"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and a great choice for exploring the beautiful Zhangjiajie area. A special thank you to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our week-long stay. She helped us plan our activities, secured discounted rates for our itinerary, and gave us excellent advice on which days were best to visit the different mountain attractions. She also guided us on how to get there and the best way to arrange our transportation, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. Lily was friendly, patient, and always willing to help whenever we had questions. Her assistance really made our trip more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her excellent customer service. Upon checkout, they gifted us with Chinese tea and snacks, so thoughtful of them and it will forever hold good memories to stay at their hotel.  We would definitely recommend Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. "1️⃣ **Room:** First, the room on a high floor offered a fantastic panoramic view, especially stunning at night. Enjoying a glass of red wine or sparkling water while watching the bustling city below felt incredibly peaceful. Second, the room layout was excellent, with a separate bathroom and toilet, both with their own doors, and no unpleasant odors. Third, the bed was very soft, and the duvet was plush, breathable, and not stuffy. Fourth, despite having a large carpet, it was immaculately maintained and clean. Fifth, the soundproofing was effective, and outside noise didn't disturb my sleep 💤. 2️⃣ **Service:** Every staff member I encountered was friendly,主动 greeting guests with a smile. They were also enthusiastic and soft-spoken when answering questions, which was very pleasant. What left the deepest impression were the ladies at the front desk. Whether checking in or checking out, they were patient and professional, even offering well wishes for a pleasant stay. I'd definitely choose to return, haha. The most heartwarming was the young lady from ”IFC” (International Finance Centre). Her attentiveness and kind service attitude, as well as her foresight in considering my needs, significantly enhanced my positive impression of this stay. She deserves high praise 👍. 3️⃣ **Environment:** The hotel smelled lovely from the moment you entered, and the glass was sparkling clean, showing their attention to detail. 4️⃣ **Location:** Getting to all the famous attractions was incredibly convenient. Truly convenient. 5️⃣ **Food:** The vegetables and fruits were fresh, and there was a wide variety for breakfast. The desserts, in particular, were delicious 😋. My family and I stayed in two rooms this time, and we were all very happy and satisfied. We'd also like to thank all the staff who helped and served us. "The hotel's overall design is both spectacular and thoughtfully decorated, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The rooms have ceiling heights exceeding 3 meters and are incredibly spacious. The bathroom, shower, bathtub, and sink are all independently separated, and the facilities are modern. The hotel staff are very patient, professional, and attentive to guests. A special thanks to Mandy Liu for patiently coordinating the venue, allowing us to celebrate a travel companion's birthday in a foreign country! This experience left a deep impression not just of the hotel, but of China as well! We've decided to change our travel plans this year to visit China again! For this trip to Zhangjiajie, we spent the first two nights enjoying a slow pace on the west side, then moved to the Guanzhi S B&B near the East Gate for the next two nights. This B&B positions itself as a boutique hotel, not just a regular guesthouse. From the moment you step in, you know it's something special – an artist's entrance, with an artistic atmosphere permeating every corner. The details are meticulously crafted. Many guests here are international tourists and discerning travelers who appreciate quality. It's no exaggeration to say this is the most thoughtful and attentive service I've ever experienced. 📍Location: 50 meters from the East Gate, 7-seater shuttle service provided The B&B is about 50 meters from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making park access incredibly convenient. However, because it's so close to the scenic area, it's located in a restricted zone. ⚠️ You MUST use Didi (ride-hailing app) to get directly to the B&B's doorstep. Plus, the hotel offers a 7-seater shuttle service, so transportation is a breeze for families. It's also easy to find restaurants after leaving the park, as the area around the East Gate is full of eateries. 🛏️Bathtub King Room: Refined Down to the Details We stayed in a bathtub king room. The room isn't huge but is exquisite in every detail. The bedding is comfortable, and a relaxing soak in the tub at night washes away all the day's fatigue. If you need anything, just scan the QR code by the bed, and it'll be delivered in minutes – a godsend for busy parents! 👶Parents with Kids Rejoice! All These are Free! Forgot kids' toothbrushes, slippers, or shower gel? The B&B has it all; just ask the front desk, and they'll bring it to your room. There's also a 5 sqm kids' play area with a slide, building blocks, and a small rocking horse. "The hotel is well located. Right next to the walking street and the old town compound. IFS mall is directly below for shopping. Excellent views from the tallest building in Changsha. The staff were very accommodating; they gave us early check in and late check out, for no extra cost, to ensure we had the best experience for our one night trip. Their recommendations were great too. They recommended food and a spa, both had excellent service and treated us well. I recommend Niccolo for your stay in Changsha!"

"This Huatian Hotel boasts an excellent location. The view facing the river, especially at night, is beautiful. It's very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, just a few minutes' walk away, making getting around extremely convenient. The room itself is generally spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and decent soundproofing. Aside from being a bit dated, the hardware facilities are overall good. The staff were responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The only downside was the breakfast experience, which was just average. There was a limited selection of dishes, and they weren't very appealing, with not much variety. Table clearing after meals was also not very prompt. Putting the breakfast aside, the overall stay was satisfactory, primarily due to its convenient location. It's a good choice for travelers mainly focused on visiting scenic spots, especially if you don't have high expectations for breakfast."

"I arranged for my daughter to travel with her dad, and we were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie! The lobby's facilities and amenities are very grand, with complimentary unlimited ice cream and drinks, plus popcorn. A little further in, there are also local cultural and creative products. The staff were all wonderful. On the second floor, there's a laundry room and a gym. The room's cleanliness was also super impressive! The breakfast in the restaurant offered a wide and comprehensive variety, with both Chinese and Western options – absolutely loved it! The surrounding restaurants are also very unique. The front desk recommended nearby scenic spots and shows, which I also really enjoyed. I was so satisfied with the hotel's exterior, facilities, cleanliness, and service. I hope more people come to the Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It's truly amazing, highly recommended!"
