"Huge thanks to Grace for the warm welcome and for upgrading our room! The 270-degree view from the room was absolutely breathtaking – perfect for enjoying sunny days, stunning sunsets, and the beautiful 'blue hour'. The complimentary first-round mini-bar was so well-stocked, even I, who drinks a lot of water, couldn't finish it all. The large bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast at the ocean-view restaurant was also a treat, with both the food and the scenery being delightful. All the staff were very friendly and proactive. The bathrobes were also very comfortable. Overall, it was a truly worthwhile stay; you don't even need to leave the hotel to enjoy beautiful scenery. Some suggestions: 1. Room cleaning was a bit slow, making us wait quite a while before check-in (Grace did offer some comfort, which we appreciated). 2. The shower water temperature couldn't be adjusted very high. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't turn it hard enough or if the hotel set a maximum temperature to prevent scalding. However, as someone who gets cold easily, I'd prefer slightly hotter water. All in all, I highly recommend staying here!"

She was warm, patient, and paid great attention to every detail. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, making our overall experience very pleasant. "This hotel far exceeded my expectations for my trip. The hotel's decor is stylish and modern, yet sophisticated, and the common areas are thoughtfully designed. The room is spacious enough, with soft lighting and comfortable bedding. It's also conveniently located near dining and entertainment options. The only downside was the extremely slow check-in process during the peak summer season."

"This is arguably the best hotel in Mount Tai. It's quiet and peaceful, and the room materials are top-notch. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and as a vegetarian, I was able to eat my fill and enjoy it. The front desk staff are beautiful and kind, and Little Bao (my child) loved the breakfast. The service attitude was excellent, and the check-in experience was fantastic. The bathroom has both air conditioning and an exhaust fan. There's also an indoor swimming pool with a sauna, which Little Bao noticed when going for a swim. The hotel has many facilities and fun activities, but we were too tired to try most of them."

"The executive benefits here are an absolute joke! I bought a hotel package voucher, and specifically called ahead before booking to ask if I could pay extra to upgrade to an executive floor and get a late checkout until 4 PM. I only booked after getting confirmation. I even switched to this InterContinental for the last day of my trip, partly because I had such a great experience at another InterContinental in a provincial capital, so I trusted the brand. However, when I went to the front desk today to confirm my checkout time before heading out, I said I wanted to check out at 3 PM, and they told me no, the latest was 2 PM. They even pulled out a little card to show me the phrase ”subject to availability.” They didn't mention any big events or a sudden surge in tourism these past two days; otherwise, how tight could room availability be on a Monday/Tuesday right after summer vacation? The executive lounge was also incredibly disappointing. With service like this, the hotel still has the audacity to chase after 5-star reviews after checkout. They took every penny they were due, but I never saw a butler, and my requests were directly rejected, with implications that my requests were unreasonable. It's like I'm just a fool who paid extra for a room on a higher floor. P.S. The 2 stars for service are for housekeeping; otherwise, I wouldn't even give one."

"I stayed for two nights, one in a sea view room and one in a city view room. After my stay, I can definitely say that the sea view room is worth the extra cost. We stayed in a twin sea view room on the 17th floor, which offered an expansive view and beautiful scenery. Opening the window to see the ocean instantly lifted my spirits. The room was very spacious, the facilities were brand new, and the bedding was quite comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious; the Roujiamo, egg tarts, Jianbing, and Japanese bibimbap were all exceptionally good. I also tried the executive lounge on the 30th floor, which had an amazing view overlooking the sea. For dinner, there was a wide variety of options including desserts, seafood, stir-fried dishes, cold dishes, and sushi. The desserts weren't overly sweet, the seafood was very fresh, and the overall taste of the dishes was good. The beverage selection was also extensive. The pool and gym on the 31st floor offer stunning sea views if you visit during the day, making for a superb experience. The hotel also offers daily family-friendly activities such as Hanfu experiences and movie screenings, ensuring guests won't get bored even if they don't go out. I also have to mention MGM's milk tea – it had just the right amount of sweetness and a rich tea flavor. Even as someone who doesn't usually enjoy milk tea, I thought it was excellent, living up to its reputation as a popular internet celebrity drink. If I had to pick any downsides, one is that delivery orders cannot be brought directly to the room, and the other is that the cleanliness of the sink could be improved. All in all, my two-night stay at MGM provided the most satisfying accommodation experience of my Qingdao trip."

"The hotel has a great location and plenty of parking spaces on the ground level, including slow chargers. There's a kids' play area, and breakfast is abundant. They offer local cultural experiences at various times throughout the day; I signed my child up for the 'huamo' (steamed bun art) activity, and they absolutely loved it."

"The hotel has a predominantly Chinese resort-style vibe, and I'd give top marks for its location, facilities, amenities, and service. Most importantly, the hotel's atmosphere is fantastic. The hotel is just a wall away from the Three Confucius Sites scenic area, but compared to the uninspired tick-the-box sightseeing, a staycation at QuFu JW Marriott completely blows it out of the water. Before coming, I checked some online reviews, and some mentioned the hotel's hardware was subpar. I actually think that's a bit unfair. Firstly, the room's layout is excellent, giving a very well-designed feel. The bathroom features Kohler fixtures, and for a hotel opened in 2019, it even has a Kohler automatic toilet. My only two minor criticisms are that the night light isn't very bright, and the water temperature fluctuates during showers. The hotel's soft furnishings are also very interesting, with many books of ancient Chinese poetry (Shijing) in seal script and bamboo carvings. The decor is very Qufu-esque, incorporating many local elements, which is truly wonderful. Regarding amenities, I tried the hotel's Chinese restaurant and the barbecue restaurant. Both offer great value for money, and the service quality is excellent, with the dishes receiving top marks. At the Chinese restaurant, I recommend the stir-fried shrimp with cabbage, and at the barbecue restaurant, the pork belly skewers. The Chinese restaurant's decor also has a very Confucian feel, and the barbecue restaurant even has a live singer, making the atmosphere truly superb. As for breakfast, guest services actually provided a complimentary one, but they stop serving at 10 AM, and I only woke up at 10:01 AM... This is probably my only minor regret, but it's not a big deal and gives me something to look forward to for my next visit! Here's a small suggestion: for a resort hotel, breakfast should ideally be served until at least 10:30 AM. In terms of guest services, both the concierge and the WeChat butler were excellent, with very prompt responses to requests. I'm very grateful for them making me feel right at home. The welcome fruit delivered in the evening was ginseng fruit, and although there wasn't a huge variety, it was unique and tasted particularly good. Finally, a huge thank you to: the manager of the Chinese restaurant (I actually gave a small suggestion regarding the food presentation, and because of their excellent service attitude, despite a minor issue, they even sent me a fruit platter – truly embodying Qufu hospitality's humble approach), Sun Na and Zhang Xue from housekeeping, and Xiao Yuan and Xiao Gao from guest relations. Thank you all for providing me with such a 'home away from home' experience."

Special thanks to staff member Qi Xiaoyu for their warm and helpful tourism services – five stars, keep up the great work! The staff were all very friendly. Our room had a minor issue with the shower door, and they immediately upgraded us to a family suite for free, which we greatly appreciated. Our child absolutely loved the upgraded room and insisted that if we ever visit Mount Tai again, we *must* stay here."
