"The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It offers great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Diegem train station. You can easily get there from the airport by taking the IC train during the day, or the N62 bus if you arrive late at night, which is super convenient."

"I spent 4 nights, the location of the hotel was great 2min walk from the train station and 17min to the tourist area. The room was spacious and clean. No slippers or shower cap , hand gel and shampoo were almost empty, no refill of paper towel. the water was provided only for the first day The hotel accepts only payment with card"

The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience."

"Nawelle gave us a lovely welcome; the hotel was clean and easy to get to. The little tables at the entrance immediately put you in a holiday mood! The rooms were air-conditioned and well-equipped with tea, coffee, a hairdryer, shower gel, etc. The hotel met my expectations. I recommend it."

"Considering room size bedding and facilities seems be too costly ,unfortunately my room was a connecting room sound from adjoining room was too much ,taxi to and from airport is bit costly 25 to 35 euros inspite distance is short about 6-7 km i reached 22:30 to hotel no one was in reception desk for about 10 minutes"

"Deceptive basic room. Lavabo cleaned but with traces of pelvis and a small piece of spoon. No soap at the lavabo. Vacuum bottle left on ground next to bed by the previous occupants. Insufficient chocolate at breakfast for 2 (only a small cup and half for 2)."
