The location is fantastic! It's about a 3-minute walk to Luoyi Old Town if you turn left out of the main entrance, and about an 8-minute walk to Shizi Street if you turn right. Big thanks to the guy at the front desk for helping us with our luggage. Traveling with a kid in winter means you can't skimp on warm clothes, so they really worked hard. Much appreciated! The room had heating, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. My biggest worry in winter is always insufficient hot water, so that was a relief.

Lovely clean hotel. Modern technology in the room for opening the curtains, aircon and lighting. Very high tech. Use your translator app to translate. Staff were friendly and helpful from front desk, cleaning lady and lady in the breakfast room.

This place is right by Luoyi Ancient City, just a five-minute walk to the commercial street there, so it's really quiet despite being so central. **Ambiance:** The decor style is absolutely gorgeous and has a great feel to it, perfect for taking photos. **Cleanliness:** The room was spacious and clean, and it even had a small courtyard garden. The only downside is that it's next to the corridor, so other guests can see into the courtyard when they pass by. I guess introverts might feel a bit awkward posing for photos there.

The hotel boasts a superb location, with the subway station just a little over 100 meters away. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a delightful and familiar signature scent. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. Breakfast was outstanding; they've truly gone the extra mile. The staff were incredibly proactive, warm, and always happy to help with any questions. We felt completely at home and will absolutely be returning for another stay.

Facilities: A very new hotel! The hotel smells lovely, and the self-parking is super convenient, plus they offer car wash services. Cleanliness: Excellent! Environment: Elegant. Service: Great! Even after we checked out, they held our package for shipping. They also offer free roasted sweet potatoes! They are very willing to help. When we arrived, they even upgraded our room for free to a much better category than what we originally booked – absolutely fantastic!

This hotel is super close to Zhengzhou East Station. It's just one subway stop away or about a 10-minute taxi ride. The hotel is located on a high floor, so the views are really great. They have all the amenities you need, including a laundry room and a gym. Breakfast is also served on the 27th floor. The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me warmly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

This time I stayed in this hotel and it was really pleasant~ The room is comfortable and warm, with good sound insulation. The staff is enthusiastic and has an excellent service attitude. I really think this is a good hotel that is trustworthy and very suitable for business trips. There is a washing machine here, which is really good news for business travelers. The room is consistent with the picture, I like the decoration style, various facilities are beautifully arranged, the room is clean, and I feel at ease staying there. There is a convenience store just outside the hotel. I will choose this hotel again next time. The room is actually better than the photo, the layout is very reasonable, the facilities are very new, it is clean and hygienic, the staff is reliable, I will come back to stay a second time if I have the chance!

We arrived at the Longmen Grottoes a little after 5:00 AM that day. We added a friend on WeChat in advance, and he picked us up in the underground parking lot. Water and drinks were readily available in the lobby. Upon check-in, they were very considerate, giving us a small gift bag, even nail clippers. The service was incredibly detailed. After checking in, we went on a round-trip tour of the scenic area, which took about two hours. The walk was a bit tiring, so we ate at a food stall across from the hotel. The room had a bathtub, which we used for our child's bath. The bedding was excellent, and there was also a laundry service. This is definitely a top choice for a stay at the Longmen Grottoes. I highly recommend it.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Hebi High-speed Railway Station is currently very cost-effective. The environment is definitely excellent and the front desk service is well-trained. The breakfast is much more tasteful than other chain hotels with four diamonds (four stars). Dinner can also be had on the 22nd floor of the hotel and the taste is online.
