Indulge in the bold flavors of Latin fusion cuisine at Blue Matisse or unwind with handcrafted cocktails at Nau Lounge.

"We stayed here after a cruise. Check-in was at 9pm, so we couldn't use the club room's cocktail time or afternoon tea. We had breakfast in the club lounge. It was very delicious. They let us check out late and offered a free shuttle to the mall, so as we were staying at a hotel near the mall, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, and they gladly did. It's a very nice hotel."

Hotel near Downtown Miami,Miami
Discover InterContinental Miami, a luxury hotel and iconic fixture on the downtown skyline, located on Biscayne Bay. Its waterfront location is steps from the arts and entertainment of Brickell. This hotel is a base for exploring Miami, near the Port of Miami, Bayfront Park, Pérez Art Museum, and Kaseya Center. Amenities include a rooftop pool, spa, 24-hour fitness center, and pet services. Guests can dine at Bluewater, Ole, or Toro Toro, and enjoy access to the Club InterContinental Lounge.

"Coming from DC, staying at the InterContinental in Miami was a smart choice. The main reason was convenience; it's right next to Bayfront Park, and a taxi from the airport was probably only around $20. Since check-in wasn't until 3 PM, and Americans are unlikely to be flexible, we landed around 10 AM and took a taxi directly to Sawgrass Mills—the largest outlet mall in the US—which cost about $50. Our driver was Colombian, and we chatted the whole way. The shopping experience there was even better than Woodbury; they had all the major brands, and especially since Miami is so hot, they had a full range of fall/winter styles and sizes. We reluctantly took a taxi back to the hotel around 4 PM; the Black driver was quite aggressive, and there was some traffic getting into the city. Upon arrival, the bellhop enthusiastically helped with our luggage (a tip was a must), and check-in went smoothly. We booked a partial bay view king room. The room wasn't huge, about 20+ square meters, with a king-sized bed that was about two meters wide. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom had both a tub and a shower. Overall, it felt relatively new, and the cleanliness met InterContinental standards. After a short rest on the first night, we went to the Kaseya Center to watch an NBA game between the Miami Heat and the Dallas Mavericks. We got nosebleed seats on the app for only $32 each, a $12 premium. The arena was just a ten-minute walk from the hotel, very close and convenient. The atmosphere was incredible, much better than Wukesong. Especially with the live DJ, hot dances, and big screen transitions, it truly lived up to its reputation as Shaq and Hardaway's home court. The viewing experience was on par with Madison Square Garden in New York; Americans are all about eating, drinking, and having fun during the game. We embraced the local culture and bought popcorn, pizza, hot dogs, and beer (they didn't ask for ID, but it was a bit pricey at $15). Amidst all the cheering, the Heat won 106:102 in a nail-biter. The next day, we had an early morning shuttle to Key West, so we didn't book breakfast at the hotel. There's a Starbucks inside the InterContinental, and grabbing two packed breakfasts for $40 in the morning was very convenient. The shuttle pick-up point was just a few hundred meters from the hotel, outside the Holiday Inn. We stopped at CVS for snacks and water. The day trip was booked on Viator for only $49 per person round trip to Key West, though activities there cost extra. The shuttle departed at 7:30 AM, stopping at McDonald's for a 30-minute break for supplies around 9 AM. After that, it was a series of 'keys' and scenic overseas highway bridges. Passing Seven Mile Bridge, its beauty certainly lived up to its reputation. We arrived in Key West at 11 AM, with six hours to explore the island. We took the Conch Train for $45 per person, which gave us an hour-long tour of the old town, with the driver also acting as a lively guide. The sea breeze made it incredibly pleasant. After getting off, we went to the mall converted from a Coast Guard building and had a Cuba Queen Coffee. Everyone says Cuban coffee is good, and it really was rich and smooth; I couldn't resist buying two pounds. Then, we walked along the main street, accompanied by various roosters, past Mallory Square, the Little White House, Hemingway's Home (admission $18, with timed tours, and we found six cats!), and the Southernmost Point. We walked past the US-1 Mile Marker 0 sign and made a special trip back to the post office to mail postcards we bought at Hemingway's house. Postage to China was $1.70. It was a tight schedule, but we boarded the return bus before 5:30 PM, arriving back in Miami at 9 PM. We immediately headed to CVI.CHE 105, ranked number one for Peruvian food, and it was the best meal we had during our ten days in the US, very suitable for Chinese palates. We ordered seafood paella and grilled octopus; the desserts were a bit too sweet. About a third of the customers were Chinese. This trendy restaurant was pretty good, costing around $60 per person. It closed at 10:30 PM, and after a satisfying meal, it was just a few minutes walk back to the InterContinental—still convenient. On the third day, we skipped breakfast and took a taxi to South Pointe Park in South Beach at 8:30 AM. It wasn't crowded yet, filled with handsome men and beautiful women, along with uncles, all out for their morning exercise. Walking along the beach, there were already people surfing and playing in the water. Personally, I felt it was much more refreshing than Sanya. We didn't plan to swim, so after a walk, we took a taxi to Wynwood Walls to see the graffiti. It's a huge district; while painting one wall can be considered scribbling, when it's all over the place, it becomes art. Looking at the photos later, it was even more stunning, though the neighborhood itself was a bit messy. Feeling hungry, we took a taxi to Little Havana to try the famous Sanguich, a Cuban sandwich. We were lucky to get a table at 11:30 AM. We ordered the Cubano and Bistec, milkshakes, and hot and iced coffee. The generous amount of meat combined with the perfectly toasted bread was like a Cuban 'roujiamo,' and it was definitely on par with the cheesesteak at Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia—so delicious! Half the customers were Chinese, so be prepared to wait an hour. We returned to the hotel and checked out before 2 PM. We headed to the PortMiami for a harbor tour. Although we missed our planned boat trip, we stumbled upon Thrill Miami. It was a large speedboat, and we were the only two Chinese people on board. It was incredibly thrilling, highly recommended! It cost only $45 per person for about fifty minutes, marking the end of our three-day Miami trip."

Hotel near Key Biscayne,Key Biscayne
Escape to a luxury Key Biscayne beachfront hotel that exudes the classic charm of South Florida. Located on an exclusive five-mile-long barrier island, The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami is just minutes from dynamic downtown yet offers an atmosphere of sequestered serenity. With elegant architecture inspired by the natural beauty, heritage, and relaxed spirit of the island, The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami is one of the finest resorts Florida has to offer.

"The hotel is made with Ritz-Carlton. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday, which is much cheaper than other five-star hotels. Driving, valet parking 45 knives. I have to pay extra for the Internet, my mobile phone is often broken, and other devices are fine. The hotel beach is under maintenance and the experience is a lot worse. There is a small private beach left, and there are very few people. The swimming pool is big and the rest of the pool is not very big. The gym is quite big and there are very few people. There is also a jazz performance in the lobby at night."

"I must share this experience with everyone, be vigilant! ⚠️ Brand is considered top-notch in Hyatt, but the service we receive has never been worse! 1) Arrive at the airport first. When booking a hotel, I chose a hotel close to the airport. When I called the hotel, I said arrogantly: We don’t have a shuttle bus. You can take Uber yourself. Because I haven’t downloaded Uber yet, I went to call one, and the black driver charged us 25 for the 10-dollar journey; 2) When I went to the front desk, I seemed to be very enthusiastic. I asked for a credit card guarantee. I thought it was just a record, and I didn’t notify us. I just swiped $200/no receipt, and I only saw it when I turned on my phone when I got to the room. Complain to Ctrip, saying that it may be a guarantee, and wait until the last day to check out; 3) There are people excitedly calling friends in the corridor at 2-3 o'clock in the middle of the night. I have never encountered it in China/Europe. scrap paper); 4) We had breakfast the next morning, which obviously included meals, and we had to sign a bill (from now on every day) and explained that the waiter only said to keep a record, and signed the bill in duplicate/tips, we only signed one, The second one is taken away (reference) and no tip is given; (the waiter gave us the same feeling, too high-profile, too much emphasis on his own existence, giving the guests a sense of oppression (we like that no one disturbs) they always like to behave Enthusiasm, in fact, is not necessary; 5) (Because I receive reminders to debit the money from my mobile phone every day) Go to the front desk to confirm the breakfast-included question, but the little girl doesn’t know anything; 6) Complain to Ctrip customer service, Ctrip finds a local agent, Ctrip reminds me every day, the agent has not responded, and the attitude is particularly neglectful; 7). On the day of check-out, the front desk reconfirmed the issue of breakfast included, saying that if breakfast is included, a local fee will be deducted / there is a receipt, and when I check my phone at the airport, I will deduct a few hundred dollars (without any explanation / Receipt; 🤔️ At that time, I was annoyed. Hyatt deceits too much! ! ! If the agent doesn't reply, it doesn't matter, just go to the bank directly and freeze all deductions. On the day the bank froze, Ctrip notified that the agent replied that there were several debits that were wrong. 🤑 Therefore, don't be afraid of the big shop bullying customers! Find a more authoritative one (this is the only way to deal with Americans, whoever insists on talking!) In the follow-up, I chatted with my friends and said that Hyatt is like this! So, lesson learned! Suggestion, if you can not choose Hyatt, don't choose Hyatt! ! ! 👎"

A vibrant city transitions to a beachside oasis. Designed by famed architect Morris Lapidus, Eden Roc Miami Beach is one of the most iconic and architecturally significant hotels in Miami, lending nostalgic glamour to a modern beachfront resort experience. Experience the same timeless style and upbeat ambience that once drew Old Hollywood luminaries with bright, spacious guest rooms all with oversized balconies and dazzling ocean views. Three sparkling beachfront pools and the expansive Esencia Wellness Spa await you. Dine in 5 restaurants and bars including the world famous Nobu Miami with pulsing nightlife and world-famous cultural attractions just minutes away.

"This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic."

The Ritz-Carlton South Beach

Honestly, the Ritz-Carlton rarely disappoints, and this stay perfectly met my expectations for a South Beach getaway. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, especially the fruit selection which was abundant and unique. My only minor regret was the absence of a salad option, which felt a bit odd for someone used to having vegetables for breakfast. While the staff kindly brought me some avocado and tomato, it still felt like I was missing out on some Vitamin C. I'm not sure if it's a Southern thing to treat fruit as a vegetable, but the lack of salad was a bit surprising. What truly delighted me was finding out that the lobby featured Krigler, a perfume brand Audrey Hepburn loved. As a big fan of hers, I didn't hesitate to purchase a bottle.

The resort was very beautiful and well maintained. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and we really liked the decor and how soft the beds were. The food was good but a little pricey. We were not impressed with the cabana rental. The cabana was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait for it to be cleaned and set up. The cabana was not labeled and we were confused on which cabana was ours as there were 2 next to each other. We asked when service would start and we were told 10am, then we asked again at 10:45, then went to the front office at 11:30 and when 12pm rolled around with no service we decided to leave and get our money back on the cabana. At that point all we paid for was a chair and towel which did not meet our expectation when spending $250.00 on a cabana for the day. I would recommend several things for the cabana. 1. Number the cabanas so you can clearly see the number. Telling us Cabana 2 does not help when they are beside each other. 2. Stock the min fridge with water. 3. Clearly explain on the cabana rental that food/service will not start until a certain time. We expected to at least get something to drink while in the cabana. 4. Install a call button or app that you can be in contact with someone when you need something. There was a significant delay on getting our refund. And we do appreciate the Manager helping us on Friday get that resolved before we checked out on Saturday morning. All in all, the resort was great. We loved the vibe and updates made to the property. The rooms were comfortable and fresh, and we loved the beds as they were very comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. We most enjoyed fish like a local with Patrick. We found that the pool in the middle of the property was less used and felt more quiet and more private therefore we spent our time with a good book. I would give the stay at 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommend trying out Three Waters Resort.

We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent. It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen! From our room, we could see the neighboring tower apartment building and the beach.

The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half. I complained to the hotel, but the mattress was not replaced in time. Later, I found that the sliding door lock on the first floor of the guest room could not be locked. It was not repaired that night. The lock was replaced the next morning. The coffee cup was not cleaned. You can clearly see the coffee stains on the cup. The round table in the living room was not wiped clean. The sticky stuff on it got on my computer and it was disgusting. Overall, I will not book this hotel next time. Disappointed
