The hotel is closed to the airport its around 20 minutes by uber taxi. I got room with river view which is nice, and room style is look like Japanese. All facilities are good except one thing you should upgrade your TV to Android TV instead because all channels inside are Indian with Hindi language. It's better to have channel either Netflix, HBO, Disney and Amazon Prime inside and we can sync from our mobile phone. Breakfast is 80% vegie & 20% non-vegie not much variety which is fine because I can order ”Bacon and Egg”. Location: The hotel a bit outside the city it takes around 20-25 minutes to Nexus and Palladium Shopping Mall.

The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

It was an amazing experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Ahmedabad. I've stayed at this hotel two times in the month of September 2023. All Hotel staff members are very courteous. Rooms are spacious, very neat and clean with a nice open view. For the members they offer lounge access and some of the complimentary SPA services.

Very close to Surat station hence accessible to train station is very easy . Very clean hotel . Gym is very small and swimming pool is small . Breakfast was good .

Disappointed with the cleanliness of hotel. Lobby on level 7 stinks a lot. Initially allocated rooms were dirty (see photos). Staff was helpful in changing the room. I wouldn't call it a 5star experience.

A great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!

Breakfast is OK, in fact, the first to go to this. Then found that the double bed is difficult to set on each platform, and the price is very high, so set a big bed, directly cheaper 150, go to add a bed quilt, no difference. It is enough to take the children, three people should have a big bed. The location is not far from the airport, less than 13 hits, the hotel can help call a taxi. In addition, because of the evening flight, it is okay for me to postpone the call until 2 o'clock. The surrounding environment can not be mentioned, although the city is not small, but hot, there is no big store, the hotel is a good building, surrounded by two or three-story houses, the streets can not be strolled, and China is more dirty than the opportunity.

Location is slightly outside the city but cab service was available. A very good hotel, though reception is difficult to locate on ist floor. Food quality is good in the restaurant, rooms are big an spacious, very good ambience in the room and outside. Services are also cooperative. Best is they provide complimentary airport transfer and breakfast.

This property is not at all convent, especially far from Airport . Rooms are very big and looks like service apartments. Breakfast was great
