"First of all, I booked this hotel because all the other hotels in the centre of Khiva look so outdated. You guys can see their toilet. Location wise a bit far. Need Yandex to go to city centre. But it is ok. Not bad. The bad part - NO AC IN THE ROOM. They have like a cooler but it didn’t help that much. Another bad part, the water pressure were not consistent. And a bit horror because no body else stay in this hotel during my stay. And the turn off some of the lights in the hotel, maybe to save electricity bill. The receptionists all were very helpful."

"The hotel environment is very good, suitable for taking pictures and punching in. The room facilities are complete, the service is very good, the front desk staff is very patient, the service is thoughtful, help us to make an appointment for the chartered car to Buhara at a satisfactory price, the whole process of patient and careful communication and coordination, is a very satisfying living experience."

"A wonderful hotel right in the heart of the old town. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, as we had expected cramped quarters given the nature of guesthouses within the fortress. The rooms were very clean, with new furniture and good plumbing. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. However, the coffee machine wasn't working. We had read reviews previously that coffee would be chargeable, so we even had money ready for it 😂. Though, honestly, it's a really poor decision to charge for the main breakfast beverage. It seems they decided to 'solve' the problem radically 😅. Nevertheless, I give this hotel a solid five stars. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is located within Ichon Qala, the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Khiva. The cleanliness, location, service, facilities, and amenities were all wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind. It was the best quality hotel I stayed at in Uzbekistan, and I would love to visit again! What I liked: • The room was super clean • Excellent location • Delicious breakfast • Enjoyable conversations with the staff • They helped exchange USD to local currency What I found a bit disappointing: • Honestly, nothing at all (seriously!)"

"This is a good hotel located on the territory of the Khan's dacha. The service and breakfast are both excellent, and there's a shuttle service to and from Itchan Kala. There's a swimming pool, and special extra towels for it are provided at the reception. It's truly oriental beauty! Next to it, the Khan's palace from the early 20th century is being restored, and there's a garden nearby. The only downsides were the lack of housekeeping (I didn't hang the 'make up room' sign) and the noise (from the restaurant and the pool – my room was on the first floor facing the pool, so I didn't get enough sleep either night). Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about. The single room was small but well-equipped for a comfortable overnight stay for a traveler: toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo, slippers, hairdryer, kettle, black and green tea. I booked it on Trip.com four months before my trip at a very attractive price."

"We stayed in a premium room for 2 nights. The hotel is mostly well reconstructed, and the staff was helpful. It is only a 5-minute walk to the main entrance of old Itchan Kala. The room was okay; a large bed, enough tables for a short stay, a modern toilet, and a good shower with strong water pressure (our room was on the entrance level). The internet connection was also fine. I believe it is related to the city’s old infrastructure, but there was always a bad smell coming from the drain, especially after taking a shower. We had to open the room door and window to air out the room. The breakfast was the weak point. It was the worst breakfast we had in Uzbekistan. We went at 7:30, and the sliced fruits (banana and apple) were no longer fresh and had already turned black. The boiled eggs were cold. They also tried to serve European-style pastries, but I had the worst croissant I have ever tasted. Uzbekistan actually has very good bakeries and pastries. Instead of trying foreign products, they should focus on their local delicacies, which they can prepare much more successfully and tastefully. There were also not enough vegetables and no greens at all. They only served cucumbers, which is disappointing considering Uzbekistan has excellent vegetables and fresh herbs. During check-in, they offered cold tea/juice and nuts. The tea was tasty and refreshing, but the nuts were stale. They really need to improve the food section significantly. For our last day, since we had to leave early, they offered us a boxed breakfast during check-in and took note of it. However, at check-out, nothing was prepared. The receptionist had no idea about it, and we did not have time to wait."

"The hotel is located in the center of Ichankara, so you can always go back to your room and take a break during sightseeing. Also, the building was renovated and made by Medrese, so the exterior and interior are very fashionable and nice. It is run by family and the level of service is not good, but it is very kind and at home. I want to use it again next time I come to Hiva."

"Not very easy to find, there is a lot of Asian hotels next to it, the driver will think it is there. The hotel room just tasted very big and it was cold and could not open the window. It was a little regrettable but the hotel location was really good."

"The location is excellent, and the hotel staff were very kind. The food was carefully prepared, like a typical home-cooked meal. We also requested a pick-up from Urgench Airport, which was a lifesaver since we arrived at night. It cost 20 dollars."
