"The executive benefits here are an absolute joke! I bought a hotel package voucher, and specifically called ahead before booking to ask if I could pay extra to upgrade to an executive floor and get a late checkout until 4 PM. I only booked after getting confirmation. I even switched to this InterContinental for the last day of my trip, partly because I had such a great experience at another InterContinental in a provincial capital, so I trusted the brand. However, when I went to the front desk today to confirm my checkout time before heading out, I said I wanted to check out at 3 PM, and they told me no, the latest was 2 PM. They even pulled out a little card to show me the phrase ”subject to availability.” They didn't mention any big events or a sudden surge in tourism these past two days; otherwise, how tight could room availability be on a Monday/Tuesday right after summer vacation? The executive lounge was also incredibly disappointing. With service like this, the hotel still has the audacity to chase after 5-star reviews after checkout. They took every penny they were due, but I never saw a butler, and my requests were directly rejected, with implications that my requests were unreasonable. It's like I'm just a fool who paid extra for a room on a higher floor. P.S. The 2 stars for service are for housekeeping; otherwise, I wouldn't even give one."

"Our stay at Qingdao Haitian Hotel was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus, especially for taking our child to play in the sand. What truly stood out was the service. Hotel Manager and Butler Golden were incredibly warm and thoughtful in their hospitality. They responded to our messages promptly and had such a humble attitude. Any requests we had were handled immediately, making us feel right at home. Fresh fruit was delivered to our room daily – the attention to detail was impeccable. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Qingdao next time. Highly recommended!"

"Staying at the Pullman Linyi Lusheng was a truly comfortable experience throughout my trip. The hotel's public areas are spacious and grand, meticulously clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. If I ever needed anything, the personal butler service was very prompt. The hotel's location is exceptional; in the evening, I could admire the beautiful night view of the Yi River right from my room. It's also within walking distance of Xin Langya, making it convenient for dining and sightseeing without any detours. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area."

The hotel's warm welcome gift was full of sincerity and created a wonderful ambiance; the exquisite and thoughtful turndown service was rich in detail, showcasing high-quality service and gently rejuvenating every traveler. Additionally, the room's mini-bar was amply stocked with a wide variety of items, ready for enjoyment at any time, demonstrating great attention to detail. This hotel's excellent environment and thoughtful service made my entire Qingdao trip even more perfect. My stay was comfortable, pleasant, and entirely problem-free, truly making me feel at home. The next time I visit Qingdao, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I sincerely recommend it to all friends traveling to Qingdao!"

"While visiting Qingdao, I decided to spend a day in Jinan and chose the Shangri-La. Before checking in, I called to confirm that my room was ready. The lobby is impressive, and the room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. The toiletries were excellent, and I particularly liked the eco-friendly bamboo toothbrushes and combs. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Quancheng Square, perfect for an evening stroll to watch the musical fountain. Baotu Spring is also within walking distance. There are plenty of malls nearby, and both takeout and dining options are easily accessible. The old city, however, is genuinely congested; it took almost 40 minutes to get to Jinan Station by taxi, and I barely made my train. The hotel also seems to offer intangible cultural heritage activities, but I didn't have time to participate. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a more leisurely trip to Jinan."

"The location is excellent, with a developed commercial area nearby and a high concentration of good food and entertainment. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find beaches, yachts, sea fishing, and go-karts. The balcony view is great, directly facing the Tidal Tower, which is beautiful both day and night. A short walk takes you to the Rizhao Science and Technology Museum, which is very interesting and impressive. The biggest drawback is the terrible food at the hotel. Breakfast is below average; if you want to make a sandwich, your only option is fried bacon, with no ham available. The dinner buffet was particularly bad. The roasted meat was tough from being heated for too long, and the oysters were completely dried out from steaming. The mini hot pot was also poor, with many of the shellfish being rotten. Eventually, the steam rising from the pot smelled so bad that we had to ask the waiter to remove it. The sashimi even included processed ingredients made from fish meat, fish roe, and crab roe (see picture 8). The only good things at the all-day dining restaurant were the various baked goods and Shandong pancakes. The price of the dinner buffet is very cheap, but I hope the hotel cherishes its reputation. I'd be willing to pay a higher price for good quality ingredients; please don't tarnish the Marriott brand. To be fair, this hotel's price, view, and surrounding amenities are all suitable, and I would choose it again next time, so I still gave it a good review. However, I will not dine at the hotel again, as the food is just too poor (except for the baked goods, which are truly delicious)."

"Stayed at the Sheraton Zibo with my two kids for one night, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The location is convenient, with MixC downstairs and Badaju within walking distance. This was a huge plus, as traveling with kids means you want to avoid any unnecessary hassle. The room was spacious enough for both children to move around comfortably, and it was clean. The bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were comfortable, so the whole family slept well. The front desk staff were very accommodating when they saw we had children during check-in, and they were quick to respond to our needs. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zibo."

"錯峯旅個遊，酒店新開沒多久本來怕有味道，不過一進房間還好，基本聞不到味道，酒店隔壁就是萬達出門買個東西逛個商場很方便，離海邊十幾分鍾吧，現在正好人少，服務整體來説很不錯，入住的時候前台還介紹了一下當地的美食和旅遊線路，一樓有個水世界和泳池，不想出門的人小孩大人都有地方玩，這點很好，房間衞生打掃的也挺乾淨的，窗外就可以看到大海，早餐種類也挺多，口味也還可以，整體感覺很好。"

It's within walking distance of the senior bathing area and very close to the sea. Service: This was exceptional, especially from Elly. As the Guest Relations Manager, she was incredibly thoughtful. She gave us a comprehensive introduction to everything in advance and met all our requests regarding the room. Many thanks to her! Facilities: Overall, they were excellent, especially the gym, both in terms of ambiance and equipment. Suggestion: I hope you'll consider allowing food delivery directly to rooms or implementing robot delivery. Many five-star hotels offer this nowadays, and asking guests to pick up their own deliveries feels a bit outdated for current service standards. Everything else was perfect. In summary: As I told Elly, I'll definitely be staying here every time I visit Qingdao."

"I brought my daughter to a concert and arrived at the hotel right at noon. Louis Zhang at the front desk gave us such a warm welcome, it really eased our travel fatigue. The room had a beautiful view, which was truly delightful! The restaurant staff were also very understanding. There were even staff waiting at the venue to pick us up after the concert, and when we returned late at night, there was still supper available so we didn't go hungry! All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. If I come back to Jiaozhou, Qingdao, I will definitely choose the Marriott again!"
