Stayed for one night. Location is convenient, close to town and food places. Room is very basic and a bit old. Cleanliness can be improved, especially the bathroom. Air-conditioner was noisy and facilities are limited. Staff was okay. Suitable only for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep.

The hotel is located on the main Perhentian island, right on the edge of a lagoon with crystal-clear turquoise waters. Nearby, there's a picturesque coral reef and a pristine white sand beach adorned with palm trees, reminiscent of exotic 'Bounty' advertisements. Guests are offered secluded bungalows with terraces, most of which boast panoramic sea views. The hotel grounds feature a well-maintained swimming pool and a tennis court. Despite their simplicity, the rooms are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfasts cater to a wide range of tastes and national preferences, offering fresh and delicious dishes. The hotel is also home to a variety of wildlife: you can spot squirrels, monitor lizards, newts, frogs, and bats. But the real treat was observing a family of spectacled langurs, who seemed to be enjoying their vacation in this natural haven too! The very next day after arriving, I went on a snorkeling tour, which allowed me to see the island from different angles, including other hotels and beaches inaccessible from the shore. Subsequent walks around the island, exploring its jungle, checking out other accommodations, and even visiting a neighboring islet, firmly convinced me that choosing Perhentian Island Resort was the right decision. The beach, the prevailing peace and quiet, and the comfortable atmosphere—it's pure bliss! I will definitely be back!

I stayed at Grand Continental Hotel Kuala Terengganu and overall the experience was acceptable. However, the parking facilities are very limited, which caused some inconvenience during my stay. The Hotel design very old need renovation The management should consider providing alternative parking options for guests. It would also be helpful to have a designated parking area at the back of the hotel. Additionally, implementing a policy of allowing only one car per room could help manage the limited parking space more effectively.

Stayed at DJ City Plaza for a short business trip. The location is convenient, close to food options and main city areas. Room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for work with stable Wi-Fi. Service was friendly and check-in smooth. Overall, a practical and affordable stay for business travelers needing good accessibility and comfort.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall it was worth for the price. The room was a little bit small for two people but clean and comfortable enough. Sometimes we heard some noise from the outside and upstairs, which is only one thing we suffered from. The staff there were very friendly and the service was nice. We could keep our luggage at the hotel after checkout. Bottled water was not served but there was a water dispenser so you won’t have to worry about it. The hotel is located near the Chinatown so you will be able to find some good restaurants there.

Clean room but toilet cleanliness could be improved. Nice location with sea view for a calming atmosphere. Breakfasts are below average, not many choices available. Facilities such as kid’s swimming pool is under maintenance, the ground floor of gymnasium is also under maintenance but have full equipment at the upper floor.

The hotel is very close to Kuala Terengganu Airport, about a fifteen-minute walk. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Great place to stay in the Kuala Terengganu city center. We stayed 2 nights on business travel and this hotel provided everything we needed! And i'm extra happy with the Iron and Iron board they provided!
