The room is specious and good with king size bed, but no coffee machine is provided or water, you need to be a member in their Honor program to have complementary water for drinking or coffee, which i see is big downside for Hilton . Nowadays even 2 stars hotels provide free water and coffee machine! I waited around 50 minutes to get 2 bottles 😰 in morning i requested 2 they delivered only one and poor guy said it is complimentary. I think to stay in this hotel you need to be equipped with water otherwise you will suffer thirsty.

Excellent Stay with Great Value for Money We had a wonderful stay at the Hyperion Hotel in Munich. The highlights were definitely the delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day. The location is another big plus—just a short walk from the tramway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness that we truly appreciated. The only minor downside was the lack of body cream in the bathroom, but everything else was well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, the Hyperion offers excellent value for money with its combination of comfort, convenience, and great amenities. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Munich!

The location of the hotel is very good, just opposite the train station, and it is very convenient to travel. The check-in area on the first floor requires a card to enter the bathroom. There are a lot of rooms, nearly 80 on each floor.

Love the building, design and the location (the physical / hard part). The soft part (people), more efforts required. They misplaced 1 of my luggage and I need to beg them to find it (as if I was lying that I have 3 begs). They pushed me around, asked me to go and ask ”that guy at the door” and asked me to go to the luggage storage room even after I clearly described my beg (not with a typical colour). And apparently, the beg was at the reception behind the counter. Wasting 1 to 2 hours.

The room and food are very clean. But the male manager at the front desk doesn't have the standard of a big hotel! Checking out inexplicably requires an additional 160 euros, and he puts the blame on his colleagues. Bad review. Everything else is good.

When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Maria Square. The hotel feels quite old, and the facilities are barely passable at this level. It is embarrassing that there are no toothbrushes and soap in the room

The location is really convenient. You can take S8 from the airport to City Hall Square and it's only a two-minute walk away. The room design is really homely. However, the shower water temperature was unstable and the water pressure was not good. After a few hours, they gave us another room to shower. An engineer came to repair it the next day. The service in the restaurant is very good, and I also met a young lady who immigrated to Munich from Shanghai. If there were no cold front desk service and water pressure problems, it would really be a good hotel
