The hotel service is first-rate. The isolation room was very noisy when I checked in. I asked to change rooms and they arranged it immediately. They also delivered the room card to my door. In addition, I forgot my coat and they also arranged it in the old room. As for the restaurant service, it was also very good. We were arranged to have French food in the hotel that day. Although there were no seats available, we were seated quickly. The service was very good! The room is tidy and spacious. The desk and bedside are cleverly combined into a workbench, where small tools can be temporarily placed. ］］

The check-in feeling is really great. We went through a lot of twists and turns to check in to the hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel's services and facilities! This was my first trip with Trip. The 40m2 room was reasonably priced and included breakfast. There was also a round outdoor bath, which I thought sounded nice, so I ordered it. The room was large and spacious. All the amenities were included, so I was very satisfied. However, there was no round bath. Also, although breakfast was included, it was just five pieces from the bakery for 380 yen, salad, corn soup, and cream cheese. When I ordered, it said breakfast was included, but the photo showed a round bath, so it was my first time and I was a little disappointed. Other than that, it was very nice.

This time we stayed here on a family trip. Because it was New Year's, the hotel was full and there was no place to park our car, so we parked in the parking lot where the staff also parked. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in a villa, which had a high ceiling, a great view, and was very spacious. One thing that was disappointing was that the breakfast was not very tasty or plentiful considering the price. Unlike a buffet, there was a limit to the number of people, so we had to wait in our room for about 30 minutes in the morning, so if you are in a hurry to leave in the morning, it would be better to give yourself plenty of time to go and eat breakfast. Although the breakfast was disappointing, the other services were very good.

I didn't want to bother others to choose sightseeing. As a result, the staff of the French restaurant on the 5th floor sent greeting cards and beautiful desserts. The chef came to bless me kindly, gentle and decent. Please experience the hotel's cruise ship. 3,600 yen per person is very worthwhile. It takes 45 minutes to visit Ago Bay. The memorial hall of the G7 meeting is a few minutes away from the building next door, and the car can be sent there at any time. In addition to good facilities, this hotel can host high-level meetings. More importantly, there is a perfect service team here. Everything is great. Staying for one night is unsatisfactory. 11 is the commemoration of Yamazaki Toyoko's stay in ”White Tower” that I like. I recommend the French restaurant on the 5th floor, which has a better view and the dishes taste great. I had breakfast at the Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor, but the view was a little worse and the taste was a little salty.

The view is great. It was great that there was all-you-can-drink alcohol in the lounge. The hot springs were clean and there was a sauna, and they also provided free ice cream, which was great. I think it would be even better if they could increase the number of places to get ice cream when it's busy (it's self-service, so there was a line).

The front desk, accommodation, and restaurant buildings are a little far apart, but there is a small bus that travels around the premises, so it is convenient. We stayed on the second floor of Seiryuan, which was spacious enough for three people. However, if you stay with four people, there is only one sink, so it may be a little inconvenient to wash in the morning?! We chose the half buffet for both breakfast and dinner, but if you stay multiple nights, the main dish (steak) is the same, so I thought it would be better to change the meal plan. One of the events offered by this inn was the Matsumoto Pass hike, so we participated. It was a two-hour half-day tour in the morning, and the walking time was two hours, but since you could listen to the guide's talk, it was a course that anyone could take part in, as you could walk at a leisurely pace. The staff were always smiling and very helpful. My friend who went with me seemed to like the fact that it was an all-inclusive inn and had all-you-can-drink alcohol. Thank you for your hospitality!
