The overall ambiance is very upscale, and the hotel's design and atmosphere really give off a resort vibe. However, the service details were just average. The lobby also doubles as the afternoon tea area, and there were barely enough seats to briefly rest before checking in, making the whole area feel quite noisy. Upon arrival, no staff proactively offered to help with luggage. During check-in, my room wasn't ready, but the hotel didn't immediately explain why. Instead, they used vague statements to delay, telling me to wait for the room number to be notified via email. After I repeatedly pressed for an answer, I was finally told the room was still being cleaned, which was not a great experience. For breakfast service, the coconut juice I ordered took a long time to arrive and tasted mediocre. Overall, the facilities and environment are excellent, but there's room for improvement in service details and communication transparency.

We’ve stayed at Bellevue countless times, but this visit was truly unforgettable because it coincided with one of the most important milestones—my mom’s birthday. From the moment we reached out, the management showed genuine care. We only requested a small birthday cake, fully aware that such requests are often difficult to grant. To our surprise, Bellevue didn’t just say yes—they went the extra mile. They prepared a beautiful, freshly made cake and even sent a heartfelt birthday greeting. That thoughtful gesture transformed what could have been a simple celebration into something extraordinary. What touched us most was the effort behind it. Even though we were miles away, Bellevue helped us bridge that distance. My mom felt celebrated, loved, and truly special on her day. It wasn’t just about the cake—it was about the feeling of being valued and cared for. That’s the kind of hospitality that makes memories last a lifetime. The staff’s warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to go beyond expectations reminded us why Bellevue has become our go-to hotel. Nice hotel with a great location near the airport. The rooms were comfortable, clean and good equipped. The service was excellent. Only negative point was the noise of the cars outside (our room was on the side of a big street).

This hotel is phenomenal! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Staff greet you at every step and guide you to reception. The Lobby smells divine and check in was a breeze. Then we were guided to our room, which was beautiful. Huge bathroom, with lovely products. Comfortable bed, enormous windows that for us overlooked the bay. The executive lounge is well worth the extra money. It includes breakfast area (which is nice, but not as huge as the buffet breakfast), afternoon tea and cocktails and canape in the afternoon. The pool and gym area were sensational as well. Direct access to the Mall of Asia, which was great for us shoppers. The buffet breakfast was the biggest and best selection I have ever seen. This hotel would have to be my favourite I have ever visited. Could not recommend more highly, worth every dollar and I will definitely always be staying here shen visiting Manila.

The hotel was outstanding from the outside, and so as inside. It’s convenient to visit the Ayala Malls Manila Bay which is just opposite to it. Rooms were superb and the birthday amenities is really good. Breakfast is mediocre, not something I will look forward to, unlike my other trips. The only downside is that you need to cross the whole casino full of cigarette smell every time you want to go to the mall nearby, or to go to the breakfast place.

We arrived at hotel that has long queue on reception lobby hopefully in the future there will be a lot of receptionist. However it made my day when the Receptionist welcome us and Kudos to the amazing staff for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you so much granting my request for the complimentary upgrade to the Panorama Suite with bay view, which made our wedding honeymoon even more special and memorable. I love the most is the staff always greet even at the elevator and especially during breakfast time. Overall I love all the amenities specially our rooms. I Highly appreciate and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The hotel review: My experience at this Shangri-La property was not as good as others in the region. The building and facilities feel noticeably older, which affects the overall stay. In the room, the air conditioning was not adjustable. I do appreciate that the team promptly sent a technician to check it, but the unit remained very loud throughout the night, cycling on and off every few minutes, which made it difficult to sleep. Traveling with another friend, her room also encountered an issue with the bathtub water appearing brown, which technician conclude that is due to sediment buildup. Overall, I would recommend choosing the Shangri-La in BGC instead, as it offers a better experience.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel offers a comprehensive one-stop service for dining, entertainment, and accommodation. The staff generally have high professional standards. However, the room facilities and equipment need continuous updating and maintenance.
