Tawinan S.I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely designed, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Ps. I got upgraded to bigger room at the residence side as my previous room having an issue from the noise of the maintenance.
The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, with something to suit different preferences.
What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Their attitude and hospitality were exceptional across every area. Everyone was warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always welcoming. The level of service really made the stay feel special.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again in my next visit during October.

Carol Lim KHBooked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was very good. The hotel location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport and nearby business areas.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service from the hotel staff was professional and polite throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was also quite good with a nice variety of choices.
The overall environment felt premium and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. My boss and client had a pleasant stay experience. Would consider booking again for future trips to Manila.

Guest UserThere is a rare, reassuring comfort in returning to a hotel that gets every single detail right, and Acacia Hotel continues to deliver on that exact promise. A second visit can often be the real test of a hospitality brand, but the experience remains consistently top-tier, seamlessly blending warmth, sophistication, and pure relaxation.
Ambience and Captivating Views
From the moment you step through the doors, the atmosphere sets a welcoming, cozy tone that immediately puts you at ease. The thoughtfully designed layout and understated elegance create an inviting space that feels refined yet thoroughly comfortable. The view from the room is a standout feature—whether taking in the vibrant cityscape during the day or watching the city lights glow in the evening, the scenic backdrop adds a tranquil, elevated dimension to the entire stay.

The hotel's first floor is a casino, and it's quite fragrant. The front desk staff can speak Chinese. While you're getting your room card, the bellhop will take your luggage to your room in advance. The bedding is very comfortable and doesn't have any strange smells, though the bed is a bit high. Overall, I'm satisfied.

yukimeowsIt's a really great hotel. The parking for motorcycle is pretty limited though. But over all stay, the place smells and looks nice. Staff are very approachable except guard outside (the one who gives tickets) before we got to the inside parking that prevented and discouraged us from using parking inside, encouraged us to park outside where its far from the hotel and require us to walk long and its also hot to do so, as if we are not guest there just because we are in a motorcycle. Bummer. Felt a little discriminated. Breakfast choices are plenty and worth the stay.

Guest UserThe Manila Hotel has an old but elegant and luxurious style. Marble and stone finishing, tall ceilings and a grand piano at the back with a musician playing pleasant music greets you as you walk through the entrance.
Lacking points from my personal experience:
1. The carpet floors need to be replaced. I had to change rooms because the first room I got had an unpleasant smell to it (they quickly changed my room after I went to the reception, so it wasn't terrible) and although I didn't notice until the end of my stay, the new room's carpet was frayed at the edges.
2. The night mode of the lights (many switches) completely cuts power to the power outlets. I didn't know and ended up waking up to a phone and power bank with a dying battery and needing to stay in the hotel a couple of hours until they finished charging. Maybe just a warning in the future?
The good parts:
1. The service! People are SO accommodating, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff, waiters, bell boys and basically everyone greets you with a smile and tries to solve any problems with utmost focus and cordiality.
2. Traditional pride. Traditional fashion exhibition at the front was a great touch to my visit. The whole place (restaurants, pools, spa, rooms, etc) add to the experience. I could have stayed in the hotel and felt like I hadn't missed Manila's charm.
3. Excellent location. I realised early on that I could literally see every single thing from my ”1 day tour of Manila” from my hotel room. Nothing says great location like this.

Iara CheesecakeWe only had two days in Manila for the grand finale of our honeymoon before heading back to China. The vibe? Total luxury. We crashed at Discovery Primea, right in the heart of Makati. Our room was spacious, super comfy, and the 24/7 room service was basically a honeymoon dream come true 😂.
Just outside the hotel, you're spoiled for choice: a lush park for morning strolls, tons of restaurants, and a massive shopping mall (Glorietta Mall, Ayala Center, Makati—open daily from 10AM to 9PM). We hit up the supermarket inside for a Filipino snacks haul, so our suitcase was loaded with local goodies for the trip home.
Why we liked it:
- Perfect central location—steps from cafes, shops, and all the action
- Rooms are big and super comfy, with ultra-soft beds
- Everything is spotless! Clean and fresh vibes everywhere
- Loads of restaurants around Discovery Primea—just stroll and pick whatever looks tempting
- Stock up on Filipino snacks at Glorietta Mall for the perfect souvenir
📌 Tips
- Grab rides are easy and safe—plus, you can pay with Alipay
- Don’t stress over the service in some spots, just chase the good food!
- Discovery Primea is super convenient for both exploring Makati and chilling out
- Double check your bill for extra charges at hotels or restaurants, just in case

The hotel is in a great location in Makati, right next to SM Mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. There are a lot of guests, and overall it's good, but the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor pool, which are both decent. It feels very safe!

AerkeleisimayingJust wanted to give some feedback, so many things went wrong. When I checked in at 12 PM, they gave me room 2303. I went up, but couldn't open the door for a while, so I had to go back down. After waiting for quite some time, they gave me another room, 2304. I noticed it was a twin room, and the beds were tiny, like 1 meter wide? If they were bigger, I would have just dealt with it since I was exhausted from traveling all day. But they were really too small for what I paid; I might as well have stayed at a regular guesthouse. If I asked the front desk to change rooms again, I'd have to go back down and wait at least 20 minutes. The front desk kept telling me to wait, even after I told them I booked a room with two large beds and showed them my reservation. They still made me wait, and wait, and wait. Then they told me to go back to my room and wait. I asked how long, it felt like forever. I even thought about trying to push the beds together. Anyway, I put up with all that, but then there was no hot water for my shower. I was naked, waiting for them to come and fix it for over 10 minutes. It's now 2:15 AM.
Also, there was no comb, no slippers, no shower cap, and no cotton swabs.
