The hygiene is average, the environment is average, the food is expensive and not tasty, and most of the reviews are true. The service staff really doesn't provide any service. The hotel environment is good, the facilities are a bit old but not bad, but the service is too bad, maybe they have always been like this.
There are free shuttle buses between several hotels, but it's best to ask for directions.
The price does not include breakfast, no bottled water, no slippers, and no other room service items except room cleaning.
The hotel also misremembered the bill and charged randomly. Fortunately, it was negotiated through Ctrip. Although the hotel was very procrastinating, the matter was resolved. Thank you Ctrip.
Unless there are special circumstances in this Atlantis hotel in the Bahamas, the price/performance ratio and service are very poor, so it is not worth going.
