve the issue.
Environment: Very close to the city center, only about a 10-minute walk to the cathedral.

CCristo artetaI stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf for 3 days and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the location was convenient for exploring Düsseldorf and using public transportation. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again on a future visit.

FFabi07We were a group of three visiting Düsseldorf and Cologne for Carnival, staying in Duisburg as our base. The location was excellent for onward travel using public transport. The extra bed was surprisingly comfortable, and overall the beds were very good. The hotel itself is a bit dated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine.

GGürkan ÖzenWe stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.
On the first day, the air conditioner in our room was not working. We reported the issue to the reception in the evening, but were told that there were no available rooms. What was more concerning than the problem itself was the indifferent attitude of the reception staff. They showed no empathy, did not apologize, and simply stated that housekeeping had not reported the issue, asking us what they could do.
To ensure the issue would be addressed, I personally reminded them again and provided our room number. I’m glad I did, because it later became clear that no record of our complaint had been made.
That evening, assuming the issue had been resolved, we returned to our room only to find that the air conditioner was still not working. When we reported it again, we received the same standard response: “There are no available rooms.” It felt repetitive and unhelpful, as if no real effort was being made to resolve the situation.
Since it was already late and our last night, we had little choice. Fortunately, a staff member named Fadi from the bar came to assist us. He checked the electrical panel, reset the fuses, and managed to get the air conditioner working. I would like to sincerely thank him for his initiative and helpfulness. Unlike the reception staff, he also proactively suggested a room change if needed.
Additionally, as we were leaving the hotel, we met Ms. Derya from the reception. We explained the situation to her, and she kindly apologized for what had happened. I would like to thank her as well for her understanding and professional attitude.
In summary, this hotel leaves guests to handle issues on their own unless they happen to encounter a helpful staff member. The experience feels inconsistent and unreliable, which is not what one expects from a hotel stay.
