In a small, not capital city - an excellent hotel that would please the tempted tourists of St. Petersburg and Moscow. The invetor did not buy exactly - everything at the top level. Furniture, plumbing, finishing and comfort of rooms, restaurants - all at 5 points. Staff is trying. And the SPA zone is a separate admiration. Good one!
